Both serve consistently delicious Mexican fare with friendly service. My favorite dish has always been the enchiladas with shredded beef, and of course, their pico the gallo salsa. This salsa is so good I used to go in just to grab a carry out container of it to take with me when I drove home to Bend. Of note, we just tried them for take-out, and as opposed to many restaurants that gyp you by sending you home with a mini-version of a dish paid at full price, Toreros filled their cardboard carry out containers (large oval plates the same size as their ceramic dishes) with exactly what I've been given when sitting in the restaurant, including chips and a couple of very small salsa containers.
