On June 15, we stopped at Taco Bell, and a white woman served us in a very racist manner; she spoke to us terribly and was extremely rude and racist. Great service sometimes. Great yesterday. Not so great today. No recognition from any line staff upon entry and no notification when the very small order for Shana was finally ready. Sunday, March 15th just before 6 PM. Waiting at an Amazon warehouse is more entertaining. If you're the management or the owner and you are looking at the tape, I'm the courier in a blue hoodie that had to be ignored by all but 3 of your employees as I waited for an order for a customer. Look, it's Taco Bell.....you know what you're going to get when you go to TB. Either a good Chalupa, or terrible hard taco. The choice is yours to make on how you want to spend your night. Either in regret or still feeling like you aren't satisfied. I mean the best thing going forward TB is the Baja Blast when the machine isn't messed up. Aside form that, the customer service this today in the drive thru was very courteous. I ordered a Baja Blast at the window because my son changed his mind. They don't sell the fries anymore, which is a downer, those were really good too. The young lady at the window was very nice and accommodating to add my drink to my order. Customer service should always be one of the top pillars of going out to get food. Whether it's at the grocery store or at a fast food establishment, remember customer service will have you coming back for me if the food is good in most cases. The outside is fairly clean, small parking lot. But the drive thru is a tight squeeze, If you drive an SUV be vigilant so that you don't mess up your rims or the rubber on your tires. And as for cars, it's easier than driving a big SUV in that horribly designed drive thru. All in all....it'll somewhat do the job, but you're going to want more. I bought food from them and paid for the supreme version of the 2 tacos I ordered and the double taco and a refresca after I left i went to eat a taco and it wasn't supreme, I then went back and my money the young lady who took my order was still at the window. She was very respectful and very customer service friendly you can tell she was raised the right way. Then another young gives me my refund with such a nasty attitude my receipt clearly said what I ordered and it did have supreme on the tacos so it was the person who made it that was in the wrong . Which was probably the extremely rude person that refunded me. She then gave me 10.98 I told her I paid 13.10 she then called a more mature worker for help I guess she then gave me the balance and kind of closed the window on me I waited because I didn't know if they were done or then the lady she called for help gave me a nod and I left. That young lady was very rude! I had a good mind to bring my daughter up there to give her some of that same energy! If you don't like your job or have problems at home don't bring it to work customers don't deserve that energy, and if you get the wrong customer that energy can get you hurt. Service is trash! They have no customer service whatsoever! Waited in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes. I stopped by this location on a late night on my way home around 12:30. Normally when I stop by spots this late, the service sucks and the food is less than appealing. However that was not the case this night. I ordered my favorite, soft potato tacos with a nice, spicy chipotle sauce...can't go wrong with this. My food was fresh, packaged neatly and the workers were polite and professional. Overall, this is a fast food spot so I don't have five star expectations. One box was missing a taco, one box was missing nachos, and the other box was missing cinnamon twists. That's 1/3 of each box missing. Horrible experience but what can you expect from the Waldorf Taco Bell. Needs to be closed and reopened for a fresh start or something because it's ridiculous. Placed an online order to deliver thru GrubHub today for a taco salad. After waiting for approximately 35-40 minutes, I got a call from the GrubHub driver saying that he was waiting at the store for my order and they no longer have Taco Salads on the Menu and asked if I wanted to roder something else. I just ordered a #6 two beef chalupas, crunchy taco and drink.. when I got all the way home and opened the bag, it was two chicken chalupas that I didn't order... and everything had spilled out of the tacos into the bag from poor wrapping... the taco shell was broken in half... Has not been the best since first time we visit. But is the nearest home. Service is just not there. Drive thru is not fast as they suppose either. They forgot to put 2 tacos in one of my orders and I came back and the lady in purple shirt told me"i made your order i know what was there" I mean, why would I come back?
