    Spilt sauce from dropped bag.

I want to start by saying I arrived at 11:18, there were 4 cars ahead of me to the speaker, 4 ahead of the speaker to the window. I waited and waited. Turned my truck off. Literally tóok a 13 minute nao while in the drive-thru(woke up realised I was in the truck, it terrified me) By the time I got to the speaker I was relieved when I discovered the speaker only allows every 3rd word to be heard, then the window employee had a mask on but her nose was out of the mask. She seemed uninterested in keeping this job, she was their that was it. i saw her drop my small plastic bag that had a single taco pico & fire sauce. She handed me my spirit, all carbonated water, no syrup(nice) broken taco, open sauce & pico. Exited the drive-thru at 11:48. Lunch just sucked! If I could give 1/2 a start I would. They only get that for getting the order right, everything else just sucked!!!

    Half empty.

I eat here a lot but I've learned to come inside because it looks like they give me salsa someone has already used.

If I'm going to be honest, Chuys has the best queso in all of Tulsa. After the starters, I ordered a bean burrito. It was huge and super filling, but, it was so good. I really enjoyed it. Also, the service here was great. Our waiter was super kind and helpful. The only downside to this place was it was a little dirty. The bathrooms could use some cleaning. This Chuys had a good ambiance though. Overall, great restaurant and I highly recommend it if you want some good Tex Mex.

We had to ask for both multiple times after receiving our meal and only got the silverware packages. Couldn't eat without it.... We also had to request more chips and water as well. But they were not very busy... Husband ordered a frozen margarita which took a very long time to arrive. Our server told us management would compensate us for the wait but "didn't make it to change our ticket before we paid our bill." Our server unfortunately spilled a full glass of lemonade. It spilled on myself, husband, our kids backpack and the next table. We left sticky, no way to clean up was offered. Nothing was provided other than verbal apologies. Spoke with management at the end as we left and the manager "had no idea any of this happened." Needless to say we will not be back, which is sad bc our kids love "the pink place."

For my starter I ordered "Our Nice Little Salad" this beauty was crisp, fresh, and had tomatoes that popped in your mouth and bursted with flavor. The in-house croutons had that perfect buttery crunch, spiced pecans added a unique boldness and the homemade ranch was thick and creamy. I will say I had to ask three times for ranch. I just kept waiting. For our main courses we had the bone-in pork chop. Thick, juicy, and properly rested paired with red mashed potatoes.... Which were very good. The seasonal corn - was gone so quick! It was just so delicious. Ate that right up!! The shrimp scampi leaned heavily into garlic and butter in the best possible way. Shrimp were big, tender and juicy. Unfortunately my rotisserie chicken.... was very dry. I kept choking because of that. I was unable to eat it, that was disappointing. As far as atmosphere... very warm lighting, intimate feels, candle lit, steady energy, attentive staff. The dining room hums with laughter and happy customers... but without overtaking the conversation at our table. The volume was comfortable considering it was a full house.

The service is great as well. The location - on the river- cannot be beat. Our one complaint is that this place needs an overhaul in decor. The decor is old and tired, and the seats in the booths are so lumpy they are uncomfortable. How about returning some of the profits to update this location? Thank you. MMay

But none of the extenuating circumstances were their fault. it's what you do with the situation. They handled it with total aplomb. Thus 3*. We were immediately seated. The three of us ordered chicken fajitas, tamale appetizer and Yucatán Tacos. I failed to take photos so please bear with my descriptions. Hubby loves his fajitas. Especially Los Cabos. This order disappointed. They didn't look quite right to me. My tamale appetizerr was a complete failure. Totally charred, for a better word. The two of them looked like beef fingers about the size of my middle finger with masa tucked around each like a little bed. Cheese burned to plate. "As of April 2026, Los Cabos Mexican Grill in the Tulsa area offers a Handmade Spicy Beef Tamales appetizer, featuring two shredded beef tamales in spicy masa topped with chili con carne or queso, often served with sour cream." If it's sour cream you know it's gonna be a little drizzle. I asked for more queso & got about 1 1/2 tablespoons. I Ended up asking for the plate that accompanies fajitas. The dish, burnt, just needed "stuff". You can add rice/beans if you wish. Either make/serve appropriately or not at all. I love tamales. Buy some originals at Reasors, add queso & pico on a bed of rice w/ cilantro and there's a tasty meal (steam the tamales). Our friend who ordered Yucattan tacos at last minute over ceviche, was appalled. The beef was so fatty she couldn't eat It. No cilantro. For $16 that's pretty bad. BUT, returning to the top. The staff was pleasant in midst of this complete mess and responded/delivered to our every request and there were many. We'll be back on a better day so Hubby can get his fajitas fix. Throw in some shrimp and I'll be happy too.
