This taco bell was clean and the service was very friendly. The food was as good as you'd want your taco bell to be when you get that craving but for how slow it was I was super disappointed I was missing a burrito. I ordered 6 items and got 5. This isn't the only time this has happened at this specific location. My fault for not checking because I'm usually quite good at doing so before leaving since, again, it's happened before. But I'm starting to question why it is hard to get the whole order complete. When places are busy, or having technical difficulties. Etc, I'm the first to understand but it wasn't busy at all. Don't go here they're hours are almost always wrong, they're never open till 1 am and if they are don't expect to get good service. Every time I go an hour in a half before they close and I always get told that they're closed around 11:30 11:45 when it states they're open till 1 am. When this Taco Bell is open, it's average... BUT! Of the last 10 times I've attempted to go here, for one reason or another they were not taking orders... The menu is lit up, the lights are on inside, but the doors are locked and no one will take your order in the drive through. Well as I finally gave up and pulled around the drive through to leave, two of the employees who were outside laughed and pointed at me.. I ordered food at this location on uber eats earlier tonight. We waited an hour, and had countless drivers cancel. We were then informed by our driver that the food had already "gone out" 20 minutes prior. We had clearly not received our food, presumably meaning it was stolen. We were then put on the phone with the manager who refused to remake an order that was STOLEN. Understandably, we are all victims of circumstance however as a manager, it is your responsibility to remake food when an order is stolen on your accord. One manager goes out of her way to tell me that I would get a refund and get my food because I drove all the way down there 30 minutes for a cheese quesadilla with no cheese for the fifth time. My wife's name is "Nicholle" and while we were waiting (forever) for our food a worker loudly said, "This is for the order for Nickelodeon" to which he got a chuckle from his colleagues. My mom has never been to Taco Bell and I hate to say it but, I was extremely unhappy this was her first (and only, according to her) visit. The drive thru was ridiculously busy so I wasn't expecting the fastest of service. We opted to eat in. The dining area was very unkempt, with every table dirty. Again, they were really busy, i get it. Ordering was easy and although the food came out a little slow, we had high hopes. Anddddd it went bad fast. My grilled cheese burrito was the only good part of the meal. My husband ordered double meat, nope. My mom got one beef crunchy supreme taco, not in the bag. My mom went to the counter to get her taco and was told she had to wait. So she waited, patiently. No taco. I mean, it's a taco from TACO BELL. The first impression was officially trashed. She went back up and was ignored, then handed a taco and it was cold! She was pissed and I know she will never try another Taco Bell in her lifetime. Does she hold a grudge, yes. Oh well. This taco bell is incredibly understaffed. We've gone a few times now and the lobby is randomly closed, so the drive thru line fills up. They spend about 5-10 minutes getting each car through the line, incredibly long wait. But this time, we were able to get there with the lobby open, and were excited to eat inside and avoid a long wait. We placed everything in the cart at the kiosk, but just as we were about to hit order, we were told to leave and get in the drive-thru because the lobby would close soon. Completely random, and we were the last people in line, seconds away from placing the order. We then had to wait an additional 45 minutes to get a couple burritos. Sad that this is the only taco bell in Ithaca, because I cannot recommend anyone come here after this experience. In that I am a huge Taco Bell fan, I find the service at the Ithaca location disappointing at best. The last two times I've tried to go, the dining room has been closed. The first time I simply drove away after calling and being told they didn't have enough staff. I wish I had done the same today. After finally getting my food at the drive through, I parked to eat in my car which I hate doing. I discovered they hadn't given me my drink so walked back to the drive thru window where I had to squeeze between a car and the window to get the drink. When I returned to my car, I discovered they hadn't given me any sauce. And then when I opened the cinnamon crisps, I found the bag only 2/3 full and almost no cinnamon. With it being summer vacation time, I can't understand how they can't find some high school students to work so that the dining room can be open. read more

This place is disgusting! Me and a friend went last night and ordered on the app thinking we could get some quick Taco Bell without drama. Not so, when we arrived at around 6 pm we witnessed people being told that the dining room was soon to close "due to labor shortage"and they had to order drive through only. They had what looked to be 5 people in the kitchen which should be enough to keep things going. We sat patiently waiting for about 20 min and was told my order was being worked on. When my order was done I was asked if I was going to eat that in the dining room. I said yeah I am! I've waited a long time and I'm hungry so yes I am eating here. The employee gave me a menacing stare and tried to intimidate me, then proceeded to pace around while we ate our food. Was there maybe 15 minutes got up and left.
