30+ minutes in a drive thru is at least 20 minutes too long. This is especially glaring when you see Chick Fil A right next door

Locked the doors when they saw us parking 30 minutes before closing like literally ran to the door so we could not go inside.

Wow! Upon entering, the panda express was very clean. They had a variety of entrées and sides that were all freshly made. My favorite is the chicken and mushroom with zucchini. The vegetables were cooked with a nice snap, not soggy. Yum. The spring rolls are very crispy and you could tell that everything was freshly made. I even saw the cabinet that has fresh cut vegetables in it. We weren't sure what to order, so Carly was especially helpful in describing the entrées to us. I like that the bathrooms were really clean. Inside the dining hall was very clean also and there was plenty of seating. There is handicap seating and accommodations. Two employees in the back were actively working while Gigi, the manager, was talking with us. She was so welcoming! She was so kind and on a roll with her employees. My fiancé and I will definitely be coming back to this Panda Express. read more

I actually don't understand how this place is still in business. We have gone several times, and they are always out of multiple products. The most recent time we went their air conditioning was not working. The food is only OK, the service is slow, and they never have a full menu available. Fast Chinese food, very good, have not had a bad China express to date. Always fast, love the fried rice. Clumpy soft rice is the east I like it! The price for what you get it also a good deal. The only downside I would say is if you want an eggroll or crab Rangoon it is al-a-cart and a little pricey. That being said I did get one chicken eggroll that was very crispy and very good dipped in the sweet and sour sauce. You will pay a couple bucks for it but occasionally it's OK to splurge. On a previous order the fried rice was overcooked rice with a few veggies thrown in for good measure. Flavorless. That rice should have been trashed--not sold to a customer. When I tried to use my points through their program they said I couldn't use them, but gave no reason, so what's the point of their program? When I filed a review and complaint to the main office their response was to offer me a free entree. Why? I didnt care for the poor quality food and you want me to order again? Second time to charge and there will not be a third. I went back tonight to get my replacement meal. Again, no one had any recollection of it. It wasn't on the board. So I ordered because I was sitting in line. And I was hungry. I ordered orange chicken and beef. Broccoli get halfway home. Beef broccoli is my main meal. There is no orange chicken. So evidently this particular restaurant has an issue with their listening skills and putting their listening skills into correct motion and getting the orders correct. Sign states that they open at 1030, an employee comes to the door and asked if I needed help. I asked if they were open and his reply was the lobby opens at 1100. But that is not want the sign says!!!! He said I know but we need that extra time to clean. But the drive through is open. So I go to the drive through and order their featured item. And the guy on the intercom tells me that they have not made that item yet this morning! Really!!! You haven't made the featured item with all the big signs around your building!!!! Talk about the worse service. I went to place an order at 16:54 through the drive thru. I was told to park and wait. 35 minutes no food. Now I was officially going to be late for dropping off my daughter at school for band performance. I went in for a refund and I was told I could NOT get a refund. The only person that could do it is the district manager and she is not available to do it. I ended up leaving because I really had no more time left to wait around. I came back at 18:15. Well, they finally had the food ready, they gave me the food that had apparently been on the counter since the time I ordered it, so more than an hour old. The lady refused to provide me the information of the district manager and still denied me a refund. I honestly agree with the other reviews, I don't know how this place is still open. The food is okay but the service is the worst part. I've got 3 times now hoping someone was just having a bad day. Every time I've gone the employees have attitudes or pretend you're not there. They even continue their unprofessional conversations in front of you and dont stop or pause the conversation to get your order. One time we went we were told there would be a 10 minute wait and park at the front. No worries on the wait. 20 minutes later no one comes. We go inside and the food is waiting on the counter to be taken out to us. None of the employees seem to know what's going on or care. They are also always out of items but that's due to shortages so I understand that part. But I don't think you can get worse service anywhere else. read more

Terrible. Firstly, They did away with the cream cheese ragoons completely, which...wtf. And secondly, they NEVER have a full menu, EVER. The last three times I've gone they haven't had white rice. WHITE RICE! I understand running out of a popular item when supply chains are suffering right now. But give me a break, white rice is the easier thing to make and have on hand. I have had three bad experiences with this store. Panda advertises order from our app. I arrived twenty minutes later and there was no order for our dinner. After another twenty minutes waiting out front , I called the store and finally got my order. Ten minutes later. Next time, I had to drive around the store to get egg rolls and soy sauce. Both left out of the sack. This last time, no soy sauce in the bag and no ice in the tea. Three times in a row Panda Marble Falls get a zero rating. Prepare to be frustrated with incomplete orders and incompetent staff. read more

Still remains only 2 stars...and I give it 2 stars because the food is decent WHEN we can get food. Monday, I wanted Panda but their drive up was closed AGAIN! I always call first, so did not bother driving up 281 at all and stuck with the pho house (if you have to get out of the car to get food, you may as well get something better), which is closer to HSB. And how hilarious (or sad) is it that EVERYONE POSTING HERE KNOWS TO CALL FIRST?! Pathetic. Well, hubby and are back in San Diego, so we will not be back for another month...will check it out then to see if it is improved or closed down. I hope they improve. I think this store is poorly managed. They would have far more business if they offered better service, as does their neighbor (which has TWO drive-ups AND a third lane for App orders, which Panda also does not offer - worst App I have ever attempted to use!). If this is a company store, the company needs to completely replace the management here. If it is a franchise store, Panda needs to revoke their franchise, rather than continue to permit their good name to be destroyed. I have enjoyed Panda from coast to coast (Cali - Florida) and this is the worst by far. Such a shame and so unnecessary. read more

Sorry to say that this was one of the most disappointing visits to a Panda Express that I have ever had. We arrived at around 6 o'clock and there was no teriyaki or beef with broccoli. Ate there the other day. Very friendly staff. Somehow I managed to spend $13 for lunch. Very small portions of cold food. The meat portions of the entrees were very small. Almost no chicken or beef. Mostly vegetables. The noodles were undercooked and hard to chew. Parking is very limited and the seating capacity inside is extremely limited. Whoever designed the layout of this store should be fired. There were customers that had their food but no place to sit. It was clean though. Come on!!! Really!!! Don't bother going here. If there is one thing we probably didn't need in Marble Falls, it is yet another Asian restaurant. There are 4 others, and this one ranks in the middle of the pack at best. The food is pre-prepared and sits in vat warmers - food is lukewarm, veggies are soggy, and everything we had lacked seasoning. The parking lot is extremely narrow (one car wide) and deep. Giving 3 stars for the server staff on 1-27-18 at 8pm. The poor food guys are working their butts off while the 2 girls working the line are having a high school party in the front. Walked up to the service line and the girl just stared at us. Did not ask what can I get for you or any acknowledgement at all. She did this to several others why we waited 10 min for the orange chicken to prepared. Crazy because they are supposed to keep an eye what needs prepping. Also told them we needed at least 2 more egg rolls but they did not relay that to the guys so we are leaving minus 2 egg roll. We asked to speak to a manager or assistant manager but were told no one with authority was there. Whoever owes this one needs to employ some managers. Poor service. read more

Almost like it had just been taken from the refrigerator. The Black Pepper Chicken was really just black pepper and onions minus the chicken. The Angus steak was burnt to the point of tasting like charcoal. We could have powered thru the aforementioned issues if we could have soaked it all in soy sauce....... but guess what?
