Came in on a Monday around 3pm. Got a bacon single patty burger with no fries. I was hungry enough to order fries but added a regular fountain drink. Staff was friendly / prompt and inside area was perfectly cleaned. Overall experience is 5 stars solid & customer service 5+ stars worthy. My bacon burger was made freshly the exactly the way I wanted it. This is a dine in experience rating. I have came to this particular location a few times before. Accurate - honestly .... I only come to this 5 guys because besides location / I have never had any problems and the burgers come out RIGHT every time !!!! read more

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! The cashier dropped a life-changing truth bomb: combo = discount (why has no one told me this?!). My burger was stacked like edible Jenga, the fries came in emotional support quantities, and everything was cleaner than most people's browsing history. Fast, friendly, and fry-filled! read more

I was so pleased with the Carrollwood 5 Guys service tonight! They went out of their way at the end of the night to take my order with friendly great service. We ordered right before closing, and everyone was still helpful and friendly and our food was great! William, the manager was amazing and came up and apologized due to them having to sub out a hamburger bun because they ran out of hotdog buns. I was fine with this, but he gave me a customer card with a credit for the next time. What great pro active customer service! I will definitely be back. I love Five Guys and this location just made my night! Kudos to this staff! read more

Girl with the color braids. Color don't hide the fact that the install is still shitty just as your personality and facial expressions. How can you work in the fast food industry and be disrespectful to customers? Do you not realize you are the type of people that make businesses lose clients? And you're a black woman in this society you're giving the whites a reason to hate minorities like us. I really hope you grow as a person cause it's you who needs the job. I ain't did shit to you to deserve that treatment. read more

Bought a burger in a lettuce wrap. Told the guy at the register all the way but no cheese. I ended up with a double covered in cheese. The cheese is not gluten free per their website. My dinner ended up being Cajun fries. Very disappointed for $57 dollars for 2 double burgers one with lettuce wrap. Two large fries. A drink and a shake. Lot of money for food I can't even eat. Gave mine to my boyfriend for lunch tomorrow. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Tampa, Florida

I go to 5guys at least once a week just to get me a quick bite. This location is in the same plaza as the Starbucks, Tropical Smoothie, and Abby's Health store. Whenever I come in I am greeted right away. I usually order the same thing every time and then add a milkshake every once in awhile (peanut butter oreo to be exact lol) when I wanna over indulge. Although there is a little bit of a wait time I never mind it because I know my food is gonna be made fresh to order. I also like that I can watch them cook my food. My favorite part is when you order fries they dump additional fries in the bag : ) this always makes me happy because I usually like fries with a side of burger lol. Overall I would rate this location a 8/10 because the staff is super friendly, its always clean, never too busy, and always fresh and yummy!!!! read more

Price is High but you get what you pay for we add much cheese as seems to not jump cost by much. Great Fries too. Few places are not in $10 Range anyway. Thanks Rick read more

The first time I tried Five Guys made-to-order juicy burgers with fresh ingredients I was in Richmond, VA circa 2008. At the time, I thought wow these might be the best burgers ever! The same rings true today! Yesterday, I got my usual off the secret menu (the grilled cheese burger (add onions & lite Mayo) which I later learned is a viral TikTok order minus the added onions and Mayo. Needless to say, the secret menu item (grilled cheeseburger) that is now viral is still delicious! The cheese melts nicely & sticks to the foil once wrapped. The burgers are cooked to perfection. The bread is buttery with slightly crispy edges & the sandwich is a must try. But what's Five Guys without the fresh toppings? Calm down...you're still free to add whatever toppings you'd like, but I highly recommend on your first visit--just try it as is--grilled cheeseburger (no add on's). When you go back after tasting all that greatness, then and only then, should you add your fav toppings! Of course you don't have to take my word for it but if you do--your palate will thank me! Until next time Yelpmates! read more

