Absolutely phenomenal TB experience. This is probably the best in the city. I came inside to eat with my dad. At the front counter he ordered two burritos and I ordered a luxe box. While I was still filling my Baja blast they called my name. I couldn't believe it. In a solid 45 seconds they had fulfilled our order! (An order that had modifications mind you) They got every food item right and the workers were really nice and funny. All the food was yum. First time reviewer, long time eater of Taco Bell. Taco Bell will always be a standby for quick, cheap and tasty treats. Not necessarily authentic, but they get the job done. When I heard they were selling wings, my interest kicked into high gear. I moseyed over there to catch the buzz. The line wasn't long and I was in & out, start to finish in five minutes! The cashier was very calm & patient as I placed my order and asked very politely for me to verify my order on the screen. When I got around to the window, she was just as polite. I'm spending all this time talking about this experience because there's so many complaints about customer service nowadays, but this was worth writing home about. Now about those wings. They were great! Nice and crunchy with just a hint of spice. I forgot about the sauce, but tried it as an afterthought after consuming the wings. They're tiny and reminiscent of what you might get at a pub. But I liked them. I also got a chipotle chicken chalupa and it was just as good as always. The young gentleman who works at the drive-thru window during the late nights is very kind and courteous! (My complaint isn't about him.) Unfortunately, my order was horrible! I didn't realize until I got home that the bottom of my bag was wet! When I opened it, my hard shell tacos felt like soft shell tacos! I live less than 5 minutes away, so they weren't in the bag for long! These tacos are very wet! I don't know if it's the grease from the beef, or the water from the tomatoes or lettuce! Now, I'm going have to throw this mess away and loose my $10.74! I've been at work all day, and now I have to go to sleep hungry because I'm too exhausted to get back out! I ordered my food through their app an entire 1h and 15 minutes before they "closed". The app kept updating the progress of the order between "we received your Order" and "your order is being made". I only ordered 6 items btw. I called the establishment closing time because I was getting suspicious. The young lady (sounded 16-19) told me that she never received my order and that all the orders she received were sent out (obviously not). She proceeded to tell me I could either have it sent to another store(it's almost 1am ) , or I could get a refund. I requested an refund and she told me I'd have to contact Doordash. it didn't make sense because why would I ask Doordash for a refund when I didn't order on Doordash app? I ordered from Taco Bell's app! I thanked her for her time and started to call Doordash customer service I paused and called the location again to confirm that this store was the one that the map on Taco Bell's app was showing. Same young lady confirmed that this was the correct Taco Bell. Which confirmed she in fact did have the order! She gets oddly upset that I'm asking about my order to her store that she lied about! I hang up the phone. Later I called the Doordash customer service to request a refund, surely she couldn't have lied about that too! Well, she did, Doordash can only submit a refund request for me. The rep told be she'd call for me in the morning to check on the refund status. I was also informed that they were telling the dashers that they were closed and didnt have the order ready! The Morning/Lunch crew are amazing! Usually little to no wait in line. Great attitudes, your order is always correct and never sloppy. Very pleasant experience. A+ However.. The Evening/Night crew are usually horrendous. You'll wait quite a few mins in line. I freaking love this place! Each staff, whether it be morning or night, has been genuinely nice to me. I've been coming to this location almost every week for 2years!! The managers are also sweethearts!! Anywho, for the first time in a long while, I decided to order during a lunch rush. I ordered a rattlesnske burrito, a chicken quesadilla, and a large baja blast. The cashier, Shaniece F. was super cool! She was handling my order like a boss, and I overheard her convo saying something like, "..if I could, I'd marry him." I made a Yelp account just to leave my thoughts on three separate terribly frustrating visits here. First Time I get off work and I get to this Taco Bell location around 9:40 I'd say. There is nobody in the drive thru line, and people are walking inside which I found odd. So I head in, and there is two customers in line and one waiting on his order I assume. There's nobody coming to the counter. I start ordering on the electronic screen, and finally an employee comes to the counter, just to tell me "sir, sir what're you doing? You can't order on that, we're only doing mobile orders". So I asked if I could order with mobile right now, and she said yes. How does that make any sense for a Taco Bell location that closes at 2AM, to only accept mobile orders four hours before closing? I had a new card at the time that hasn't been activated yet, so I asked if I could just order and pay with cash and she said no. So I said, "are you serious?" and she said yes. I'm walking out, and I hear "I thought someone locked the door?" so they lock it behind me. Second Time Mobile order drive thru around lunch time, all my menu items are customized to have no sour cream. What do they do? Smear every item with sour cream, where it's seeping through one of the wrappers. Third Time Mobile order drive thru, I skip the speaker and go to the window. The girl who is taking drive thru orders, same girl from my first visit who spoke to me at the counter, told me I have to get back in line and I'm holding up customers (there was one). I get back in line, get to the speaker and say "mobile order for -name-", and she says "pull up". I get my food, get home, and my two burritos barely have anything in it. This location has the absolute worst customer service I've ever received at any place, and I've worked in food service and I understand sometimes things get hectic and distracting but there's no excuse for all three of my visits to the same location to be terrible. The service and speed and accuracy lately has just been an incredible improvement!! The service is always amazing. My cashier accidentally rang me up for cool ranch tacos instead of nacho cheese. I brought them back and the guy in the kitchen was just as sweet as could be and fixed my order for me. He called me by name, apologized and just interacted very well with customers. First off, let me say this rating is based off what this is. I'm not gauging my review of a fast food joint on the same scale as, say, an upscale steak restaurant. Taco Bell is it what is: fast food Mexican. I like this place, I don't know. This location in particular is always great. I've never once had my order get messed up, and I've been coming here for over ten years. They're always incredibly friendly. And when the Cheesy Gordita Crunch was off the menu for a while, they were one of the few locations who would make it without any "huh" or "what's in that" or "sorry, that's not on the menu anymore". Yeah, the food isn't amazing quality and certainly not the same as you'd get at an actual Mexican restaurant. I know that going there. But when it's 3:30 am, it's them or McDonald's. Just went here about 10 minutes ago and had an insulting experience from the drive-through receptionist. When ordering, the talk was rushed and they seemed very uninterested. Due to this, I had a question regarding my order before approaching the window. However, when I said "Ma'am" into the microphone, I heard a long, upset sigh accompanied by " Oh my god.. " from the receiver. I don't think she realized her mic was still on? Now I realize it's 11:30 on a Thursday, and the day before Valentines Day, but I was shocked and frankly rather insulted. I only wanted to ask a question?! Not get an annoyed remark, regardless of whether she thought I could hear or not. I pulled up to the window, and the woman there ( who I'm positive was the speaker, as the voice, tone and general demeanor all matched ) was still just as un-interested. Our food was hurriedly handed out the window with a quick " Have a good night ! " and the window shut before I could even ask straws. I couldn't make out a visible name tag at all, but she was a larger blonde woman with a dollar sign tattoo behind her ear and a major attitude and air of annoyance. I love this Taco Bell. Not only is it only a few blocks from my house, it is the best run Taco Bell or any other fast food restaurant that I have been too. Not many locations can you say are consistently good but this one here. If you go here around lunch time during the week, be sure to say hello to Tony. He is the pleasant cashier who is always friendly and has a smile on his face. He not only takes your order, but he also makes sure that it is right. If there is a problem, he makes sure that it is corrected. Because of this, I never even have to check my order before leaving. I have never got home and my order is wrong.
