I'm sorry, but I shouldn't have to call ahead to explain that I want a refund for food that your restaurant failed to put in my order. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the manager proceeded to take out his personal wallet and appeared to hand me $3 from it rather than process a proper refund through the register.
