Went to Uncle Paco's with a group of 7 plus a baby on a busy Saturday night, and overall we had a really good experience. The place was packed, but the food and atmosphere made it fun. The only downside was that our table was in a pretty tight, awkward spot, so it felt a little cramped for a larger group. Still, the staff handled the busy night well and we all enjoyed our meals. I had the pineapple margarita, which was good, although the giant pineapple felt a bit unnecessary. We also tried the queso, not my favorite in Tulsa. Overall, everyone left happy and we had a nice time. Definitely a fun spot for dinner with friends or family. Just choose a booth for ultimate comfort! read more

Officially my new favorite Mexican restaurant. Went at peak hours on a Saturday and even then amazing service. I knew i liked the place but just this experience solidified it for me. The pacos tacos and the pacos pollo is one of the best meals to eat from anywhere ever. No joke my favorite tacos and the green sauce they got too is also really really good. oh and the food comes out in 15 minutes or less. On a Saturday at peak time when other similar places would keep you waiting they have been super fast every time I've gone there. highly recommend! read more

Came for dinner on a week day and was seated immediately. Inside was clean and vibrant. Our waiter was nice. Many options were on the menu and all sounded delicious. My tamales were great but the fajita trio was so bland! It was a shame because all the meat was cooked perfectly except without a proper amount of flavor. So that was a let down read more

This location is in a shared plaza and has plenty of parking. They were kind of busy but we were still able to get a table right away for a group of 5. It was decorated for the holidays which gave it a warm feel. It is a big space with lots of seating for various size groups. They were quick to drop off chips and salsa and I liked that each person had their own salsa bowl. We gave our drink orders and then had to ask if we could place our food order after sitting there a while. I liked the Jamica. I had ordered my food with no cheese due to an allergy but it came out with cheese so I had to send it back. I liked the steak tacos. I wasn't super fond of the rice. The salsa was really good. We were full on the chips before our food arrived so we all took our meals home with us. read more

I had some really disappointing fajitas at another restaurant recently and I've been really wanting "redemption" fajitas. We had to make a trip to Owasso for something else and stopped in at Uncle Paco's for the first time this weekend. There were no less than 4 items on the menu I was having a hard time deciding between, but ultimately, it came to the fajita trio because it was very well priced for chicken, steak and shrimp, and of course, because I needed redemption fajitas. I asked for corn tortillas and added a side of cheese, so I was prepared to have to ask for them again on delivery of the meal, but our server was on top of his game! He kept our soft drinks topped off and delivered everything we asked for swiftly. I was very happy with how well seasoned the fajitas were and that they were generous with the vegetables as well. The restaurant was clean, well decorated and had some pretty, expensive-appearing light fixtures. The bathrooms had been freshly cleaned which was nice to walk into as well. Chips were salsa were good. I ordered the 3 green tomatillo enchiladas. It came with refried beans and Mexican rice. I've always loved Mexican rice, but Uncle Paco's rice was surprisingly subpar. However, if you mix the rice and beans together, no issues. The enchiladas were good. Wife had the chimichanga, which was bursting juice when you bit into it. It was quite good. The house-frozen margarita had a tang to it. It doesn't taste 100% like your traditional frozen marg, but still decent! Overall, for the price, the experience was good! read more

At Uncle Paco's, one could get certain lunch or dinner entrees for less than $10. I got the burrito al queso (one of their bestsellers) which was $11. The burrito only had grilled chicken in it but it came with beans and rice, topped with queso. I really preferred to have my burrito this way as it was easier for me to consume. Solo dine experience while in Bixby for work. Chips and salsa were fantastic so I thought it was off to a great start. My server was friendly but when I asked for help picking a shrimp entree (Diablo or Mango) he just said, "I don't know" and stood there. I picked Diablo and I was glad I did. Silky smooth sauce and lots of heat but lots of flavors. I'm not a big rice/beans fan so I tasted them but just annihilated the shrimp and went back to the hotel happy. Uncle Paco's is a come as you are, casual, very vibrant, Mexican restaurant. We give it a full five stars plus. Happy customers all around us in a happening restaurant. As soon as I walked inside the greeter was sweet to me. She began the good feel inside the restaurant. The server I had was excellent and never even allowed my glass of water to get below halfway before he would walk over and fill it right up (I drink water fast at every place I go). We ate here on a Sunday after church. It was crowded and had a wait line, so we grabbed a couple seats at the bar. It's not difficult to see why they were busy. The service was perfect, the prices were right, and the food was good. This place is a good value. With today's inflation, we all appreciate good values when we eat out. Uncle Paco's is the place to find that. They have lunch specials 7 days a week. While they have a variety of offerings for lunch including fajitas, my favorite is the Lunch Combo. You choose an entree and 2 sides. One item is $5.99, 2 items are $6.99, and 3 are $7.99. I like this so much better than the traditional rice and beans. Its so much better to put together your own combo than have to ask for substitutions. You get just what you want. They offer the same make your own combo in the evening for a dollar more. I didn't love the thick chips, but I did love the salsa. It had a nice flavor and ample heat. There's ample parking even with the crowd. They are conveniently located across the street from Costco. We will plan our Costco for around lunch time. I'm pleased to have found this gem. read more
