This location was rough. The drive up window gets super backed up due to the automated ordering system - if you need to speak with an actual person vs. follow the exact automated ordering process, you're in for a wait. I tried to get someone to input my Taco Bell app check in code for a few minutes before ultimately giving up and moving on to my order - which appeared correct on the screen but ultimately was not. Paid extra to swap chicken into my stacker which was not implemented. The stacker and burritos I ordered were not wrapped properly, which resulted in the entire bag being soaked by the two that opened after being thrown in. I didn't get a look inside the store but it appeared pretty empty, this seems to be mostly a drive through location as it's conveniently located. Sadly this is the closet taco bell within a 20 minute drive in this area, so it'll have to do but man, lots of room for improvement. read more

Big problem with this store. Waited an hour on a line of cars of about 20 cars. By the time I got to the machine to place the order I sat there for ten minutes. It was 4:20 am when I got there. I got to the window and the guy who would not give his name (a black guy) said they were closed at 4:15 am. I don't want to go to far into giving "Taco Bell" a review, it's "Taco Bell!" Everyone has eaten it and knows how good it is. This review is about one particular employee and how wonderful she was. When I walked in I was greeted by Ana, a employee working the register at "Taco Bell." She was short, with long hair and a big personality. She seemed very dedicated to her job and doing it right. I like that in a employee. She made sure to take my order right and make certain it got to me once it was ready. After I sat down to eat Ana's hard work didn't stop, she walked over to the table I wanted to sit at and wiped it down, wow! After that she wiped all the tables down. Quickly after she retrieved a broom and began sweeping the floor. Half way in customers walked in, so Ana walked to the back cleaned up and took there order. There were many people working, but Ana stood out from the rest. I know Yelp is about food and how we enjoy it, but if we forget to thank the people that make it, that the time to care, that go the extra mile, then we ignore the full dining experience. This girl deserves to be rewarded and I hope "Taco Bell" realizes that! Great job Ana. I will visit this location because you have me such wonderful service. read more
