Came to grab some lunch. There is plenty of parking. The restaurant is a little dirty and a little run down. You order your food on a computer. The food took a long time to come out. Over 10 minutes and the restaurant was empty. But when the food came, I must say, I was impressed. It was typical Taco Bell fare, but it was good and filled and piping hot. That is not something I am used to getting at Taco Bell. Now, the staff was friendly but loud. Shouting in the back. Truthfully, it wasn't annoying. It actually livened up the restaurant. This is a slightly above average Taco Bell. They rarely screw your order up, but never too badly. Food's always well assembled. The staff is nice. This won't make you a convert, but if you like Taco Bell, you will like THIS Taco Bell. The drive thru can be a bit of a nightmare at times, which keeps this from being a five star. Just went here to quench my taco craving after not having Taco Bell for months. When I pulled in, I was greeted quickly and politely which is unusual for a fast food establishment. After I ordered I went to the pickup window and got my food. The cashier was very polite once again. It's nice to see people who enjoy their jobs. The receipt I received said the employee's name is Rodybel. Definitely made the Taco Bell experience worth it even before eating. read more

This is the worst run place I've ever seen in my entire life. I feel bad for anyone who goes inside that place. It will take hours for you to get your food and they don't care about anyone inside only the drive through. Terribly awful service, I needed to ask a worker a question and he didn't even hear me bc he had air pods in. The stupidity in this place is out of this world. Tough call on this one as the service here can be downright horrible. I have had my order screwed up at the drive thru more times then I can remember and often the line for the drive thru is long and slow moving. I solved this dilemma by going inside to order and making sure I get my correct order. On the inside you may still get less then stellar service and the place is pretty dumpy, floor usually needs cleaning and I would never recommend eating in unless you're drunk. I have to give 3 stars though because when your order is what you ordered you walk out with a bag of yummy cheesy taco goodness. I'll admit I don't appreciate "real Mexican" which I know this is not, but sometimes you just need a soft doughy burrito filled with meat from a bag, re-fried beans and slathered in cheese. Second they got all are tacos wrong and all hard tacos were broken and Mexican pizza was a mess. How can you not get a beef and cheese taco right they gave us beef and lettuce instead .We got 2 taco supremes and they came just 2 soft tacos but payed for supreme. Run away from this border... This has got to be the nastiest, dirtiest Taco Bell I have ever ventured into. I had a craving for some Taco Bell and since this place was right there at the time, I pulled in. Normally I am a drive thru only person but I decided to sit it out with my food. Big Mistake. The service was dog slow- I could have made the orders faster. The place was only about 1/4 filled - and not much going on at the drive through so there was zero reason for the turtle pace. After getting my order I grabbed the only clean seat in the place- the tables were absolutely disgusting: covered with food and taco sauce while the staff was just standing behind the counter doing nothing. The seat I found was half of a broken 2-seater which was fine by me except I'm sure that the thing was broken for some time as the broken part was painted over... The food was nothing to crow over - the burrito was very mushy and seemed watery - I just ate the regular taco, tossed the rest and got the hell out of there. Not going back. read more

I am done. Last time I ordered ahead via mobile, and the order wasn't ready for 35 fegging minutes after I got there. "The order ahead of you is really big" they tell me, after 15 cars had already pulled in to the drive thru after I get there, and left with their meal. Taco Bell's food is already well below average as it is, and no longer a good value. Way different than when I worked there as a kid years ago: good food and a full meal for way less than a minimum wage hour's wages.
