Me and some friends wanted to get some food late at night. They close at 1 so we went at 12:15, we were ordering a bit of stuff but not all that much, the girl helping us was very nice, until we heard a mans voice who said "bruh" when we ordered things, I told my friends to be little less rowdy, to which he replied, "honestly..." when we finished our order we saw him motioning his arms for us to hurry up. I get customer service can be annoying, but never should be dealt with like that. The girl was nice, but that guy ruined it. The food wasn't good either, I get Taco Bell is fast food. While dining at this location I used the restroom. While using the restroom a male employee came walking in and asked if anyone was in the stall. I was shocked. Apparently the unspoken rule that you are allowed a certain amount of privacy in a restroom does not exist here. I complained to the manager but if you hire managers who have no grasp on etiquette this is what is going to happen. Hey owners try reading your reviews. Lousy service! The drive-thru employee basically threw my order at me! The burrito was a handful of mush. I returned to the front counter, the employees saw me, but chose to just ignore me. I left the food on the counter and returned to my car and called the restaurant phone, asking for the manager. "I'm the manager" was the reply. I asked for his name, but he refused to give it out. I told him that my order was sloppily served. He wanted to know what I ordered. I told him, and that I wanted a refund because of bad service. He told me that I would need to return my food to the store for one. I told him that the food was sitting on the front counter and that I was right outside and that he could bring my refund to me. He never did. Thanks, Jonathan! I guess he felt that I was just passing thru town and that he'd never hear from me again. I have to rate this 1 star due to the lack of laziness at this location. You add extra things to your purchases yet they completely ignore them. It's a shame that people can't do simple tasks. The food is okay, typical Taco Bell. Wait is usually longer than average fast food wait. Drive-thru can be ridiculous! The setup of the drive-thru line is just plain stupid and I am surprised the city has not said or done anything about it yet. Although I am not a regular, we got home late one night and decided to go. Our food was beyond disgusting with grey colored taco shells and filled with water? This Taco Bell is pretty average for a Taco Bell chain. I've never had anything missing from my order, which is, ironically, something I am used to for this chain. They do tend to order cook the churros, but are otherwise alright if you like going here. I didn't wait long in the drive thru. I've never been inside. read more

Food is great and all but can I mention something. WHY DO WE ALWAYS GET FOUR PACKETS OF SALSA!!!!!!! No matter how much we order, we always get 4-5 packets. Like I get your busy 24/7 but come on!! That's the best part about Taco Bell. Is a taco with my salsa. Then, I ask for a couple more packets and get this, they only give me like 2-3 more. Went to Taco Bell after church on Sunday. Ordered two tacos and a bean burrito. So bland it was horrible. My husband ordered the chicken taco salad and wanted to substitute extra beans for the rice. They charged us thirty cents for the substitute...really???? Talk about cheap! We got our order and we even asked if they had done the substitution and they told us yes. Got it home and they not only didn't give us the extra beans, but they took the beans away completely except for a little smear, but they did take the rice. And the guy who served us, if he had been anymore lethargic, he would have been asleep. We have been going to this taco bell for years but this may have been our last trip. The young lady at the register at 845pm on 9/29/2019 is either ONLY suppose to take orders, or shes plain ole lazy...there were NO customers, and shes just standing behind the register, while another customer and myself were simply waiting on a freeze drink we each ordered. It took us waiting a good while before the customer before me had to ASK about her drink. As well as myself waiting a little bit after that, bc im not sure whos job it is to make the drinks, because everyone else was working hard making the food, which makes me feel making the drinks is the young lady's job at the register....she definitely took advantage of ONLY taking orders, even when there were no customers...just stood there staring into space....shouldnt have to wait 10 minutes for something they dispense into a cup....she needs some real coaching, or fired since she doesnt know how to work...but then again, most have realized thats most of the young working class of lompoc for restaurants in Lompoc read more

Slowest fast food restaurant in town!!! The last four trips to this Taco Bell have been bad experiences. Long waits and bad food. The management does not care if you complain. I just waited 15 minutes in line and decided to leave because there was still five people a head of me. There were four managers there all laughing and joking around. Not one of them tried talking to the customers that have all been waiting for long periods of time. There was no napkins out, no taco sauce, and the soda machine was empty. When a customer asked for soda, a manger stated that they would try and find someone to fill the machine. I'm a General Manager of a local hotel and know that's not how you treat the people paying their money to you. Also, I should mention that there was only one cashier during this busy time and long waits. 7000 people without jobs in Lompoc and they can't hire someone to help with lunch rushes.
