This place was super fast . We went inside. The reason I am giving it a one is because of cleanliness. Upon arrival there was a young man standing in the doorway cleaning . This same young man took out order and gave us our order as well. We watched him very closely and did not see him wash his hands. The tables and flies were very sticky and the soda machine was very dirty . There was trash all over the floor as well I just wish we took pictures to show. Will never be going here again! read more

Great customer service from the cashiers. They were very friendly, polite, and patient as we tried to make up our minds on what to order. I try to lead with the positives, so my only favorable mention is the adequate parking. Otherwise it's the worst taco bell in 3 states - Florida, Virginia & California L O N G line, having to repeat order several times, followed by getting the wrong order but worse yet, the food quality and taste was horrific. SERIOUSLY bad, I literally felt like vomiting. The Wifi doesn't work. You can only turn right as you leave, so if you're trying to get back onto I 95, it's 2 rights, a U turn followed by a mile later getting back onto I95. read more

I chased down my old account just to leave my distaste for this place. This taco bell is on my way home from work and it is consistently the worst food I have ever seen or tasted. This is not a 'one time I stopped by and it was not so good' situation. So we drove up to the drive thru and after paying, we were told to go and park. We were also given a number on our receipt. It was hard to understand the gentleman at the window, but that is understood because we are all wearing masks at this time. We weren't quite sure what to do after parking because some meals were being brought out to cars, and other people were going in. The whole situation is completely messed up because what is the point of drive thru if we are having to park or having to go in and then get the order? This procedure is ridiculous! The people working here is good but the manager is horrible. For some reason they close earlier than what the sign says. Multiple times I've gone here around 12 and the lights are on but the doors are closed. This Taco Bell is best I've seen in Virginia they make it when you order and sometimes give me free dessert and offer me free drinks. I drive up from Fredericksburg because I got sick after eating at the Taco Bell in Fredericksburg and they screwed up my order I ordered three of one item and there were only two in the bag when I got home! If you ever go to a "hill billy" area you will find lazy people who have made lots of the food hours before you ordered it and it's just been sitting there all day. Why people have rated this Taco Bell so poorly have obviously never traveled down to the southern parts of Virginia!!! You northern Virginia people don't know how good you have it up there! I do not write reviews often, but felt compelled to do so this time. Be careful eating from here. I've been up all night from what seems like food poisoning. It started with severe nausea, strong urge to vomit, very uncomfortable stomach cramps and diarrhea, not long after consuming food from here. I ate around 9pm and it's now 6am as I'm writing this review and still experiencing symptoms. Just think twice before eating a meal from this place. I certainly won't be going back. read more

I ordered a Baja blast large with no ice, I get a Baja blast medium with ice, I give it back she gives me a large with ice then I told her that it was with no ice and she looks at me with a face like "come on" and then she says do you want anything else to drink because our Baja blast is out right now and we don't have any men here that can switch it because that's heavy it's 40 pounds and I don't want to switch it. So I tell her no I want Baja blast and she says come on you're going to give me a hard time? And I said no I want Baja blast and she's like well it weighs 40 pounds and i'm not going to change it because it's too heavy and I said well ma'am you shouldn't have applied for this job when it said that you should be able to pick up at least 40 pounds. Stay away from this Taco Bell. They make you ask for taco sauce (per the owner's instructions). If that wasn't bad enough, I recieved no napkins today in my bag. I have no idea if the lack of napkins was an additional cost savings measure, but it wouldn't surprise me. I'm shocked that the parent company is letting the franchise owner get away with this! I had originally given this location a good review but had to write an update. Every time I have gone there over the past year or so has resulted in a messed up order. Every. Single. Time. I would not have changed the rating if it was just a rare occasion or if they were very busy. However, they were not busy on any of the occasions. They just forget to make things from your order then move onto the next order. When you point it out, you have to find your receipt to prove it to them that you ordered it and wait for them to make it (while your other food is getting cold). They have always been nice but it is an inconvenience to not get your whole order the first try. read more
