You can always tell you are at the right place when everyone's head is down focusing on their meal. I am not sure anyone noticed we walked in except the lady at the counter, and she let us know we could seat ourselves and someone would be with us shortly. We quickly took our seats. My favorite Mexican dish is cheese enchiladas and that is exactly what we got! We shared them along with the barbacoa. I am not sure which one I liked best, but I really enjoyed sharing them both... so that is what I would suggest. And of course, I had to order one of my very favorite drinks, a strawberry Jarritos! So good! It is not a full meal without a dessert, right? Welp, we ordered the Tres Leches Cake, and it was fabulous. There was not a clean plate left on the table. We even made burritos out of the homemade tortillas, rice and beans. I had to waddle on out of this fine establishment, ha! You can bet I will waddle back in the next time I visit too! Below are the menu items we enjoyed... ENCHILADA PLATE Three Enchiladas with your choice of Beef, Chicken, or Cheese. Served with rice & beans. However, they will charge you for a cup of water and there is a $.40 service fee which I cannot explain. At least there was no credit card fee, but the tip screen was waiting. To be honest, their bacon and egg basic taco is pretty average, nothing special, but their red spicy sauce definitely took it up a notch. Their potato sausage and egg taco barely had any discernible sausage to it. It's the communal salsa bar that really makes the tacos extra special. They do have a fountain drink station, bottled soda on ice and a pot of coffee by the order window. You can get quite a variety of mixed drinks like margaritas along with numerous beer choices, although no local beers. Because of the value and sauces, I would definitely come back to this spot again. And just so you know, they do not have a public bathroom here and they are closed Monday. Ten informative photos to fill in what words miss.

When choosing my meat I let the server know that I wanted my meat lean. I asked for a slice brisket and a slice of sirloin. I also got a cup of green beans and coleslaw, and beans. The sides were very good buttttt.... The brisket was just OK, The sirloin was not good.I got the end cut where all the fat is. It was the long piece of fat that goes along the outside of the meat and that's what he chose to give me when I asked for a lean cut! I hardly got to eat any of the sirloin. Once I took the fat off of it there was not very much meat left, the meat that was left was tough and chewy and had pieces of gristle in it that you couldn't even bite through. I was very disappointed, but my dogs are very happy!
