Taco Bell, my taco bowl supreme was absolutely disgusting! I expected better service considering you have eight Michelin stars. My waiter, Pato, desperately needs to by fired. every time that I come to this store there is a problem I came three times this month the first time me and my friends were accused of stealing a drink I bought off of the kiosk this time they waited to take my order they all made eye contact with me and never came to the counter for almost ten minutes once I ordered my friend also did after me yet he got his food within 5 minutes where I had to wait 30 minutes the crew forgot I even ordered and started cleaning I had to go to the counter to get my food again my break is only 30 minutes now I have went over my break because of the employees incompetence I will never come to this store again I hope they tear it down read more

This tacobell actually has nice employees unlike alot of the other ones in the area, but the wait time is always a hit or miss. Had somebody pick up my order that I placed just before 9 and chose the pick up time for 9:30. My order just got finished after 10 pm and the person picking up the order claimed people were coming and going after he was already waiting 15 minutes. Unfortunate for this location. When I'm here, it's more like Tanktop Bell. This is a shiny new modern type of Taco Bell, way up in Cypress on the highway to the outlet mall LOL. My roommate went through the drive through and ordered me 2 beef chalupas. When he got home, I had two beef (using a microscope you can actually see all the beef. Service was quick... ok cool. If I pay for extra nacho cheese I expect the normal amount plus some which I didn't even get the normal amount for my crunch wrap supreme. When I asked one of the employees why everything was shut down prior to closing time, he just looked at me with no response and smiled. We placed our order and moved up to the window, the guy Manning the window didn't say hi, just told me my total & when he saw my card stretched out the card reader. Then he placed it back on the window & kept talking to his female coworker. I noticed my card didn't read properly but he wasn't paying attention so I reached for the card reader and took my card out and placed it again. He looked at me and kept talking to the girl. I struggled to get the card reader to stay back on the window and the whole time he was just talking. He then closed the window and kept talking to the girl. What felt like 10 mins later he opened the window and handed me a bag, as he was still talking to the girl. Covid standards are very impressive with no touch credit card payment, they hold the bag out on a tray, wear masks... they do NOT come in contact with you. Today a Caucasian lady who was possibility training the Spanish male displayed poor customer service. The female stated she greets the customers sometimes depending on who the customer is. The Spanish guy refused to greet me and his state was "she is black she don't give a shit and I don't give a shit". I told him I heard him and he struggled his shoulders and turned his back. He refuse to acknowledge the simple request for hot sauce. While placing my order he did not give me a total. He said my total was on the screen when he did not have my order complete and just said pull forward. He turned his back to me while I was waiting on my food as if I was a bother. Refused to secure my food when the sticker was on the bag. There actions should lack of consideration and the customer service is clearly prejudice and bias. Yes this is a brand new Taco bell just a little bit North of HEB so stay on the N.W. Fwy and you'll see it enjoy the convenience while you can there's is no congestion of traffic maybe until people start noticing it. You can also get to it by taking the side street off of HEB and they have a side street that conveniently drives behind all the business so you don't have drive on the Freeway. Service could be better they are new and remember its mostly kids that are running a drive thru so don't be so hard on them it's up to management to train these youth to be ready for the demanding public but the drive teller when I went she was very polite. I noticed that the menu where you ordered doesn't really get your voice across but she did go through my order to make sure it was correct and even then be an adult and review the order yourself with the teller, My order was quite large the teller did a great job getting it right the first time yes I do check my order before I drive off but this gave them credit in my opinion so they're heading in the right direction as customer satisfaction consistency. Plus its taco bell we've all had times when we needed to go back and correct an order. Be patient I asked for large amount of condiments and they politely gave me those as I wanted. I have noticed that some taco bells are cutting back on condiment dispersing I have even gotten told 2 hot sauces for every taco is what is allotted in some BELLS.
