It's chic fil a. It's good. This location is pretty good. The cashiers are friendly. It stays pretty busy. We usually go for lunch, but I had a few points to use so I ordered online since we had the grands at the house and they wanted CFA. I was able to get the 30ct. Nuggies. Hubs went to pick up our order and everything was just as ordered. They gave us plenty of sauces and ketchup. The sandwiches and nuggies were still hot when they got back home, so that was a plus. This is not my normal review but I just can't stand to let this go on without a comment. Chick-fil-a has honestly been a a staple for my family with taking my kids countless times. The combination of inflation and unprovoked political pressure has all but ruined this chain. The prices are just astronomical and the portions seemingly small. The tipping point for me is that my recent visit simply because I wanted to go a bit healthy, I stopped by to get a chicken wrap. Not only was this the tiniest, unsavory rendition of a wrap I've ever seen, it was tasteless and $12 for the meal. $8+ for wrap itself. Prices of the standard chicken sandwich north of $6. This is the sad reality of today's fast food prices and what restaurants must resort to to survive. I will never go back. Kids taking orders - sweet and genuinely kind. For this company, you stop delivering your trademark product at family friendly price points when you cave into societal pressures. I'll never go back. Too many other options. read more

Cannot say I have ever had to do a bad review on a Chick fil but here we go... 1. The parking is strange. It is built almost exclusively drive-thru. Not much dine-in space. 2. They were so disorganized at the front. The manager was constantly redirecting staff. 3. It took 19 minutes to get a chicken nuggets meal. Yes, I timed it! 4. Great Chik-Fil-A drive through. Came through town for breakfast and stopped at my ole standby and favorite. I love the chicken biscuit combo which is of course: Menu Item #1. The staff was super friendly, as usual, and pretty fast. The only downer was that this is perhaps the first time EVER that I had a biscuit that was either over cooked or the temperature was too high. It had a slight burned/scorched flavor / texture. I was super surprised. No big deal, the spices of the chicken are so divine that it was not that bad. I dislike leaving bad reviews when I know the management and owner is trying, but we have not been visiting because of the continuous slow service, wrong orders, and awful quality of food. When I am convinced by my family to try again, I leave regretful. They try to make it right by being overly nice and "adding a free meal" (only in the next 30 days too....thats silly) next time I come in, but the problem is I don't want to go to this location to use my free meal and be disappointed and upset yet again. Food is my love language so it really puts a damper on my day. If they could add the free meal to my account, I would love to redeem at another location. The problems I've had in the last 6 months are: No salads at all available, no market salads available and when they available the quality is NOT good (wilted lettuce, barely any toppings, wrong chicken added, no blue cheese on my salad multiple times, no blue cheese even available (supply issues) but didn't tell me at all, the tiniest chicken breast I've ever seen that didn't cover even half of the bun, and my entire $35 order was wrong one night after driving there and all the way home, I had to go back..all we got was our correct order. No discount for next time to make up for the problem. Whatever happened to good customer service and rectifying the issue? I'm appalled that this is a Chick-fil-A establishment. The quality of service is more like a Burger King- or worse. Please do better. read more

