Ordered a naked chicken chalupa tonight. It was hard as a rock. It was very disappointing.

HAHA this manager is PATHETIC!! My friend and I were trying to make 2 separate payments for 2 separate orders. She told us that the system is not able to do that? Make that make sense when all you do all day is SEPARATE PAYMENTS! Also ordered a LARGE drink and they handed us a MEDIUM cup. I then told her that it was not a large drink because 1 of us ordered a medium and they were the exact same size. This woman was so immature and inappropriate, she told me she doesn't want our service there. I then parked my car, went inside and recorded this woman. Sorry your job is to difficult for you to work at a TacoBell. Go get an education and do something else with your life. read more

1 star - Absolutely the worst Taco Bell experience of my life Went through the drive-thru around 6:20 tonight 2/4/26 and it was a complete disaster from the very first word. The girl on the intercom--blonde, young, with a super long braid--sounded like she was already done with the day before it even started. I ordered cheesy potatoes (you know, the cheesy tots), and I clearly said "cheesy tots." She legit acted like I was speaking a dead language. "Cheesy what?" "Tots." "Tots?" "Yes, the cheesy ones." Repeat this painful loop three times while cars pile up behind me. Then I very specifically asked for NO sauce and NO sour cream on everything. Multiple times. "No sauce, no sour cream, please." She gave this annoyed little "mmkay" like I was the problem for having basic preferences. Got home, opened the bag, and literally everything was drowning in sauce and/or sour cream. The cheesy tots? Glopped with nacho cheese AND sour cream blobs on top. The tacos? Sauce literally leaking out the sides. The burrito? Same story--sour cream oozing everywhere. It's like she heard "extra sauce and sour cream on all of it" instead of the complete opposite. Every single thing I said she either didn't understand, made me repeat, or responded with obvious attitude. It felt like she was personally offended by my order. Zero effort to get it right, zero apology vibe, just pure passive-aggressive incompetence. This location has gone way downhill if this is the standard now. Won't be back--ever. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else. 1 star is generous. **Just a nice little edit a couple days later, I'm so sick in bed with food poisoning.... I guess that's what I get for grabbing a quick meal **** read more

The food was exceptionally good and the clump of hair in my taco made it have the best texture. My Baja Blast came out all syrup and made me feel woozy pretty good rush! The service was so good I spent 10 dollars and gave them a twenty dollar bill and got no change do recommend this Taco Bell! read more

This is the worse Taco Bell. Every time I've been they get something wrong. If you ever want extra sauce/cheese ask for it on the side because they will charge you but never put it on. read more

Just put this place out of its misery and close it down already. The drive thru guy was as unfriendly as they come. My order was so simple they couldn't really screw it up however they managed to slip in a new item on me. My nacho chips and cheese sauce was a half filled serving bag of nacho crumbs. Not bad if I were covering a salad or casserole but to scoop cheese sauce? Thank goodness for napkins. Would have returned them at the window but frankly I tire of trying with this place. Go down the road a couple miles and hit the new one in Manchester. It's a gem compared to this sorry loserville read more

This was last winter, but either way, I am not typically one to write any reviews but my experience here was so outstandingly terrible that I feel it is necessary to put out there for others to be weary of. I placed an order for the 12 taco pack through DoorDash. With EVERY company, the standard is to check the names of the people picking up to ensure an accurate transaction. The woman who was closing that night, claiming to be the manager of the store, gave my food to another customer. Of course I was a bit upset as I have never had this happen before, other companies are much more thorough. But also because I am a college student entirely supporting myself and the hard earned money I made and spent on what was supposed to be me and a few of my friends went to a stranger instead. (Keep in mind, whoever this stranger was had just literally gotten free food. Enough free food to feed AT LEAST 3-4 people). She offered up a meat alternative as they were out of what I had originally ordered. I declined and was just looking to get a refund. I was trying to ask her how I could do that but also wondering more about what happened. I was being much more understanding than I'm sure many other customers wouldn't be, I just wanted to know what happened with my food and see what I could do to get my money back. She yelled at me, slammed the drive thru window shut and I could hear her screaming, cussing, and slamming things around. I'm absolutely astonished, companies shouldn't just hire anyone to be the face of their company and this is why. I have not returned to this location since, I understand that one person isn't a huge loss. But if she is still working there today, I can imagine how many more customers you will be losing to incompetence. read more

the service here is so bad 100% of the time they forget large portions of the meal and you have to drive back. we drive father just to go to the new one that opened up down the road lol. It's honestly hilarious how bad it is. 0 star read more

