My husband ordered a #8 crunchy tacos, ALL 3 had NO cheese!!! My husband loves cheese! He looked at the receipt and there was no special instructions. Crazy! And, my daughter ordered a Mexican Pizza, there was barely any sauce, tomatoes or cheese on top. The prices just keep going up, but the food is barely adequate. Recently I moved to Simi Valley and I have picked up food through drive through quiet a few times. Every time I have gone to pick up food in the evenings at the 2360 Tapo St, Simi Valley, CA 93063 location I always have a unpleasant experience. Today 9/30/22 will most and likely be the last time I pick up food from this place. My food was made incorrectly. AGAIN! My food was cold, my portions were mediocre, and my drinks had no flavor. I wasted $25 of my hard earned money to receive the most pathetic food. I've been to quiet a few Taco Bell's in my life and I never have an issue but this place should be burned down. 9/10 times I have picked up food here it's always the same experience, the same cashier, the same mistakes. Nothing sounds better than a refund but honestly I don't have the energy to go argue with with a employee that doesn't know how to listen probably when he/she is taking the order. It's pretty embarrassing that I had to taste both of my drinks in drive thru to make sure they were good and sure enough one drink tastes like water and carbonation, and when asked for another drink they give me another flavor that tastes the same. On a day like today, in which I find no food in the refrigerator and in which I spend its entirety at my desk studying, cooking is just out of the question. I happily waited at the drive-thru. Thankfully, there was only a short line. I ordered a 1/2-lb Cheesy Potato Burrito with Cinnamon Twists. I made sure I was loud and clear enough the first time so the person on the other line did not have to ask me twice. I didn't want to be THAT customer, you know? Minutes later, I returned home where I feasted on the great, completely filling Taco Bell fare for which I paid a whopping $3.30. The burrito was sufficiently packed with little pieces of fried potatoes--their version of tater tots--as well as ooey, gooey cheese and refreshing sour cream. Reduced fat sour cream, no less! With every bite, I was reminded of how good of a decision it was to do business with this establishment. My happiness was short-lived, however. The cinnamon twists tasted different than what I had gotten used to. They were no longer light and airy; they were too crispy and too heavy. I had to eat each one out of sheer principle. I think this is my last visit to Taco Bell. I know some of the food is tasty but I get tired of eating tortillas with a little dab of what ever in it. I ordered $24 worth of not much. 1. The Crunchwrap Supreme was about an inch thick and mostly tortilla and not much taste. I opened it up to put some sauce in it and there was a tiny bit of meat in one corner, and I mean a tiny bit. I removed most of the tortilla that was bunched up on top. 2. Shredded Chicken Quesadilla. The shredded chicken looked like thread. They could make about 20 of these with one half chicken breast. 3. Spicy Tostada was actually good. 4. Cheese Quesadilla was good. 5. Cinnabon Delights were out of this world great. But better count them. Mine only had 11. Guess they were so good they ate one. 6. Soft Taco OK 7. Nacho Crunch Double Stack Good. I think they need to rethink there menu with more of everything inside there tortillas. It's like how much money can I save if I only put half the ingredients in the tortillas. My Dad owned a fast food and his motto was give them a good amount for their money and they will come back.
