I have ordered online out of this Taco Bell three times, and ALL three times were disappointing. The last time I ordered online, I was on the site at about 12:15pm. When the option of "time to pick up" came up i clicked for the order to be picked up at 1pm. Fair enough, right? When I order online I like to start heading there at the time that the food should be ready. So I head out after 1pm. I get there at 1:30pm, with traffic that comes with University drive. There were a couple of people at the counter. I wait no biggie. When I tell the kid at the cash register that I made an online order, he tells me to show him, as it did not appear on his system. He sees it, tells me that it needs to be made, so he gives me a receipt, and I step to the side for others to order. What is the point of ordering ahead of time then? About a minute later, he calls my attention, and tells me that it hasn't been paid for. I show him and some lady in the back that I indeed paid for it. They took for ever to make everyone's food. I come to this TB for lunch often and sometimes late night....NEVER had issues! Today, I went for breakfast. I hadn't done so in a while because of the very bad experience I had last time I came to this location for breakfast. I was craving TB breakfast so I caved and gave it another chance. What a mistake!!!!! First, the young lady seemed bothered I was trying to place an order. Then she'd give me a total everytime I added food without asking if my order was complete. We get to the window and pay for the food and I'm asked to wait around the building in front of the doors. Ok, no problem. After about 10 minutes. A young man brings out the food in a sealed bag (like it was for a delivery service). But this was my personal order....so as I'm driving away, I open it to check my order....I was missing food! I was already on university, I know my temper, and I had already experienced the Cashier's bad attitude...so who knew what would be done to that food. I decided to go home and officially write this location off (for breakfast, anyway)! Lunch and late night crew, please show your breakfast crew your ways! We've been going to this Taco Bell for over 17 years. The service has been going down and today was the worst! I always go into their menu online and choose what I want, do all the customization that I want and printout for my husband. He then hands it to the person and orders my meal that way so he doesn't have to remember the customizations that I want. Today he walked in and handed the girl the printout. she told him I don't have this order for you. He told her that he wanted to order that. she told him he can't order it because it's an online special. I don't believe I went into the online specials because I know I wasn't placing the order online. He then asked to speak with a manager and she told him there wasn't a manager there. He then told her that she was "freaking lying" and she then refused to wait on him because, in her opinion, he just "cussed" at her. He again asked to speak to a manager and all of the workers behind the counter stopped what they were doing and came to the counter and started laughing at him. A young lady came from the back and told him she would be happy to take his order. I had ordered a Build Your Own Box which totaled $5.80 before tax. it consisted of a Chalupa, which I removed 2 items, a Taco Supreme, again I removed 1 item, Cinnamon Twists, and a medium Pepsi Zero Sugar. After she entered the order she told him it totaled $9.89. We only live about 3 minutes from this Taco Bell, by the time he got it home it was cold, not even lukewarm, and there was hardly any meat and cheese in it! This will definitely be our last visit to this Taco Bell!! This Taco Bell could care less about the customers and they are EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL and RUDE!!!! AND THEY WANT TO BE PAID $15.00 AN HOUR!!! You have to have customers who patronize your business in order for the owner to be able to pay that amount of pay!! Guess they don't realize that if there's no money coming in they can't afford to pay salaries of that amount!! read more

I walked up to the counter was completely ignored finally was asked. Did you order I said no she said use the machine we're busy. I said I don't want to use the machine. The prices are different on what I Wanted. She continued making people's orders completely ignoring me and the gentleman behind me waiting to order finally. I said are you just gonna ignore us? She said I told you I was busy use the machine I asked to speak to the manager was completely ignored again. Finally the manager hears this and comes out and with and was told the quit being abusive to their employees. I said I'm not being abusive I'm trying to order and nobody will take our order. We were told to use the machine we didn't want to use the machine. She continued to tell us quit being rude to her employees which we were not and I might have said a bad word finally and she said f*** y** and walked away. I asked for her name nobody would give me her name. I asked the other employees what was the manager's name completely ignored? I really don't see the hype for Taco Bell. The meat and cheese don't taste even remotely good and the portions are so tiny you won't really be filled unless you order multiple items. The sides are all mediocre, though the potato things were decent. I did kinda like the power bowl but you can get that sort of thing with better quality anywhere, including the Chipotle right next door. Employees seem to hate working there but to be fair the store seems to be open all day and the job looks incredibly tedious so I guess I can't really blame them. I guess the late hours are nice? Considering there's a Chipotle next door and Moe's across the street I can't see why anyone would go here unless you're drunk at 2 am and need something quick to eat read more

