Twice I have gone and twice my order was wrong, my quesadilla barely had any cantina chicken in it, it was more like a cheese quesadilla And I was missing items from one of my visits. The young lady who helped me at the drive thru was not personable at all and seemed to not want to be there. Maybe if they get a whole new staff INCLUDING a manager...I may try them again. I ordered a Soft shell chicken Cantina taco and a Mexican pizza. HORRIBLE, BOTH. The taco shell was stone cold and it only had 3 tiny, tiny little pieces of chicken. NOTHING like their advertised picture of this item. If I wanted an all lettuce taco, I would have ordered that ! And the Mexican pizza was also cold, completely thrown together, wasn't cut into 4 pieces and had a really weird taste. Needless to say, it all went into the trash. Don't waste your time here. They forgot the dipping sauces for my grilled cheese shredded beef dipping taco, barely put any beef in there, skimped on the cheese, and didn't grill it. We went through drive thru and the manager Tomas rushed us while we were ordering he was very rude. After everything we said he kept what else can I get for you. My boyfriend said man chill it's 10 cars behind you please don't rush us. Tomas said he didn't know what we're saying and that he's just waiting for us to order. We got to the window and he didn't greet us and we ask for mild sauce and he shoved it at us then slammed his window on us. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I know how this works being that I was a manger for 20 years in fast food and I know it's hard to find people these days. I just wanted hire up management to know what you have representing your company. I don't need anything free or to be compensated I just think even mangers should be dealt with when they are rude to customers because it messing up the brand/business. read more

I tend to stay on the positive side when it comes to reviews. However after the 2nd disappointing trip, something has got to give. Ordered Mexican pizzas and potato soft tacos. The pizzas were all smooshed due to bad bagging. The shell of the pizza tasted like burnt oil despite any signs of it being burnt. Potatoes in soft taco were old. This taco bell/Kentucky fried chicken location has the worst service. I have been here twice in 2 months, the first time the car line was so long I decided to go inside and order. There was only 1 person on line ahead of me, I placed my order and waited 15 minutes until I asked someone behind the counter to check on my order. Turns out my bag had been sitting on a counter the whole to time. Second visit I decided to wait on the long drive thru line another 15 minutes with only 4 cars in front of me. The issue is, this place is way too small for 2 restaurants to be in it. These poor kids who work here are running around on top of each other, very inefficiently. Would not recommend this Taco Bell. Went through the drive thru tonight around 930pm. My boyfriend ordered a crunch wrap supreme and a couple other items. Once we were home eating, he pulled out a piece of plastic out of his mouth(from the crunch supreme wrap he ordered.) Really had a hard time understanding how that could even get in there? I told him to call the store and speak to the manager because that is unacceptable. The manager was the one who answered his name is 'Alex'. My boyfriend told him what he found, told him he had pictures and a receipt. Alex then responded "I understand". Not once did he apologize or asked if he was okay. The workers are kind but the food is almost always bad. I gave it a try for the third time tonight but the tortillas are always borderline burned (and also freezer burned it tastes like) and the food generally tastes like it was stored for a few days in a fridge then reheated. I was at this location around noon on 2/5/2020 with my mom in the back seat. The employee MARISSA was disgustingly rude at the drive thru! I ordered a baha blast with my meal. When I got up to the window to pay she handed me a different drink that I did not order and dumped it. When she gave me the right drink, Marissa then ASKED ME if I wanted any sauces, to which I replied "yes, fire please." When I received my food I was disappointed that she did NOT in fact put ANY sauce in the bag. Therefore, I waited for her to open the window again. When she did, Marissa then told me I did not ask her for any sauce.... which is a LIE... and pronstead of apologizing for HER mistake she then told ME I had a "shitty personality." How DARE an employee speak to any costumer that way?! When I went inside to ask for the manager, a middle aged woman who claimed to be the manager on duty said "she's got me." Without allowing me to finish my sentence, this manager started walking away. She never once apologized on behalf of her employee and did absolutely NOTHING to rectify the situation.