We haven't been to Five Guys in a v very long time but wanted a burger and decided to stop in. The place was empty when we arrived so we were able to place our order right away. They seem to get alot off to go orders as while we were eating people came in to pick up. I got the cheeseburger minus the bun with lettuce, tomato and grilled onions. Hubs got the little cheeseburger and were shared a regular fry. Plenty of seating and the place is clean. Staff very polite. The burgers were great, not greasy. And the fries Omgosh there were so many lol. They were crispy goodness and we devoured everything!! Nom nom nom We will definitely be back!! read more

Service was amazing the fries and the burgers were amazing the smells were amazing if I went to another place I would be sad to see a not tasty burger. The only bad thing was that the fries were not placed organized in the bag. Other than that it was a good atmosphere. read more

I wish I could rate 5 Guys a 5, sadly they will now have to change their name to 4 Guys, 4 stars. I made my grandson pay for his meal because I need to teach him young, he thought it was too expensive (reason for 4 stars) (no pun intended) Haha always wanted to do 5 guys, great meal. read more

Five Guys is hands down one of my favorite burger joints. There's just something about their burgers and fries that hits every craving perfectly, juicy, flavorful, and consistently satisfying. I don't get to indulge often, but when I do, every bite is pure enjoyment. read more

How is this place still in business? It's been a few years since I've been here...now I remember why. $25 for two "little" cheeseburgers, two drinks and a split order of fries. I don't think that there is a fast food Burger in existence that is worth that price. Things I noticed walking in... * Five Guys is down to only one guy holding down the fort. * The restaurant was 100% empty at lunch time. * No matter how hard I try, I cannot eat $25 of peanuts in one sitting. * The music was so loud that it was like a rock concert. Ironically, "It's The End of the World As We Know It" was what was blasting from the speakers (possibly a sign of the times). A quick check of the decibel level was 91, which is 6 decibels from being equivalent to being in a night club. Looking on the positive side, I like loud music. The food was fresh...and their fries are pretty tasty, so I guess they have that going for them. To be honest, I doubt I will be returning anytime soon. With gourmet burgers available almost everywhere, I can't justify the price when compared to their competition. read more

Theres twenty people working behind the counter, they charge $2 more than any other five guys in the area they are twice as slow, and all the tables are dirty. I didnt bother looking inn the bathroom because i already knew it would be a nightmare read more

Delicious, but expensive! My fiancé and I went to the gasparilla knight parade on Saturday and required delicious burgers on Sunday. The burgers were great! We each ordered the junior bacon cheese burger, fully loaded. We split an order of fries, a soda and a chocolate shake. Our bill was $30!! $30 for counter service! I was shocked, to say the least. Needless to say, we will not be back anytime soon. read more

lm very disappointed they shrunk the burgers siz, now less meat for the same price, no more 5 guys for me l much rather pay more for a full portion read more

There is no missing with the food. Its good..no doubt. The issue I had was with the staff. There were two guys engaging in completely inappropriate conversations in front of co-workers. The majority of those co-workers were very young girls. When I asked where a manager was, the employee pointed out one of the guys having the inappropriate conversation! Evan continued his assessment of what women are good for and challenged anyone to disagree. Unbelivable!!! read more

This is my second attempt to love Fiveguys! Burger was ok... nothing special. Cheeseburger all the way. Not really fond of the mayo they use... too sweet! Patties were done more than I like. Fries were good... but I prefer my fries a little crispy, not mushy. They did taste good (but hey, potatoes and grease, of course they taste good! But I have had better!). Still baffled about why Five Guys is so popular! :) So A-OK... three stars. read more

