We have a three strike rule, so we gave them another shot. We arrived to hear JAMES, the team lead screaming at the kids who were working. We were mot sure if he was tripping on drugs or just a blustering moron of a bully, just picking on those workers. They were doing the best they could, working around this guy bullying them and in the way. The shift lead can be heard yelling disparaging remarks back in the kitchen about customers and orders. He was berating the staff, just kids, who were getting yelled at for doing EXACTLY what he just told them to do. The orders were piling up because he had them doing pieces of multiple orders instead of competing a ticket and moving on. First, our online order was missing the drinks. Called them back to hive us cups. We stopped at a table to check the order. Nacho fries and fiesta potatoes missing. It took almost 45 minutes to get ALL of an online order that should have been ready when we arrived. JAMES said that he KNEW the order was wrong and someone would be coming back. YET, HE SENT IT OUT ANYWAY. One of the big things JAMES was screaming about was having to use GLOVES. He also made some remarks about the laziness of the aera DM, saying that she did not care about what the locations did or the state of the company (not sure if he meant franchise or corporate) The kids working back there were doing the best they could considering JAMES's hate speaches, ranting and creating a hostile work environment. We live in the area and now & then we treat ourselves to fast food. On occasion this location screws up our order and VERY OFTEN literally runs out of the most essential food items like BEEF, LETTUCE, etc.!! ‍ So, last night, we ordered a bunch of tacos and a taco salad. There was hardly any beef or cheese in any of them, whether soft or crunchy tacos. There was NO lettuce or tomatoes and was literally about 2 tablespoons of beef and a smidge of cheese. The tacos were basically all shell. We put our own lettuce from home in the tacos just to fill the space. It was not even busy at all at the restaurant so it's not like they were in a hurry. It seems to me and our friends that were visiting felt the same and that big fast food chains really should check in on their locations. read more

Just swung by tonight for a quick bite because it was close to the house and I had a couple bucks. Not bad as far as bang for your buck. The flavor is about on par for what you paid for. The staff is nice and the place is as clean as you can expect a taco bell to be after a Friday night rush. Overall, I didnt mind the experience. There was a woman taking orders in Taco Bell and she couldn't do more than 2 separate orders in there and we were there from work used to multiple order on other parts of Texas. So she said no that we can walk and go to the front to take a third order and was grouchy as heck. After that made her really made and I tried talking to her nice if she would change her tone at least and nothing. Looks like she hates her job some old lady. Short grey hair. And the worst part being said is that there was only one taco sauce being mild for three tacos no straws I ordered a supreme and it wasn't supreme when I got back to the hotel. I'm appalled at the service at this location. The woman who typically works the drive thru is so exceptionally rude I cannot imagine how she keeps her job. I go through maybe once every few weeks and every time she is pushy , rude and bothered by the customers' placing orders. Pulling up to the speaker you are greater with " WHAT DO YOU WANT?" Like seriously?? On what planet did she learn customer service or just plain civility? She rushes you through your order and follows every thing you say with " IS THAT ALL?" Barely before you've finished speaking. Today however was the worst. She was incredibly hostile and angry at the customer behind me for simply asking if they still had steak burritos. "WE HAVE WHAT'S ON THE MENU. WE GOT RID OF THAT THREE YEARS AGO!" To be fair, the menu changes CONSTANTLY. It is never the same twice. So who can even tell what they have or don't have??? She was so agitated that she basically threw my drink into my hand with such force I almost dropped it . Then proceeded to roll her eyes and huff. I pulled away and got home to discover half of my order was missing and the crunch wrap has no meat on it. I will NOT be returning to this location. I went to this establishment a couple minutes ago, and ordered my favorite food. At the drive thru, Nina took my order. She was so friendly, had amazing customer service, and helped me with my order. She was so nice at the window, and treated me like I was her highest priority; the way employees. I 100% recommend this place, and if you are lucky enough to come across Nina, you are lucky. i went to taco bell today and ordered a grilled cheese burrito, a bean burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and a larger dr pepper. my grilled cheese burrito was absolutely disgusting and had something very hard in it that definitely wasn't supposed to be in it and it chipped my tooth, my bean burrito was only like half beans and there was a hair in it, my chicken quesadilla only had cheese and sauce on half of it and my dr pepper was very watered down and tasted like carbonated water. i'm very dissatisfied and disappointed. 10/10 wouldn't recommend. read more

Let me just say I love taco bell and have always been a fan but definitely not of this restaurant. Last night was the third time we have had exceptionally poor customer service and also the last time because we wont be back to this location. The first time it literally took them over 15 minutes to make our order. We looked back into the prep area to see what was taking so long and literally they were solely focused on nothing but drive thru that entire time. No they werent slammed. The second time we went in and the dining area was a ghost town. The store was open but no one would come to the register to take our order. We always try to wait at least a few minutes for someone to notice us but that day all focus was on drive thru so we left. Last night same thing except my husband said one of the two employees who were flirting it up in the back saw him. Still no one came. I called out "Are you open?" but they were so focused on their conversation and still no one came. We have to drive 45 minutes now just to avoid our local taco bell but we'll do it. Its obvious the managers dont care enough about this restaurant to ensure even minimal customer service is provided. Wont be back. Ever. read more

I have never been disrespected so much by a drive thru person in my entire life and we were just driving through town to get back to Austin. As we placed the order the girl, Shelby, was talking way too fast as if she were trying to hurry us up. My husband ordered the new $5 triple double crunch wrap box which apparently she either didn't hear him or couldn't get that part right so after she put it on the screen and asked if it looked correct (which it wasn't because she had put 5 $5 boxes) she replied "well I asked you if that was what you wanted" through all of the sighs and grunts through the rest of the correction when we finally got up to the window I asked if there was a problem because surely there was if she was so rude and she replied she was "chillin hard dude" clearly I asked for the manager and she said yeah she's right behind me then took a good 5 minutes for anyone to come to the window at all i asked if she liked her job and if this is how she usually was then when she did show any emotion she just gave me a blank stare while I was ranting like she didn't care....I told shelby to have a good day and that I hoped her night went better she proceeded to tell me "don't talk to me" manager did nothing so we left.
