This is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to, DO NOT buy from them!! The staff are extremely dysfunctional and disorganized. We placed an online order and arrived at the pickup time to find that they hadn't finished yet. That was alright, we could wait a bit longer, totally understand. But we kept waiting and waiting and when we asked we found out they hadn't even started our order yet. So we waited longer, and then had to ask again and they kept telling us they were working on it. After OVER AN HOUR of being lied to, we asked to talk with their manager, and then found out that the manager had locked themselves in their office and wasn't communicating with the rest of the employees or letting anyone take their breaks. It was absolute chaos and, again, took us over an hour to get a couple tacos. Absolutely wild, we feel terrible for the regular employees having to deal with this, and will never be visiting this location again. Waited on hour for a simple crispy taco. Had to wait to 20 minutes to pay for my order. Looked into the assembly area where orders are assembled not cooked, trash on the floor, prep tables not clean. When completed orders were given to the customers, the Taco Bell Associate ensured that the order landed on the floor. It appeared that there was no one in charge. The dining room wasn't much better. Best thing to do is don't stop here, the manager (if there is one) and the associates think the customer is doing them a favor, no structure, no one in charge. No one cares. read more

Very disappointing -we had twelve items and they put it all in ONE bag - with the Mexican pizza on the very bottom. Needles to say it was a mess - all the cheese was stuck to the box since it was smashed. DID not seem to have the extra beef I ordered either - no meat on like half the pizza. Ordered ahead, hit the drive thru, workers seemed a bit disoriented with us being in the drive thru but nothing out of the ordinary. Got the grub and smacked it down. Gotta thank this location for reminding me why the Cheesy Gordita Crunch is a way better pick in the build your own cravings box than the Crunchwrap supreme. Food was so good as always! Very good location for a fast food trip. It is right next to the i90 entrance/exit. We stop here everything we are going and coming back from Washington to Montana. Restaurant is always nearly empty which makes the service really fast. The food as it is in every taco chain. Clean tables, floor, and bathroom. Will continue to come back here :) read more

I stopped in around 8:30 last night to grab a Burrito Supreme. Pretty specific, but I had that dang craving. When I went to the counter, I felt like I had interrupted the cool kids while they were planning a party for Friday night. Eye rolls, sighs, and shades of "not it!" filled the entire area behind the counter. Once they decided who would be forced to earn their $15 per hour, she begrudgingly took my order. Once it was made, a guy from the back tossed the bag on the counter, mumbled something and rolled out. Even before I opened the wrapper, I knew something wicked this way comes. There was sauce all over the wrapper and inside the bag. I needed napkins just to open it. What I saw was a minimal amount of meat, cheese, and other filling, wrapped in a sad, soft tortilla. It looked like a 10 year old wearing his dad's clothes...his old, sagging outdated clothes. I was starving, so I decided to power through and take a bite. It was cold, disrespectful, and tasted like it had beaten me to the toilet where it was eventually going to end up. Clearly, they were just trying to use up the food they had left from the evening and hadn't made anything fresh. Cooking late means cleaning late, which means staying late... you get it. In the end, I tossed the burrito in the garage and hit up Maverick. Can we talk about that excellent MONSTER burrito they make??? Yes, I CAN be positive! Was in line for about 35-40 minutes (mind you I had ordered via the app!) I only ordered 5 items and I was handed only 3 of the 5 and one of the 3 I received was made TOTALLY wrong. I then had to wait an additional 15 minutes for my remake items which one was missing and the other made wrong!!!! So not only did I have to wait over an hour to even get my food I didn't even get what I ordered! so so so disappointed in this store! It took one whole HOUR to receive my order. When I called the store to check on my order, I got nothing but attitude from the person who answered. On top of all that, when I finally received my food, I found three black (pube looking) hairs in my food. So if you actually want FAST food and DECENT service, do NOT order from this location. I usually try a place a few times before I decide if it is a good or a bad place to eat. This location is awful. I used to work for taco bell and the product being produced here is aweful. My crunch wrap was soggy, limp and hardly filled with anything. The grilled stuffed nacho I had was more or less globe cheese with a corn chip here and there. The staff was slow and unperfessional. They screwed up my order and asked if everything on the screen was correct instead of reading it back. I guess they were too busy to listen. The last visit I got 2 combos and 3 separate items in the drive thur. Only two cars ahead of us and it took 15 mins to get the incorrect order. If you want a good taco bell experience then I don't recommend you go here. read more

Come here a lot because it's convenient, rare when our order is correct. Last 3 times they've forgotten to give us an item, several times have gotten poorly made burritos (everything falling out, 90% rice, etc.) it'll do in a pinch, but better off just going to taco time across the street and waiting longer for decent food. read more

For the most part....it's what you'd expect from Taco Bell. If you have never been to Taco Bell then I can at least say that the food is good for the price. The bad part about this location is the service. They seem to primarily focus on the drive-thru and the inside customers take a back seat (pun intended). I recently went to this location and the drive thru line was huge so I walked inside and was helped pretty quickly...within a couple of minutes. I ordered 3 crunchy tacos...THAT'S IT.
