We were so excited that the new Taco Bell was in. The employees are friendly and the place is fancy but the food sucks. Bean burritos dry, dressing on taco salad awful and lettuce was not fresh. OK, we'll go back a second time...Again, bean burritos were dry; I ordered a potato and cheese burrito, got home and all I got were the dry bean burritos. There is a tiny smattering of sauce about as big as a dime. And if I order EXTRA cheese on something, how can I get NO cheese?? I realize this is inexpensive fast food but hey! It's Taco Bell and it used to be really tasty. This was just not good food either time and if you can't get the order right that's a double whammy against you. This Taco Bell has sucked since the day it opened. I used to work at the old that had closed and was excited to revisit the new one. Again, since day one they have messed up almost every order I have placed here, including today. A day or so earlier I had gone through the drive-thru and some older, hispanic-looking dude took my order and seemed a little too stupid to be running the window. Not only did he sound rushed as hell, he didn't take my order correctly. I gave him the "you kidding me, dude?" look and was on the verge of being as ass right back to him but I was like "Marcos, you're here to buy a damn taco, chill." Then today my family had called me and asked if I wanted anything from Taco Bell, didn't know which one, but I said yes of course. I was on speaker phone and clearly heard what my family ordered but when they got home we noticed Ms. Felicia managed to get every single item we ordered wrong. You kidding me, chick? How the hell do you do that? Also they're not very good at remembering to put the cinnamon twists in your bag, whether they charged you for it or forgot to. They have forgot every time to but once. I want to start of with saying i don't really eat fast food, er decided to stop and eat and the food was good but what i really liked was the staff specially Rob the manager he was awesome. Very courteous and professional, I'm glad they have someone of that caliber to manage the restaurant. I talked to him about switching during spicy on my burrito to a non spicy item and he was very attentive and helpful. Thank you for having staff like Rob in your restaurant. read more

I've been coming to this Taco Bell for awhile now and not once have they gotten a order correct. Pretty sad considering it's not a hard task to complete. I over heard employees talk about working double shifts with no breaks!? These kids better get them a lawyer. And upper management should do an investigation on what's going on here. The morning staff is absolutely terrible. I go here in the mornings around 8am at least once a month and it is usually slow but today the lady running drivethru had me wait, mind you i was only car in drivethru and inside was empty. I've had a change of heart towards this Taco Bell, the manager explained to us that on the night that we had to wait so long a bunch of people had quit in him so he was really doing the best that he could! Also been here multiple times after this incident and the employees have been quick, friendly and they even make convo with you and sound pleasant. read more

I went to the Taco Bell on Arnold Drive tonight (I have never had a bad experience here.) There was a wait due to some sort of accident in the drive thru. Once it was sorted out, Robert and his team got every car taken care of in record time and he took the time to get to know me. Poor customer service. Went in Monday, February 3rd at around 6:05 pm to get a quick bite to eat. I walked up to the counter and waited for one of the 3 employees working to take my order. After waiting for about a minute without being acknowledged, I asked the nearest employee "Can one of you help me, or do I have to use the self service computer?" The nearest young man didn't respond to me and made a comment under his breath to his other co workers. All 3 if them looked at me and rolled their eyes. Gets worse everytime I go there. No nacho cheese on my crunch wrap. The chicken is completley different and of course down graded from what is usually in the crunch wrap. It used to be shredded like pre marinated chicken this is not. And they burned it black but still gave it to me. read more

We were sitting in the drive thru for 40 minutes! When we finally got to the end to pick up our food and drinks the man kindly gave us our food and drinks. Except they forgot out drink. Then they tried to charge us for it! That was it for my mom so she got really mad a said " It's right here on the recipt!" We were already pretty mad at this service but when we got home both of our Mexican pizzas weren't cut. Like do they expect us to get a pizza cutter and cut it our selves. First off when I walked in I was giving the guy my order and right in the middle of my order he just said, hold on and left to the back room for almost 5 minutes. I have visited this location 3 times. And every time, they have completely messed up my order. I tell them extra jalapeno sauce, they put 0 sauce. I tell them, no meat, they put meat. This Taco Bell opened not too long ago and already sucks ass. The people they hire must be from Antioch/Pittsburg because they act immature and Lack basic common sense, and no reading skills. If I were going to wait an hour in line I would've just taken these seven kids to a sitdown restaurant and that is something I would never ever do. Seriously if you're behind this much then have the decency to go tell your customers that you're running behind so they don't sit there forever I would've totally gone somewhere else. I have always liked this Taco Bell location because the staff is incredibly nice and it's the one single location that gets my order correct every single time I've been here. Unfortunately lately the lines have been insane. One night recently I went into the drive through and when I started to order I was informed that even though the drive through line was completely empty Id have to wait at least 20 mins to order food because they had so many doordash orders. I asked if I could just quickly order a freeze and was told even for that I had to wait the 20 mins. This evening I went back to give it another shot and got in line at 8:52pm. I am finally just now leaving their drive through with my food at 9:40pm. Given all of the now hiring signs I can appreciate the fact that they are likely very understaffed right now but if it's that understaffed then their manager should be filling in until they can get the appropriate staffing level back.
