I am being honest and seriously concerned of the events that took place on 02/15/26 at 2:45 am at Taco Bell location in gallipolis , Ohio. I ordered my food and received something I did not order , I paid a bill of 29.63 in cash to a drive thru attendant , after I verbally requested a refund or the correct order , the young lady went away and a blonde small framed man came to the window and verbally assaulted me yet requested he search the bag , he opened the food from it's wraps then cursed at me , when I again said please refund my money or the food I ordered he threw the bag of food at me some landed in my car some went on the ground and yes he struck my face with items as well, I advise all customers to be cautious at this location , I did contact authorities, corp office with no help from the other employees. The two other female employees stood there watching and refuse to open the window . zero stars for that location! read more

1. At lunch time, they were varnishing tables. Chemical smell in restaurant was very strong! 2. Only 3 employees working. No one for counter, had to use kiosk to order. 3. Everytime i go to taco bell in Gallipolis , They're ALWAYS out of Baja Blast Mt Dew Zero. This is absurd, I LITERALLY saw one in the back.

Ordered: Cheesy gordita crunch Chicken Cantina burrito; no chipotle sauce, add rice Large Baja blast 4 problems I ran into when picking up my mobile order. They had no Baja blast, but that's not huge I can forgive that. When I got to the window I was presented with a medium drink, and when I told them I ordered a large they responded with "well we don't have large". They did not give me an extra medium drink until I pushed for it. Finally when I pulled out of the window and checked my food I noticed that none of the sauce was in there as-well as my chicken cantina burrito had none of my customizations in it. It's always clean when I come in, and the workers are always working hard, the food is usually right, and if it's not they're quick to fix any mistakes. It's fast food, not a Red Lobster. Good for what it is. read more

Wish there was a way to give a zero star. We ordered door dash through Taco Bell. We didn't receive a full bag of food. We called the restaurant and they said there was nothing that they could do. Even though they knew they sent the driver with one bag and not two that we needed to contact door dash for them to make it right. the door dash driver went back and tried to get our food for us and they would not give it to him either. Even thought they said it was their mistake and that they knew they didn't send it the first time. Shame on you Taco Bell what horrible customer service. Kudos to Rusty from door dash for trying to help us out and making the extra trip back after the food. I will definitely use door dash again but will not be eating at Taco Bell. read more

A few days ago I stopped by, placed my order. I asked the cashier what ingredients is in the enchiladas. I was told beef and onions. The time between when I placed my order and when it was ready I could have taken a nap. Incredibly slow. My enchiladas was mostly beans. Beans was not mentioned as an ingredient otherwise I would have ordered something else.. This was the most disappointed I have been in our Taco Bell. Run away from this place. read more

NEVER AGAIN, I absolutely love taco bell as I eat it everyday at another restaurant until I moved to Gallipolis. Now I go to the one in Gallipolis since it's closer to home and every single time I order something is either made wrong they forgot to make something or just don't cook it. It's cold or cheese isn't melted or it's just made the way I ask for it not to be made. And it's every single time I go to this restaurant. I order something without no sauce on it and there's sauce on it. I order something with no sour cream and there's sour cream on it. Then when I go back around and say they made it wrong they give me the food not cooked and cold. It's every time I eat here. So I try to call the store on multiple occasions and no answer. Or they answer and hang up on me. We will not be returning. I used to be a manager at another Taco Bell and this behavior is completely unacceptable. Do better. read more

Then, I visited the bathroom and quickly decided to wait until I get home. With all these employees in the back talking and laughing loudly, you would assume they had already cleaned the bathrooms. If you are interested in listening to all of Pink Floyd's Dogs before placing your order, than this is the TB for you. Before entering the drive thru just remember you are entering a point of no return. In an engineering master class the franchisee or TB themselves decided, "let's trap em' while we got em' ". Once you enter this point, just know that this is going to either end up as wrong turn or final destination. Once you have finally placed your order, you can anticipate that your food will be wrong, begging the question, "why even ask for my order, just give me what you want?" Follow this up with the fact that said food items will be cooked to a crisp or served frozen. Don't mind questioning though, the amazingly unfriendly wait staff will provide you wit's arguments and will probably spit in your food. In other words, if you are really craving TB, find another.
