Strong drinks, weak stuffing. If you like a well stuffed sandwich, this isn't the place for you! They delicately put just a tiny bit of everything on my sandwich. Totally not worth the price, since Subway stopped doing 5 dollar footlongs. Nothing like the usual handfuls of stuff every other subway has done. The sub still tasted good, but didn't have that satisfying big-bite texture. The hand sanitizer dispenser doesn't work, which is frankly just irresponsible in a pandemic. Soda from the machine is strong, not watered down, so that's a plus. The establishment is moderately clean. I didn't check the bathroom. Bad communication from the workers. This subway is very good! The workers here are very sweet and greet you on a personal level if you're more of a regular like my bf and I. Their food is always fresh. Just a side note however, I would highly doubt that their chicken is actually REAL chicken. To me it looks more like a SOY product rather than actual chicken. From my expereince if youve been to one subway youve been to them all. They are very consistent with good quality service. This particular Subway has a very friendly staff and up to date decor. This is the closest to where I live and I come here all the time. I have been on a real Subway kick lately because im trying to eat healthier. I've been coming here for years since I live right around the bend. Used to be great but I'm not liking it as much anymore. They dont let you redeem your $2 rewards on your card, they don't explain how the rewards work, you can't redeem a $2 reward for a $2.44 cookie purchase, they got me to buy 4 milks and get the 5th one free "deal" when I only wanted to get 2 bottles so they could get rid of all the soon to expire milk so they don't lose money (the milk was turning already when I opened the bottles and put them in my jug at home SO I SHOULD GET A REFUND). They always sucker my brother into taking the rest of the cookies for a "deal" because the cookies are old and they don't want to take a loss and if you disagree with them on something or come in 10 minutes before they close they start speaking in their native tongue. Lord knows what they're saying about you!!...... And if the $2 rewards don't work you're better off just throwing the card out and going somewhere else for hero sandwiches like TJ's Hero shop in Patchogue. Subway is overrated anyway!! We grab sandwiches at this subway when we want to aviod the high fat, high calorie fast food items. The owners are friendly and the service is very good. This one tends to get very busy at lunchtime, but that is to be expected. Much better food than mcdonalds. read more

I come to this Subway very frequently, usually once a week sometimes more. The staff here are very polite and will start to remember what it is you usually order if you are a repeat customer. They are very fast at preparing your food, which is important when it gets very busy during lunch time so that you get in and out quickly. If you are worried about the staff taking sanitary precautions, they always put on new gloves whenever needed, and often have a designated person on the cashier. If you have never been to a Subway restaurant before, I highly encourage you to check the website first to see what they have to offer as the signs in the store can be a bit overwhelming. Just know that no matter what you order, you can put ANY combination of condiments/sauce on it at no additional fee (unless it is something like avocado, bacon, cheese, etc). Pay attention to what the monthly $5 footlong is, as long as you order it with the necessary ingredients, you are free to pile on whatever else you like and it will still be $5 (excluding the extra cost additions as mentioned above).
