I highly recommend this Taco Bell, i came through today July 12 2024 around 11am, Ordered our food as normal Customer Service was Great ! i did not get her name , but a very nice lady with a country accent working the drive through window informed my employee on how he can sign up for the college program and the details about it! The only good thing I can say, is my food was hot. An item in my order was wrong, my taco had sour cream on half. The burrito I ordered had cheese on one half and rice on the other, nothing mixed. My latest experience was absolutely horrendous. I stopped in to grab a quick lunch on break at work. I only work 2 minutes from there but anyways, when I got back with my food I went to pick up a taco from its wrapper and the shell had fused to the paper and fell apart when I separated it. I'm not even going to touch on the food in this review, we all know it's Taco Bell and we all know what Taco Bell does to us on the inside, so why beat a dead horse here? What I will touch on is the fact that this whole place lacked personality. I can truly sum up this place with one word: lackluster. Every thing about this place from the interior setting to the staff was lackluster. I mean if you don't mind sitting in an area that evokes more of a hospital cafeteria than it does a fast food restaurant then you may like it here. But with all those pastel colors that were hip back in the eighties, I felt like I needed to go find a hyper color shirt and some neon and black rimmed sun glasses. Maybe even a keytar. The staff, meh. It was like they are there and they have to work, so I guess we can interrupt this conversation and make your food. I know there is down time at any job, but to just flat out ignore people and continue your conversation is just not right. And to have an affect that makes you look like Napoleon Dynamite kind of freaks me out. I should have just done the drive thru. read more

Order was wrong, returned, got the rest of my order and it was still wrong. Employees have zero people skills. I couldn't get two different people to grasp the concept that my order wasn't correct. To start off with, I know that this place will give me the shits yet I still go. Unfortunately I had to wait in the drive thru line for 20 mins BEFORE even ordering, THANK GOODNESS that there was a baby bunny nibbling on grass to keep me occupied. I was also occupied by the people in front of me fighting in their car, when I say fighting I don't mean a casual bickering, I mean Floyd Mayweather and Connor McGregor fight, punching, kicking, screaming.... then I finally got to the window, got my stuff and left. I didn't think a taco bell in a smallish town could be any worse. The food is absolutely terrible, and I know taco bell isn't supposed to be good, but this is an F ranking on taco bell standards. Employees are very strange as well, especially the ones who usually work afternoons-late night i've noticed and have poor customer service. (06/15/2011) I know, it's Taco Bell, how can one be different from another? This one at least puts all the requisite fillings and garnishes in my MexiMelt (including the green bits and onions) and heated the food through so the cheese actually melted. read more
