this establishment is horrible, i've known this location my whole life it's been there and every damn day they are slow with their orders the staff is usually very friendly and just stressed out because of how many people come through having the drive through line wrapping out into the street but i don't really care about all of that i never go there but for the past three times i've went there i have gotten one item usually and that item is the loaded nacho fry chip burrito thing, every time i ask for it with no lettuce and no tomato's, the past 3 outta 4 times of getting this item i have received lettuce and tomato's on it. i genuinely do not understand how you mess up a single item, can ur staff not read what is on their ticket? the food quality is always good but you guys gotta be more efficient and communicate to one another read more

This location is atrocious. The seating and space is very tight along with an old run down building. It seems other Taco Bell locations in the area have not only renovated themselves but upgraded as well however this location seems outdated. Also there's constant screwups on my orders and the managers that work this location are complete tools. Some of the managers here like Sam, Ian, Eric and Keith are a pain to work with. I went to the Taco Bell drive through today and I hate eating my food without fire sauce. I told the guy taking my order to add fire sauce. He added four fire sauces on the screen to the order. I got home and of course, there was no sauce in the bag at all. I drove back for the sauce and had to go inside to grab it because I also never got a receipt with my order. I told the worker that I had to come back because there was no sauce in the bag. The worker called the manager. The manager goes on to tell me that I was supposed to go inside the store in the first place to grab fire sauce even though I was at the drive through initially. I don't know what kind of bizzare thing he was trying to tell me instead of apologizing for an employee not completing an order properly. I was annoyed but calm and said, "I ordered at the drive through." He goes on to argue and say, "well, if you're missing something from your order then you have to come inside." The manager for some reason couldn't comprehend that I found the order wasn't completed properly until I got him. I got upset and I said yea when I went home I saw I was missing something. First, My order was messed up and second, you didn't even apologize. Third, you demanding me to come in to grab fire sauce?! What kind of customer service is this? This used to be the go-to Taco Bell for us as we were coming back from a day at the beach. Went this last time (and pretty sure won't be back) and it was a complete mess. Honestly I don't usually rant about anything but I've been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 11+ years now and they've changed so much. My order rarely changes and when it messes up I don't get too mad because we're all human, we make mistakes. I always get a few cheesy bean and rice burritos with a few cheese roll ups and if I don't care about my body I'll usually add a nacho bell grande with no meat just beans. Taco Bell will forever be my favorite, but since I've grown up eating this, I expect a positive staff and a more positive atmosphere. There's a handful of kids that'll be nice and take care of me but some just don't care. If I'm asked what kind of sauce I'd like and I responde with "a handful of fire sauce" and I get like 4/5 packs, I'm going to be upset because 97% of the time I'm going through the drive-through and I expect a lot. But instead I'll park my, and go inside for extra sauce. But hey, I'm just saying. read more

The only reasons are that it's open late and there aren't any real Mexican places nearby. Not only is it unhealthy fastfood, but this location ALWAYS screws up my order. Since the drive thru always makes me a bit agitated I decided it would be much faster to go inside and order... BOY, was I wrong. After waiting 10 minutes to order I couldn't imagine it would take more than another 10 minutes for it to be finished.. After 20 minutes my boyfriend came inside, really ticked off that it was taking so long. The drive-thru at this location is amazing. I love it. They're always quick to take our order and give us our food. The few times that their soda machine has run out of syrup and we've brought our cups back, they've replaced them for free. We always check our bag before we drive away, and only once have we had to return tacos that we're prepared the way we're ordered them. I love it. Three times since reopening, I have tryed to do breakfast at 6:30. This store is missing hours posting and crew, even though the OPEN sign is prominatly displayed. This community of Mastic, Mastic Beach, Shirley and Floyd Harbor has only 2 routes out to main roads for morning commute, Wm Floyd Pkwy being the major one. This store is missing out on a ton of morning business from the near 1/4 mil population here. McDonalds and Burger King are open MUCH earlier. I think someone needs to address this. read more