Was in line for breakfast only one lane opened it was 10:25 so knew I was cutting it close as they stop serving breakfast at 10:30. There were only 2 cars in front of me and none in front of them. Ordering for both cars took an unusually long time. By time I got to order it was 10:31. They told me they were not taking breakfast orders anymore. Given only one line was open and how long it took them to get folks done it appeared to be a planned event so they could hold to their 10:30 cutoff. 1 star. The teenagers that work there are so kind and polite but the old lady who wipes down tables.. is only nice to her regulars. We have a son with CHRONIC skin issues. So, when he plays in the play room he doesn't take off his shoes. We wipe them down with disinfectant wipes REALLY well before he goes into the room and we have never had a issue. No one has ever said anything or had a problem. Well, today, there was a mom with three boys and a girl in the playroom who was sitting on her phone not paying attention the whole time and I have a problem with her and the way the staff handled the situation. So, before we went into the playroom, we obviously ate. We sat at the table near the exit where the outside dining is. We could see everything that was going on in the playroom and at one point we heard a big thump and the oldest boy who was causing issues from the minute he got there had pushed a child into the glass, and they hit their head up against it really freaking hard.. the child was crying and then he began to hit the child in the face amd then kept pretending like he was going to do it again..while all this was happening, the mother was sitting on her phone. As soon as we walked into the play room, her oldest son pulled his fist back and punched his 3 (I'm guessing) year old sister in the face leaving her crying in tears. My son ran over to her and tried to give her a hug and this little boy pulled his arm back to punch my 2 year old son.. (this kid was probably 6). Before I can even say anything the mother stops him because the crying of her daughter gets enough of her attention to look up up from her phone. So, she takes her son outside and talks to him. She comes back in and tells her son that he is done and has to sit with her and then gets back on her phone immediately. Well, you can tell that this child doesn't get much attention at home because he didn't take her serious at all, so, he got up without her even realizing because she's so lost in her virtual world. Well, in comes a grandmother with her 2 year old grandson and the violent older boy runs up the stairs and blocks it not letting him or my son pass and says, "you can't wear shoes in here". He puts his finger in the little boys face and then pushes him into the mesh..(both my son and the ladies grandson didn't say anything because my son is speech delayed and the other child was not taking.) well that rightfully upsets the grandma and she corrects the 6/7 year old because the mother IS ON HER PHONE STILL! this happens to other children about 8 more times and I finally say something to the mom and her response is, " well he's right, you can't have shoes on in here.." to which I respond with, "well it also says you're supposed to watch your child and be vigilant." But she just looks back at her phone AGAIN. At this point I have to get out of there before I do something wild. I tell the old RUDE lady who wipes down tables EVERYTHING that had happened and she just smiles and laughs and says, "he has to have his shoes". Are you kidding me? That's all she has to say? She doesn't say anything about that child being violent and punching people or pushing other children. Do you wanna know why? It's because whenever they came in, she was greeted by them and hugged.. because she knows them personally, apparently. I'm sorry but my child wearing shoes is way less dangerous than a child that is 100% violent. And if they really want to enforce rules, they need to hold everyone to the same expectations. Because it also says that you were supposed to be watching your child, and she very obviously was not . I spoke to a manager and bless his poor little heart... he didn't look to be over the age of 16 and he wasn't sure how to respond. He just was too young.. so I will not go here ever again. That used to be a weekly stop for us and my mom who works in the area gets a salad from there every single work day.. well she won't be going there anymore either. Here's the kicker they walked in with their sonic trash to throw away.. they didn't even eat at Chick-fil-A. They just used the playground and I normally wouldn't even think twice about it but I was a paying customer and was bullied out of chick-fil-A, because the old lady adored the hillbilly trash that was in there bullying every single child. Disgusting. We will just go to Leander where they don't allow bad behavior. I don't wanna give a shout out to my favorite lady who works there! I wish I could remember her name but she seems to usually be working outside handling the cash she's may be in her late 40s and has really short hair. Love that girl, definitely going to miss her. I'm kind of worried about the well-being of those children because they are so not visually looked after. read more

Never tasted fries so salty... it was like a salt bath in my mouth. One bite and I was done. I get this is out in a country town, but really? Only a few people inside (tho more in the drive through), yet it took like 30 min to get 2 sandwiches made. Freezing too....so cold inside we went to sit outside, only to be told by a young man that we couldn't. But we didn't listen to the kid, sat outside and then asked for fries with no salt, which were our safest bet and a million times better. After a hard day at work with basically no breakfast or lunch I did the drive through for a Cobb Salad. That's where disappointment began. I got home 30 minutes away and found no Cobb Salad but a very spicy Garden Salad. First of all I don't do spicy and second of all much of the lettuce was brown and appeared to have been frozen at one time. HORRIBLE PEOPLE !! The owner personally handed me my food without a golden ticket and knew THEY MADE ME 30 minutes late to my kids birthday due to the food not being ready for another 30 minutes passed when the app said it was !! Now when I'm trying to honor the golden ticket, he will not honor it because he forgot to give it to me and refuses to honor his word. The manager JAKE and the owner Allen were extremely disrespectful short, rude, and hateful towards me. I was crying on the phone with the way they were speaking to me and they continued being rude and talking over me ! Allen himself wouldn't even let me speak ! On the day of the Golden ticket. I had a full conversation with him standing there while he obviously was very awkward because he was embarrassed on how long it took for them to get the food out. Now he claims he does not even remember that day. Very poor business owner, and sad that is the only restaurant with such poor business practices that claim to be religious. It saddens me to have to give this place only one star. I have been going to Chick-fil-A for many many years and have never been disappointed with food or service until tonight. We are visiting Marble Falls from Tucson Arizona. After spending a very long day going to Waco and Dallas, we did not want to cook anything for dinner, so we thought we would go through Chick-fil-A's drive-thru. After placing our order in the drive-thru, the young man repeated our order back to us, however he had such a heavy accent that we could not understand what he was saying. We did not ask him to repeat the order instead we just drove to the window. Upon arriving to the window we found out that there were two young men and one young lady goofing around trying to make up different types of accents. Having teenagers ourselves, we understand young adults wanting to have a good time. When we received your order, we asked the young man, "do we have all of our order?" He replied "yes you do." When we got back to our hotel to eat our food, we found out part of the order was missing. We were super tired and did not want to drive 15 minutes back to get the order corrected. We just shared the part of the order we did have. Lesson learned for us is to always check our order before driving away. Lesson for this establishment is, train your employees, there is a place and time for goofing off, and it should not be at work. read more