Very disappointed at this location. While in the drive thru I ordered my order or 2 doritos hard tacos and a soft steak taco with a cinnamon twist and they asked you if everything on the screen is correct and it was. Well when I get home to eat my tacos, the order was messed up, 3 freaking hard tacos and no cinnamon twist smh. I didn't go back because of my newborn, I wasn't going to drive there again. This IS my crazy hook for tacos! When I was younger Taco Bell was very expensive and it wasn't often to get this. Black olives were served on an Enchirito. I enjoy tostadas a lot with actually many things. The cost is now really good. I know from research I did that the food is pre-made and trucked in. This is how they were finally able to get costs down and consistent. PepsiCo was the owner when all these changes happened. I've had the breakfast burrito. It is Huge! The hashbrown fits inside of it with the meat, cheese and egg if you like. The hours of operation make for a great night snack! Open Mon -Fri 0630- 1100 breakfast served Sat-Sun. 0700- 1100. This taco Bell was fast however as a vegetarian I asked for beans instead of meat. What they gave me was sour cream between two tortillas and sour cream in a burrito. I will probably not go again, the one in fort Lauderdale is better for us non meat eaters. read more

This is my goto taco bell. Obviously it is delicious and dirt cheap like any taco bell. The food is pretty consistent and they keep it very clean for a taco bell. I have 2 problems though - they forget to give me hot sauce every time without fail. If I want hot sauce I need to either go inside or make them show me that they've put it in before driving away. My other problem is that the Baja blast, which is half the reason I go, it inconsistent. It is often too syrupy and sometimes they run out which is inexcusable. I need that stuff to live. Despite these problems I go all the time and usually have a good experience. Hope this review didn't make me sound like too much of a neckbeard. read more

Do not park in their lot if not eating there!! They are towing cars even though there are NO signs indicating lot is only for their customers. Restaurant is in a shopping center. Parking is a bitch with the construction going on there and they choose to have cars towed. We have eaten there in the past......never again. Store kind of sucks anyway! read more

Being in the parking lot of The Tower Shops of Davie, this Taco Ball gets a lot of customer's. The Managers are polite compared to other Taco Bell's that Ive been to. Great Work Guys! As far as Taco Bells go, this one is a roaring pile of "meh." The food is gross. Something always tastes off. I don't think I ever got food there and didn't get sick in some way, shape or form. However, the people in the drive through are generally friendly, so that's a plus. I stopped going here around August of 2013 when I realized that there was a Chipotle just two buildings north in the same shopping center. 1) Their food is terrible and the restaurant is unsanitary 2) They tow cars parked in their lot without any easily seen signage. There were maybe three other cars in the entire lot and they decided to have mine towed because I "left the premises." The owner is clearly making more off towing people's cars than actual business on their crappy food, or else he wouldn't have to put so much time and energy into watching the lot for people to leave the property. The signage is probably not even enough to do this legally, as it does state unauthorized vehicles cannot park there, but the sign appears to only apply to the curb, which would make sense. There are no signs stating that parking is only for customers. I am highly disappointed with this store and will never take my business here again. read more

I only give it one star because it's very close to my house and that makes it a convenient stop for breakfast or lunch. Other than that, this place is horrible. I have stopped by on two different occasions at 7 which is supposed to be their opening time and they have told me that I need to wait 5-10 mins. After waiting, while placing my order I'm being rushed and I'm getting attitude. Seems like the more I add to my order the more attitude I get. Maybe they need staff that actually wants to work and with better manners. read more
