I don't visit this location often. The ordering process is mostly self checkout & ordering on the screen. The parking lot is adequate. Just pay attention about where you park. I thought I was able to circle the parking lot. I had to exit, drive several blocks & turn around. The employees are nice. The dining room was clean. There is a restroom - you can ask for the code. These are not going to be the best tacos you have had in your life. It's Taco Bell. That said, this is one of the best Taco Bell locations I have visited. My order was correct, my order was prepared quickly, and the food was good. No stale looking ingredients, all very enjoyable. On top of everything, in my food was a card asking to be contacted if there are any issues. This card had both a local phone number and email address for what I assume are the people that operate this location. It is rare to see a chain place like this putting in the effort to go beyond the minimum required, but they are really doing it. Next time I want Taco Bell I would go out of my way to go to this specific location. read more

I drove all the way over here from the other side of Falls Cchurch with the hope of odering a Number 3 Combo Meal. The drive thru was pretty busy, and there were at least ten cars waiting in line to place their order. I figured that I would skip all of that and just order inside. I found out that the doors are closed and locked and they have this strange order window were I'm guessing you could just order from the window. I waited, and waited, and waited. Not a sole to be seen not a single employee taking orders from the ordering window. It was a little cold out standing there waiting for an employee to Grace me with their presence. They're so tiny and crinkled up compared to a simple cheese bean and rice burrito which costs around the same. You get 'maybe' 4 whole chunks of chicken, if you can even call them chunks. HII I tied to get my evening taco and I don't have a car, I read online that they r open till 2:30.......welll you can see from my surprised face that the walk up to window was Closed!!!!!!!! This is BY FAR the worst location of Taco Bell I've ever seen. They frequently close their doors an hour early if they don't get enough business, and when I approach the window to ask whats going on, they ignore me. No masks, or if they have them, they're worn under the nose. In my last trip (THIS WAS THE FINAL STRAW) I watched the female order-taker pick her nose as I was approaching the window. Tables can be a little dirty in this location too. The staff is slow the management seems off. The food wasn't done right. The cinnamon bites some pieces didn't even have some filling in them which we all know is the best part. Somehow they always mess up my order when I dine here either by leaving something out of it or adding something I don't want lol. Order just about 10 Doritos locos Tacos with whatever cheesy item they sell at the moment and you're in for some quick grub. The staff is friendly but the soda machine was out of ice, the floors were super sticky, tables are dirty, they were out of cup lids, and we think that the food wasn't even done correctly (used a full size tortilla for the loaded griller which resulted in a super long flat mini burrito instead of the normal griller.) We ordered two seven layer burritos and one bean burrito. We get home (15 minutes-yes this was the closest Taco Bell to my apartment and no I was not going to eat in the car) and discover the two seven layer burritos have meat. We're vegetarian, so neither of us could eat them. Maybe something changed, because it has been a while, but the seven layer burrito never had meat before. It was late and we certainly didn't feel like driving all the way back. So I cooked dinner.
