The food is the best thing you will ever eat. They give service really fast. And it's really clean.

I am updating my review since it's over a year old and I've been here enough to definitely know and rate it. I have no idea why the other reviewers have had issues because it's service has always, the food is good and I've never waited very long. The place is always clean and comfy, as well. The food-they're fast food tacos and burritos. But there's something tasty about their tacos, burritos and, especially, crunchwraps. I've recently tried the breakfasts and they are really good. I wasn't expecting the Breakfast Taco with sausage to be as good as it was and I tasted the Breakfast Burrito with Potato and it was good, too. I've never considered it a place to stop for breakfast but that has changed. Breakfast salsa was good, too. I've never seen that before, either. The one issue is the app. I used it for the new breakfast taco but couldn't change the location unless. It went through to another store. Arrgh. I found a place to change it in my info but that wouldn't help when you're on the road. The stores don't support the app because it's run by a 3rd party. read more

First things first, the two people running the cash register at the front were mostly outside vaping and would only come in when there was a customer not using the self serve kiosk menu. They did not wash their hands in between their side quests and work duties. The kitchen crew messed up my vegan order by adding meat, when I asked for a remake they made it wrong again. By the second mess up I decided I would rather be hungry than trust them to make my food again. One side of rice and beans took 10 minutes to come out, despite those being foods easily scooped in the line up. Men's restroom was disgusting. I heard the women's room was better, but there was no changing table. If I were to ever come back here it would be out of pure desperation. read more

My order was large and had many different special requests. The drive thru order was taken by the staff member very patiently and politely. I also went inside to order more food and the dining room and bathroom were clean. Thank you to the staff! read more

I ordered several items from the menu totalling 25.00 Chicken power bowl no guacamole Side of black beans n rice Side of refried beans with cheese 2 soft taco Side of chips with cheese 12pk Cinnabon The chicken power bowl had maybe a tablespoon black beans and looked more like poop. The lettuce was not fresh and tinged brown, the chicken was dry and maybe a tablespoon worth. The entire bowl was on the cold side. The Side of black beans n rice again looked like poop with a sprinkle of rice on top. Discusting!!!! When I called there was no apologies or response to the issue until I mentioned putting my name in a book bc I was not going to spend more gas money to have it replaced and potentially spit in. The persons reaponse was to tell me to make sure I had my reciept. She repeated this multiple times without even an apology. The service was Discusting and so was the look of the food. Just bc it's fast-food doesn't mean stores can get away with poor service or quality food. read more

Worst fast food service I have dealt with in a really long time, I came in after 10 pm to order two things and the car ahead of me took a really long time ordering and when I got to the intercom to other ones asked to wait a minute because the car ahead of me ordered 52 items and counting myself there was six other cars in the drive thru and instead of parking the car they made us 6 cars wait for her to get her 52 items and the minute I was asked to wait was more like 15 minutes, completely it read more

I just stoped in, stood at the front for about 20 minutes, then left because no one acknowledged me. Another person came in a few minutes after I got there and we had some good conversation and the staff definitely looked over at us a few times. Someone even came up to the counter but kept her head down and didn't respond when we said hello. There wasn't even a sign or anything to state that they weren't taking walk in orders. I think they are pushing people to use the app and their machines but I have vision issues that prevent me from doing that and I shouldn't have to explain that I am disabled to staff that won't even acknowledge that we are in the building. read more

We did an online order today as we were traveling through & didn't have much time. I have to say for the first time in a very very very long time we got some good food from Taco Bell. Sad to say, but it seems now days that the food quality coming out of these restaurants is absolutely shocking & something Taco Bell as a company should be ashamed of!! Today surprisingly to us our whole order and experience was a good positive one we were quickly waited on upon entering the store by friendly staff. The store front was nice and clean & to top it off they got our order completely & right!!! I'm was thinking, really?!? Dont get played by Taco Bell in GREEN When irdering through the drive through, check your order before you leave the window. They always leave something out. The manager trains them to do this because they make more money and most po eople wont come back for the missing food items. Then if you find something missing tbey make you drive to the front of the store and wait 45 min for your item. Hoping you leave. This is to teach you not to complain. If you say "No" I am wainting right here until i get my order, do not leave. They get your stuff immediately. read more

Absolutely no service, waited for 20 min and not a single employee engaged with us or welcomed us. The food is the same old same old Taco Bell. Ambiance was very "cold". Felt like the ac was on and it's 35 degrees outside. Food took over 20 min after we finally had to order on the kiosk because no employee came up front. read more

It's Taco Bell. They use the absolute cheapest utility grade ingredients available and make up the difference with salt. That being said, the food was no worse than your average Taco Bell and the gal that helped us was an above average level of friendly for someone working a low paying dead end job in 2022. read more

I ordered $300 worth of burritos and tacos for the school that I work for, and the staff at Taco Bell did an amazing job making all the food on rather short notice (a few hours). They separated everything into separate boxes so there was no confusion. They were so nice to me and offered to help carry them to my car for me. I go to this Taco Bell about once a week, and I have never been disappointed by their service or food. I am a big fan of Taco Bell, and this location is amazing. read more

The person working the counter tonight was very nice, but wasn't telling people to wear masks. Another worker was so over worked (y'all need to BREATHE or higher more people if you're that stressed, it's just fast food) they snapped at another coworker (in front of customers, YIKES) over me trying to say thank you. I'm not upset personally, but it looked like everyone there was struggling and I felt so bad for them! My husband loves Taco Bell but this particular place consistently gets things wrong. This time they put tomato's on his nacho belle grande when he asked for none and added lettuce to his crunch wrap supreme when he asked for none. Last time they left out about 3 tacos when we ordered the big taco box thing. I called and the night manager said she would put something next to the till to make it right next time, except no one knew what she was talking about. Ordered a nacho supreme no sour and no tomato, I look in the bag when I'm leaving and there's a fat glob of sour cream. I went back in and told them about their mess up. They then proceed to make another one, no big deal. But when I got it I didn't look too closely, I'm thinkin "no sour cream, good" I get home and see all these tomatoes on here as well. Oh and I also ordered a side of extra nacho cheese on the nachos, didn't get that either. Don't work at a fast food place if you can't get an order right. my two burritos are cold. i got the grilled cheese burritos and the cheese on top wasn't melted and the inside was cold as well. i ordered nacho fries as well and they were soggy and cold. i tried to call multiple times to let the manager know so it didn't happen to anyone else but it rang and loud scratchy noises happened and when i tried to call back all lines were busy like they put all lines on hold. very disappointed. very poor customer service. and terrible experience. read more
