I still have a soft spot for this Taco Bell but I am going to have to drop a star from my previous review as the last two trips to the drive thru have been very disappointing. The drive thru person has not been the happy, friendly face that I had gotten used to. Matter of fact the past two times the person in the drive thru seems to be bordering on outright hostility. No more friendly smiles. They rush through the, "Welcome to Taco Bell how are you can I take your order" so quickly it sounds like, "Wet hotel howayoo torder!" Don't ask me how I am and then not expect a response! The food is as always Taco Bell awesome and my orders are accurate and put together very quickly. The restaurant is clean and always well stocked. I'm doing well today by the way. Thanks for asking! read more

Oh, how I wish I could give this location 0 stars. Every single dang time we order food from here we are either missing something, food is made wrong, skimping on ingredients, takes forever, or the employees are rude af. I gotta stop drinking so I stop craving this dumb food. Taco Bell is elite when you go to a good location. Someone get this place in order for the love of god. read more

Tried to walk in, and no one helped me at the counter for 10 minutes. When I decided to just go through the drive through I sat in that for 30 more minutes. Service was absolutely awful. Would not recommend unless you want to wait for your food for an hour. I just wanted to pick up my online order it should not be this hard. read more

Ordered food for the family. Everything was under portioned and my soft tacos had NO CHEESE!!

This has to be the slowest drive-thru in the county. I just passed 20 minutes and I can't even see the serving window. If it wasn't prepaid I would have left a long time ago read more

This is the most pathetic fast food restaurant in America. They are so rude. Won't even melt the cheese on any of the food. Tortillas always hard as a rock. They do not care one single bit. Whoever owns this Taco Bell should be ashamed. read more

The employees are so rude, I purposely leave all my trash and food on the table so they have to clean it up.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This place is horrific I showed up to the drive through window, proceeded to order my food and this is how the conversation went: Large-boned drive through worker: "What you want?" Me: "can I get a beefy five lay-" Large-boned drive through worker: "CAN YOU STOP YELLING?" ... level the place build a Dunkin' Donuts. read more

I got fooled again. Went here a few months ago when the Mexican pizzas came back out. Bought 5 and nobody in the house could eat them. They all tasted like some type of chemicals had wasted into the meat or something. Finally tried again today around 3pm and they were great. Should have left well enough alone... I went there again around 8:30 pm and they were not hot at all, the cheese was not melted. Beans were so cold, they had to scrape them directly from a can! I asked for sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños to be added. I didn't hear the lady say sour cream so I reiterated to her, of course she caught an attitude and said, "I said sour cream, guacamole and jalapeños. Needless to say on top of everything else, there were NO JALAPEÑOS!!!!!!! Of course the doors are locked and you can't go inside. The worst restaurant...not just Taco Bell!!!! Do not go here! If I could give negative stars I would! read more

This is the worst Toco Hell in the United States. Made a huge mistake tonight. Ate here. There were no customers inside and only 2 in the drive thru. BIG red flag. Like a fool I went in with the wife and we both ordered the number one meal. It took them literally 15 minutes to get it out and it was awful. Skimpy, just a joke. Nearly $20! Who in the hell owns this franchise? I hope I don't get sick. We left most of the food at the counter it was so nasty. read more

Wish I could give negative stars. Waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes and the workers were extremely rude. Do not stop at this Taco Bell (especially on a road trip), it added 30 minutes to my already long drive. read more

This store deserves zero stars. After my last two or three attempts to get Taco Bell, whether in store or drive-through, has been a worse than subpar experience. Drive-through? Lines usually wrapped around the building with a very, very long wait. If you happen to go to the restaurant and there is no line expect the cash register system to be down (for an unknown amount of time) or be told they are out of some staple that is required to run business (each of these has happened to me). If the drive thru line is long, good luck getting service inside. I went inside and waited...and waited....and waited....and waited....and waited for someone to take my order. Finally left. If none of the above issues is a problem for you, great! Let me add something else. Service with a smile does not apply here. It used to be everyone -if not 'happy'- was at least *pleasant*. Not so with my last 3-4 trips there when I either actually received food or went inside. Sullen and/or indifferent is more appropriate in my experience. Lastly, on my final attempt to get Taco Bell a few weeks ago when I did go inside (and wasn't helped), part of my decision to leave was the utter nastiness of the food prep area. I actually stayed longer than I would have because I was in shock at the debris (food) strewn everywhere. I thought to myself, 'If it looks this bad on this side, what does it look like on the drive thru side?' A surprise inspection is definitely needed and a refresher course in sanitary food handling and disposal. read more

Poor service and quality. Ordered 3 taco supreme. None of the 3 had lettuce, tomato, or sour cream. Two tacos were placed in the bag upside down, leaving grease on my seat and all over me. If management cares, call me at 601-955-3808 read more

The person working the window threw the card at my daughter having it fall to the ground. He refused to give her sauce and then when she got home realized that 2 items were mixing from the box combo. Also didn't give a receipt with the food. 1star is way too many stars for this Taco Bell. read more

I love taco bell, but this location is abysmal. The servers have trashy attitudes, and I cannot be confident anymore that I'm gonna get anything close to what I ordered. Needs a management overhaul. read more

How this place is still open is beyond me, horrible service, employees smoking at the front door in your face, bathrooms haven't been cleaned in hours, they call your name throw your food on the counter and walk away before you get to the counter. All attention is to the drive thru, no attention to the dining room. My last visit. Taco Bell Corporate needs to be embarrassed to take peoples money at this location. read more

