What's wrong with this location? Walk in and not a single clean table in the place even though it was empty. We had to clean and wipe down our own table. Also, why is the entire floor so dang sticky? They're not very busy. Why isn't someone cleaning the dining area? Why does it take so long to get your food at this location? Today there is 1 car in the drive-thru and 1 person in the dining room waiting for their food when we order. It shouldn't take over 15 minutes to get your food under these conditions! What about the food? The Crunchwrap Supreme has almost no meat at all! If it weren't for the lettuce, this thing would barely be thicker than the tostada shells inside of it! Didn't get a bite of meat until halfway through it! Never had Taco Bell tacos that had so much grease dripping through the wrappers before they were even opened! The meat was a small trail the size of a pencil! How could this tiny patch of meat produce so much grease? The cheesy bean and rice burrito - why is it that all the rice is on one side and all the beans are on the other? This makes no sense! It also makes no sense that there is twice as much rice as there is beans! That is there is only a very thin layer of beans! The service here is so bad. The workers can not even pronounce your name correctly after being told twice how to say it. Employee looked annoyed for helping customers as well. Food takes very long to prep while workers just are standing around chatting. Then above everything else you have to order on a electronic menu. It felt like we were trapped in a time warp, with each minute dragging on endlessly. What added to the frustration was the staff's apparent indifference, making us feel completely overlooked. Furthermore, the constant claim that they are only accepting online orders explains the lack of customers, but even those online orders are frequently incorrect. As I drove away, I noticed staff members distracted by their phones instead of attending to customers. This Taco Bell location is seriously lacking. I stopped here last Friday because this store is next to a truck stop. I usually like Taco Bell but this time I was disappointed. I received my order pretty quickly. I had the 3 crispy taco supreme & nachos Bell Grande. I took the order to go. As I was unwrapping my 2nd taco I noticed a hair actually sticking out of the end of it. It was a grey or white, curly hair. It wasn't the end of the world, but it did put a damper on my appetite as I wondered what kind of hair it was & how it got into my food. I proceeded to start on the nachos but it looked like they just blopped all of the liquid cheese, meat & stuff in one big spot on one end of my chips, instead of spreading it around evenly over the whole plate. Negative star review. It's late, I just went through Taco Bell for dinner after work. I spent 30$ on my family. When I got home, I found that my order was incorrect. Now they won't answer their phone and I'm going to have to spend more money in gas to go back up there and get things right. I am tired I am hungry and I work to hard for my money for some employee not to care that I actually get what I ordered. I don't know about you but I certainly don't want someone throwing my money away for me. I want my money back! On the evening of December 22, 2021 I made the mistake of coming to this location. I waited in line told them what I wanted to order I got to the window and a worker that wasn't even working the drive-through comes up to the window and tells me "you really waited that long for two tacos" and he started laughing the only reason why I didn't hit him is because I had a great day and The lady that works at the drive-through was pregnant and he was standing right behind her. I will never be coming here again and I can't wait till this place closes down because I know it's coming soon. I would give it a zero. read more

Placed order in drive thru. Got to window, lady had me swipe my card. After that she asked what I ordered. I told her and then they gave my food to me. I asked for a receipt to make sure i got charged for the right meal. She got an attitude and slammed the window. After waiting few minutes, gave my receipt and I asked for the sauce that they didn't put in bag. She got another attitude. Horrible customer service. Employees need to be trained over again. I just went through the drive through and took the order home. When I got home and opened the bag I found 1 crunchwrap and 1 taco. I had ordered 3 tacos and the 1 crunchwrap. For the price of the tacos it would cost more to drive back to Hempstead. I tried to call regarding my order #300928 at 1:43:49pm from cashier Morgan R but only get a message saying call cannot be completed at this time so evidently the number online and on the receipt are wrong numbers. It's a wonder they have a 2 star rating with this kind of service. But if you short orders on a consistent basis profits will definitely improve. read more

This is the most inept place I've ever tried to eat out. You can only order are using their kiosk. No one even acknowledged you at their counter.