Surly attitudes and infighting in the kitchen seems routine. Incredibly slow service - 15 minutes for a taco, seriously? Luckily I wasn't at the drive-through last time, they left two tacos off the order. read more

I try not to leave negative reviews, but when I am served food that is a potential hazard.... that changes things. These refried beans were covered in lettuce and tomatoes. Three bites in I noticed a weird taste. When I flipped over my tostada I was appalled with what I saw. Food born illness is no joke. The refried beans were literally hard. NOT COOL. Making people sick because of laziness and negligence is deplorable. Get it together Taco Bell!! read more

If I could zero I would, the workers always seem to be on crack, they never have what other Taco Bell's have, they always mess up the orders, they make and touch everything BAREHANDED, witnessed them make my food barehanded while a girl was making her own food and eating over mine. bathrooms are absolutely DISGUSTING. I used to love Taco Bell the one in Hooksett was terrible. I seriously didn't even get the right order by the time I drove out the drive through and got where I was going I had a complete wrong order and everything was just thrown together all the packages were leaking stuff all over the place and it was really disappointing. It did not taste that good. Just tastes like junk but at least the Baja blast was good and that's why you get a one star read more

No tacobell every has Baja Blast. I don't understand how, that's y'all's signature soda. If you don't have the items in stalk instead of telling me you're out out of everything I order, may I suggest crossing those items out? Cheesy gordita crunches were thrown together without a care in the world. Both this location and Concord need better training and a little more work ethic. I love Tacobell but it's getting ruined for me each time I visit these days read more

This location is a combination Taco Bell/KFC. We went for KFC, but there's no Yelp entry for this KFC location. First, this location is drive-through only. It went drive-through when COVID started, but is still only drive-through. Maybe it's temporary due to COVID related labor shortages. Drive-throughs take longer than ordering inside, even if ordering takeout, because you've only got one line. And you can't look through the menu out of line, so getting to order takes more time. I still like KFC chicken and was in the mood for some, but ended up canceling the order and leaving. This place just doesn't have their act together. My wife and mother-in-law wanted some pot pies, but the girl behind the speaker said they don't do pot pies there. So maybe cross it off the menu? Or better yet, offer pot pies. So my wife ordered some tenders. No problem yet, but they didn't have the dipping sauce she wanted. Not a big deal, but strike two. I wanted a three-piece with original recipe. That's what I was jonesing for. But they were out of original recipe and only had extra crispy. So, strike three and we went home for leftovers. I hope they figure out how to manage a restaurant and that I find out about it somehow. read more

Worst drive thru ever. The first time I visited this location it took 22 minutes to get through the drive thru with my order, which ended up being WRONG. Thinking it had to be a one-time occurrence, I tried them again and AGAIN I'm sitting in the drive thru, waiting. So far, it's been 8 minutes. No telling how much longer I'll be here, but I'm definitely checking to make sure it's correct before driving away this time. Stay far, far away. No matter how much you're tempted, fight it and go elsewhere. You won't regret it. read more

So they had a sign outside that says dining room open but if you try to walk in they have it locked! It appeared that they only let in "select" customer's! I've been in line 40 minutes on a Monday. Ridiculous. I'd have left by now but I've already wasted so much time and I'm starving so leaving now would be pointless. I have no clue what is going on in there but I hope there's a great explanation because it shouldn't be this difficult, it's barely busy. read more

This place is gross. If you have to go here, do not go inside, use the drive thru. They obviously don't care much for cleaning of the dining area The drink station was filthy with water and dried up soda, there was a puddle of what looked like spilled fruit punch on the floor that looked like it had been there for a while that the employees just put a wet floor sign over instead of cleaning it up, as well as cheese and taco meat on and under the tables that they didnt bother to clean up! If the dining area was this dirty i can only imagine the state of the kitchen. It may be a fast food place but there are certain standards that should still be kept and they just don't care about that. The service was sub par as well. read more

Probably the worst Taco Bell In NH. 6 out of the last 6 times they were unable to give me the correct order. It would be great if the management actually cared, but nothing ever seems to change. read more

Every single time I've been to this Taco Bell, something had been wrong. The first time, they weren't opening until 12 because of some kind of malfunction. Today, they had a note on the door that said they were having computer difficulties and that they would open up at 11:30. I am a patient person normally. I have never written a yelp review. It is now 11:40 and nobody has even come out to let people know why their not open yet. it's 85 degrees out here. Nobody wants to be waiting for 10 minutes to find out that you're still not open. AND they don't have breakfast, which wouldn't be a huge deal but definitely adds to the crappiness or this location. read more