Nice area, but this is the WORST Taco Bell I've ever experienced. I travel here for work, and for 2 years now this has steadily been the worst staff, laziest staff, no customer service... wild that franchise owner deals with this. Sad. read more

Manager and workers all rude. No sense of customer service. Was given wrong food in DoorDash pickup at restaurant. Manager yelled at my wife over the phone when my wife said we received the wrong order and the lady cut her off and started yelling. Whole store needs to be fired. Horrible! read more

The service at this location is completely ridiculous. We got the wrong order so I called to correct it and the manager immediately got an attitude with me. The line also takes a long time every time we come here. Absolutely do not recommend. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. So many things to complain about I don't know where to begin. I don't expect a 5 star restaurant, just some nice or at least average customer service. They let the customer order things they are out of. They act as if the customers are bothering them by ordering. They do not wear mask or gloves. You can make two different orders and they will put it all in the same bag. I rarely and I mean rarely go to Taco Bell, but I doubt I will ever try one again, no matter the location. This place does a great job of not doing their job. Now that is something I will give them 5 stars for. read more

Used drive through to order 3 separate box meals. Service was not good. Young man at the window starts handing me drinks one at a time. I had to explain to him what a drink tray was. The food for the 3 separate meals came all dumped in one bag instead of the 3 separate meal boxes. The drinks were NOT EVEN DRINKABLE !! 2 were mountain dew and they were mostly Soda Water, no flavor. The other was a diet pepsi and it was mostly syrup. Not drinkable. Tried calling the store back many times and never could get an answer. Total waste of money and time. I have tried to contact Taco Bell through the website but no response yet. Inexcusable service and product. read more

Nobody in line or in the store ordering food and I am told immediately its a 30 minute wait I should just leave. Owner should just close this one down or clean house. read more

Service was slow but I got all of my order. The worker was friendly and polite. Would definitely come back

Worst service ever! The employees act like you are putting them out if you place an order.

Terrible service the lady at the window gave me a horrible attitude and looked like she just slapped everything together and threw it in the bag. They also locked their doors at 8:15!!! Like what?? How are you gonna lock the doors at 8:15 and people are still in there eating. Taco Bell really need to fire some people and hire a new staff this is the worst service I have ever seen.‍ read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE! For the second time, I got maybe half of what I ordered. Same person, same attitude and same horrible service! I won't be going to this particular Taco Bell anymore. It wasn't like they were busy either. I was the only person in line, 2 times and like I said, didn't get nearly anything I ordered and paid for. read more

Horrid customer service will be contacting corporate!!!! Manager was rude and hostile!!!

It took 30 minutes to get our 'fast food'. No welcome or have a nice day. Lady at the counter obviously hated life and her job. Nasty attitude. Asked for sauce and were told they were out, however found a large amount by the drinks. Will never go back read more

Order food here on occasion and 9 times out of 10 there is some issue. This last time was very impressive though. Ordered food on the app and drove to the location, arrived to find approximately 10 cars in the line. This line took 50 minutes to get through. 830p to 920p on a Sunday evening. This is not fast food. EDIT: and the order was missing 30% of the items... 2 full meals. read more

Ordered for dash.. however cheesy bean ans rice burrito had no sauce zero! Was horrible. My fiesta potatoes where not in my order and the cheesy feists potatoes taco has zero sauces in it as well. I also asked for packets of hot sauce! I have to say for what I paid for this trash I could have went elsewhere! This place is horrible and always messes up my order! read more

Poor excuse of a restaurant!! Worst service ever! Literally like pulling teeth to get hot sauce

This place is the absolute worst. I abhor giving 1 star reviews, but this particular Taco Bell deserves it. I've been there 3 separate times and each time I find myself waiting 20+ minutes in the drive thru or inside. The kicker? There was only me and one other person ordering! I decided to go tonight and this experience was the final straw. It's 10pm and I pull up to the drive thru only to be told by the employee inside that she's apparently the only one there and won't be taking orders. Absolutely ridiculous. Managers should be let go and more competent employees brought in. read more

Eat great even late is your motto but your not open at 12:11am??? You're the actual WORST.

I'm infuriated that it says they stay open till 2 am. Why have a set time to close if you don't stay open until then and don't provide a good service you should just close down. read more

I normally wouldn't give a Taco Bell 4 stars... This one is exceptionally clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. They were extremely busy, but still had my food ready in just a few minutes. Sometimes you never know what you gonna get with Taco Bell. The food never looks like the advertisements, but my meal was about as close as I've seen. I occasionally get that itch for Taco Bell, and this one doesn't dissapoint. read more

Don't even deserve 1 star. They are lazy and rude. Yelp says to keep writing... ok, they're rude, they have bad attitudes, trashy and lazy.

I wish I could do zero stars. This is probably the worst taco bell I've ever been to. It honestly should be called taco hell due to the hell you go through just ordering. Be prepared for a 30 minute wait no matter the time of day only to have your order wrong, I guess it's April fools everyday here. The employees of this franchise obviously want nothing to do with you. It honestly sickens me. There is a Taco Bell down the highway about 8-10 miles away and I would much rather make the drive to this location , I mean it would perhaps be quicker primarily because of how long it takes at this Taco Bell. However this Taco Bell is very clean , and I do have respect for that, but that does not mean waste your time eating there. read more

The staff is so friendly! So far my order has always been correct and ready in a timely manner. The food is always fresh and hot.
