I've always loved Taco Bell after a longgg day but someone who makes my Taco Bell visits even better is...Mark!!! Polish Mark is by far MY FAVORITE face to see at this Taco Bell! This is absolutely the worst restaurant in the Keys. They're definitely not fast food as there is nothing on earth fast about this. The drive-through takes forever, the walk-in service is even worse. I've had good experiences and slow experiences here but the older Cuban guy who used to only work Sundays but now is there more often, he takes the cake. Nicest guy I've ever met in a drive through- he brightens your day no matter what. This is also one of the few places where you can get a diet Mountain Dew Baja blast on tap. read more

Wow this taco bell is rough.... Our experience was a sh** show. Positives include it was taco bell at normal taco bell prices... Negatives include... They switched our order with another person's and really struggled to fix it, aka re make both orders and hand them to the correct people. Their fryer broke yet the cashier still let people order items that were fried thus creating a line of unhappy customers with half fulfilled orders Employees who could give too f***s about their job. The main employee we interacted with was sassy AF and nonchalantly replied 'so' when we stated we received the wrong order....not 'oh what was wrong' or 'how can I help' just 'so'....wtf Out of four orders taken around the same time as ours all four had at least one issue, the manager got involved and got kind of aggressive with the customers, somehow blaming them for food that was made incorrectly. It was kind of shocking to watch. Once we finally got the correct food (which still had some issues but was close enough) as we were eating we got the luxury of witnessing even more incorrect orders.... Aka this place is a hot mess. If you really need your taco bell and are willing to roll the dice go ahead but be aware there is a very very high chance your food will be made incorrectly or you get the wrong order and you may encounter a lot of sass and no f***s given. Visited on a Saturday night in Key West. The Drive through was busy, as is to be expected. Our order was 3 tacos and 2 bean burritos, and it was delivered quickly and correctly with the right sauces. I loved hearing Creole at the window. read more

Haven't been to TB in a good bit, sorry to say I won't be in a hurry to go back. If the employees spent the same energy making the food as they do talking...took nearly 20 minutes to get my order. Not sure what to expect when you go to Taco Bell anymore this one was very strange. When you walk in there's a sign that says register is closed use the kiosk. Ordering was a little bit of a challenge for the first time but I was able to figure it out there is no contact with people you pay at the kiosk they hand you a cup and your food and that's that. Interestingly enough half of the dining room was blocked off the other half had dirty tables dirty floor people had to wipe their own tables off to sit down while people were in the kitchen can standing around. This place is a joke. The line for the drive-through was 15+ cars long and out to the street and the workers inside are just taking their sweet time and not working as a team and no sense of urgency. Love Taco Bell but this location need to fire the people they have and hire people that actually work fast and effectively at a high rate. So Key West finally got a Taco Bell back and after the excitement died down, I decided to go. I have been 4 times now...hoping to get an accurate review. Plus I love Taco Bell food. The first three times, they either forgot a food item or replaced it with someone else's. Tonight, they finally got the order right. So 25% of the time, you'll get a correct order. The food, it's Taco Bell...it tastes the same here as it does anywhere else, that's why I love it. The staff, they always seem to be training someone at the register whenever I go. Which is fine, but it ends up being 4 people at 1 register with a line full of people. There are 2 registers, but 4 people on 1 seems better for speed I guess. The register staff always has a language barrier. They don't know what I'm saying or can't pronounce the order back to you correctly. There is always someone on their phone and not helping with the constant flow of customers. Tonight I ordered their steak cantina bowl, it was advertised as one price, but rang up as more expensive. 10 cents isn't much, but when I brought it to their attention, they didn't seem to care. Will I go again? Of course...it's the only Taco Bell in the area. Will I always expect a long line, inattentive service, and missing food? You bet...I just have to remember to check my bag before I leave. read more