Although for a fast food restaurant, their burgers are a little pricey, it is definitely worth it. Everything is fresh and the fries are so good. It's five guys! It's always delicious. Went to location on Dale Mabry in North Carrollwood. It was during covid so just picked up. The service was very good and everything looked so very clean. Yeah, we heard about the Five Guys where they refused to wait on law enforcement. Seriously impacted our desire to eat at any Five Guys locations. You GUYS should offer a blanket apology everywhere and talk about how you'll make sure to take care of law enforcement because it sucks bulgy they're being abused at restaurants. How do you trust any restaurant at all? Shame on Five Guys. Used to be our go-to burger restaurant. Legit the best in the country for juicy, delicious burgers and fries. You'd get a giant serving of the best fries you've ever had. The best made to order burger and you choose what you want on it. I was in the hospital once and needed a good meal and friend brought Five Guys. Was the most wonderful meal ever. Restaurant is always clean at this location and service excellent. Fix it guys. You need to. read more

I had not been to five guys since 2011 and i figured I was long overdue for a return visit. I'll be honest I haven't been a big fan of theirs in the past but I never had a solid reason as to why so it was only fair i give them another shot. I will admit the french fries are very fresh and I could eat them all day. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and it was just okay but nothing that made me feel like i had to return. Its an average burger place if you're in the area otherwise there are better places to grab a great burger. read more

Five Guys - Burgers Near Me - Tampa, Florida

Today I tried this location as I'm not familiar w/ the area but know if this chain. Right off the bat: I'm from SoCal so I was wearing an In n Out shirt & it was NOT intentional as I let my friend pick the place for lunch. The cashier gave me some playful hazing about this but stepped up stating that they would make a superior burger! Gotta give them a shot right? Meh. Don't get me wrong, the place was clean, food was fast but it's no way the best burger. Marlowe's down the road is far & away better! Especially since this was $29 for two burgers, two fries & two drinks! After our meal, the cashier came to inquire how I liked it & I was hospitable, at least I hope I was. But I was honest as it was alright but not the best by any means. She then informed me I was no longer welcome back if I wore an In n Out Burger shirt. I'm not sure she was joking around anymore, but who knows? No worries, don't think I'd go back if it was free. Five Guys is nowhere near the best burger but absolutely a step up from Checkers or the major fast food companies near by. This was only the third time I've ever eaten at a Five Guys- first time on the east coast & in all honesty this is the best Five Guys I've tried, which again is minimal I know. In N Out is the absolute best! No competition. I've actually had it overnighted to me as it's that great! But if you're desperate for overpriced adequacy, this is your spot. read more

Ordered from this 5 Guys around 11:50 so I could pick up for lunch. I was informed online it would be ready by 12. I didn't arrive until a little after 12 to give extra time and was expecting my food to be ready as I was in a hurry. Worst service ever. I've ordered before and it was ready at my arrival. This time I came to the EMPTY restaurant (only two other people there and no one at the register) and my food was not finished. The guy working the grill was more invested in talking to the woman at the cash register than actually workomg causing it to take 10 extra minutes for me to receive my food. I was disappointed to say in the least. Don't get me wrong, I love 5 Guys and it's usually a good experience however I won't be returning to this one. read more

What the hell Five Guys. At 10 minutes to 6 you're not at all crowded, no one is at the register, the kitchen is in no rush to call for a cashier and the wait for food is as if it's a weekday lunch rush? I ordered 2 Cheeseburgers all the way - a common order - and not only was the wait long, our burgers were put together like my 10 year old daughter was on the line. My $28.17 order was cold, the fries were stale and the CHEESE on our burgers wasn't even close to being melted. Look, this isn't my first 5 guys rodeo - idk what this place is but it just LOOKS like a 5 guys. Literally NONE of the typical guest service/ food quality exists here at all. I could've gone to the drive through at Wendy's for less dissatisfaction. Wendy's... seriously. read more

This is one of the best diners I've ever been to and everyone their is nice. I would highly suggest that you try this restaurant.

Of couse it's awesome. I love that you can get peanuts while you wait for your food. Peanuts are always yummy. Plus the burgers are amazing. Cooked fresh and you add what you want. What's better than that? Oh yeah That's right.... The enormous amount of fries you get with your order. They just throw them in the bag. Yummy!!! read more
