This location is new. Parking lot is rough and dark at night. Employee of the month gets the closest spot to the front door. Inside is simple and modern. You can watch them cook everything through a glass window. Plenty of seating, but a lot of the tables are dirty and they use the lobby for storage. Sadly, just a mismanaged location. The quality is mid to low tear. Prices are what you'd expect. If you go in and expect a wait, they do prioritize drive-through. Bathrooms are single stall. read more

I literally don't know how you could mess this up but I ordered specifically a burrito with JUST lettuce, meat, and cheese with mild hot sauce and an avacado salsa packet. This girl gives me a supreme burrito with beans, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream. Then to add the cherry on top she gives me the hot and fire hot sauce and no avacado salsa. There wasn't one clean table in the entire establishment. We had to wipe our own table off to sit down to eat. Chicken nuggets were over cooked and not worth buying. We will never eat here again. The food had no taste don't know if they didn't have all their spices but it was so bland!!!! We toss it away and left. This place was never perfect, but it has nose dived recently. The hard tacos are always soaking wet and you get MAYBE half the filling you used to. It's impossible to even eat the things because they're so wet they fall apart in your hands just trying to pick them up. And given that they have increased their prices, I expect more than this. The staff CLEARLY does not care about their job. And hey, I get it. I did my stint in fast food too. It's miserable work. The one person you don't take it out on is the innocent customer who did NOTHING to deserve having their time and money wasted. They almost never get an order right anymore, either. I've been to many Taco Bells and this one exceeds others in cleanliness, pleasant service and consistently good food! For truly fast food, you can't beat the price and variety when you're feeding a family of five, especially in this time of runaway inflation and obscene gas prices! read more

Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside clean with lots of tables. Sauce packers are out next to the soda fountain. Food came quickly and was what we ordered and expected. Good for a quick Taco Bell run. Restroom was clean too. read more

Brand new location in Danville that has a new, modern look to the interior. The staff is friendly and quick. The drive thru lane is still totally unpaved though and even cruising through at 3mph is a really bumpy ride. Gonna assume they're just waiting for the weather to warm up before paving it. It's also a pretty tight squeeze if you drive a larger truck or SUV. The wall on the exit ramp from the drive through is definitely going to be covered with scuffs once the drunks start rolling through at 2am. The food also seems "bigger" than other Taco Bell locations in the area (Bloom/Sham Dam) though. The tacos and burritos are fuller and their Nachos Bell Grande were loaded with toppings. I suspect this only going to last 6 mo or so to keep people happy and attract new customers and then they'll resume the skimpy measurements that corporate demands. Definitely recommend getting in there now while the place is new, clean, and not skimping on their portions. read more

So far so good. Taco Bell just opened and it is very busy. They staff is able to keep the line moving during the business of the new opening. The inside is very nice and I've never seen this design for a Taco Bell. There's also an outdoor patio that will be nice when in the spring/summer. Lazy POS! I go there on a Saturday night around 10:50ish. We get to the drive thru and the person says " we are closed" Not even an I'm sorry but just WE ARE CLOSED. So of course I look at the time and say " At 10:57? That's a weird time to close" even though google says they close at midnight since I checked before going to make sure I wasn't going to a place that was closing soon since I won't go to places if closing soon. The guy then tells me to Hold on and other guy comes in saying "how can I help you?" Ummm help me with my order or the fact that you are closing an hour early and not to mention there was another car behind me. I was able to order and at the end they guy was just silent and we had to ask if we could pull through. Like you guys made me feel that I did something bad when I got to your restaurant an hour before closing. When I leave I see there sign says open 9AM to MIDNIGHT. Ohhh that's funny. Cause it's wrong. Soooo wrong. Change your hours on google and on your own sign if you don't want to serve customers an hour before closing. read more

What a lovely surprise! I never expected to use this adjective when visiting a Taco Bell, but it fits. Not only was our quick stop met by a clean and welcoming atmosphere, but Tom made us want to stay and eat in. I don't recall anyone ever offering to interrupt their own lunch break to assist us with expediting our self-service / kiosk order. This Taco Bell was clean, the food was fresh, and the staff, most especially Tom, made my day. I know many people who travel across I-80 and will make sure they plan their stop here. read more

This location opened 5 days ago, so obviously it still shines lol,... But I do have to say that they are doing excellent. Been there twice, nothing to complain about. Went w the whole family(6 of us) on opening day, between the first and second lunch rush, and everything was great even under the stress of being so busy. Orders were right, even the customized items. Staff seems friendly and welcoming. It's fast food, so I can't feel proper with a 5* rating, so I'll go all the way to 4*. Well great way to start my morning by being insulted at Taco Bell! Order my breakfast, go to the counter tell the girl I want extra nacho cheese and pay the 90 cents. Then go to pickup for my to go order. Dude comes up with a tray and I tell him it was to go. This was my first time at this specific Taco Bell. Normally I don't eat at this chain but I decided I'd try it out for kicks. I was pleasantly surprised. I know they just opened but after a month the drive through is still taking 20 minutes. I went through at 10 pm. There were 2 cars ahead of me...the lobby was closed. It took 20 minutes to get to the window. They forgot my Chalupa ......i went to the lobby door with my receipt in my hand but they would not open. I had to get back in the drive through behind 3 cars and 25 minutes later i got my Chalupa....no i'm sorry you burned 3 bucks in gas waiting no apology at all.. Everyone i know says its at least 20 minutes to get through the drive through if there are 3 or less cars ahead of you. Crazy read more

Throughly disgusted. If I could give the rating of 0 stars I most definitely would, but one will have to suffice. The aura of this place disappointed me. The workers were not chipper whatsoever. Sad. Disheartening. We go through the drive thru and ordered two chicken quesadillas. We park after receiving our food, to find one singular chicken quesadilla. They charged us for two. We go back though the drive thru and alert the employee's of their mistake. When I opened the quesadilla after pulling around for the second time it was uncut.