THE SLOWEST DRIVE THREW SERVICE EVERE!!! The first time I went to this place, waited about 15-20min for my mobile order. Thought it was one of those busy days. Went to this same place a second time and waited for over 30min. I'd give it 0 stars for the service if I could. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I can't believe this place is still running. I've seen people go here and almost get food poisoning because they don't rotate food. They keep old food in the warmers for HOURS! The food is hard and practically inedible. One of the workers there, Michael, was incredibly rude to me and when I went to sit down and wait for my food, I looked over and he was picking his butt!! Disgusting to say the least. I will never be coming back here after that. read more

DON'T GO HERE. I went to this taco bell and there was no line in the drive thru. I was on my lunch break from work and went to taco bell (fast food). I assumed that it wouldn't take long, fast food, right? No. I was wrong. Apparently there was no more meat left, but I waited there for an HOUR. I had already given them my credit card and they didn't give it back until they gave me my food so I don't drive away. Other wise I would have left without my food. I finally got my food and ate it on my way back to work. Keep in mind that I had a 45 minute lunch. I was 30 minutes late to work and my boss asked me why, and I told her. She said that it wasn't a reasonable excuse. I am currently on a 12 week probation and not getting payed. Don't go here ever. Drive a couple minutes more to the Manchester one. It's not worth the wait. read more

Once again I ordered the original kfc sandwich and got the Nashville hot never again am I going here.

I hardly ever review but this is the worst Taco Bell this side of the Mississippi. It is in serious need of real management. I live down the road and have been several times, not once has my order been correct and wait times vary from 15-30 min from time of placing order. Food is often cold or thrown together in a slop at the bottom of the bag. Whoever owns this place needs to fire everyone and start from scratch. It's pretty ridiculous. read more

This is a Taco Bell/KFC combination restaurant, across the street from the Shaw's Plaza (or whatever the official name is). It seems like a standard issue Taco Bell, so I won't go over the whole usual spiel, so a quick pros/cons chart will suffice. Pros: -The location was clean and well-kept up. -It was pretty easy to get into and out of the parking areas Cons: -They got my order wrong -There is not a lot of seating inside I went into this Taco Bell/KFC around 4:00 PM on a Saturday, and the staff members outnumbered the customers by a pretty substantial number. I ordered two vegetarian Cantina Bowls. I also presented a Facebook coupon that made it a BOGO offer (a nationally offer, widely publicized coupon). It took a little while for our cashier to process the coupon, but it eventually got put through without a problem. I was given the two bowls to go, and when I got home, I saw that they had chicken in them. This is a bit of a problem considering I'm a vegetarian. Luckily, I could pick the pieces out and enjoy the remainder of the meal, but it's a bit concerning and I had to knock down the grade just for that. For the record, I'm not a big fan of the Cantina Bowls, but that has no effect on my review. read more

Worst Taco Bell ever. If you're in the area drive over to the concord Taco Bell because the service there is great. Went to hooksett Taco Bell for dinner last night. Waited 25 minutes in the drive up. My order was missing tacos, burritos and drinks. Our tacos were soggy and missing lettuce. Our cinnamon delight balls were cold. When my friends and I arrived, it was confusing. The time when we looked it up said 11 so we got there and the dining room was closed at 10. We arrived at 10:45. I am appalled by this terrible customer service. I arrived to this taco bell at approximately 12:00, and had my food in hand at exactly 12:41. I, along with my friend ordered 2 tacos and 1 french fry, collectively. After waiting for 20 minutes we asked the cashier how much longer the food would take, she politely asked her manager in the back along with the so called chef how long it would take. They proceeded to reply with a great deal of attitude and said that they were doing their "best". We were curious as to why the cashier couldn't help in the back making the food. She replied with "They won't ever let me." Her manager was also being very impatient and replying with a great deal of sass with her during this time. We were not the only customers asking how much longer it would take, we had waited 41 minutes along with 5 other customers. Once we finally got our food we made sure we had everything we ordered, which was 3 total items between my friend and I. Once we got home we realized they messed up the shell flavor, and the fries were dry and old, the cheese was also hard and moldy. Definitely do not recommend! Driving an extra few minutes to the Manchester Taco Bell is definitely worth it! read more
