As much as I hate to be one of those people who complains about places where employees probably make minimum wage, this place is pretty bad. It's clean for the most part but they take only online or kiosk orders and typically when I walk in it's just filled with DoorDash drivers who are just standing around. Like one time I walked in and there was nearly 10 people just standing around on their phones. Probably a mixture of DoorDash and people who just ordered and waiting for their food. Seems like the employees don't ever put any of the orders on the actual mobile order counter. So it's like you never know if your order is ready because they just keep everything behind but don't ever announce it. It's super frustrating. I'm sure it's because people are grabbing the wrong bags but there's got to be a better system. One time my husband and I went there and ordered through the kiosk and it took us nearly a half an hour to get our food. Just to sit down and eat at the restaurant! They must have been short staffed which I don't want to fault them for that but some sort of warning or something to let everyone know that we would be waiting for half an hour for a couple of burritos would have been very helpful. Many of these employees are just some of the least helpful people unfortunately. I think they also stopped even answering drive-thru calls cuz I saw a lot of people whip around angrily or whip around from the drive-thru and come inside. Maybe they were short-staffed and I'm sorry about that. But they did literally nothing to communicate this to anybody. Everyone's just standing around and all the employees just eventually come out every 5 minutes and maybe ask the one person they make eye contact with what their order name is. It's just super frustrating and the system has pretty much collapsed at this store as far as I'm concerned. Needs better management! read more

My Mr. and I hardly get fast food. We were out late. On our way home, we got hungry and didn't want to dine in. We wanted something quick and I mentioned Taco Bell. It sounded good at the time. The drive thru was super long so my Mr went in thinking it would be faster but it wasn't. There are no cashiers to take your order. Just kiosk. I got 2 hard shell beef tacos and a chalupa. My Mr ordered 2 soft shell beef tacos and a burrito supreme. He waited for awhile. After 15 minutes, we got our order. He ask for some sauce and didn't get it. I was a bit disappointed because I felt like our food was just thrown together. Pretty sloppy. That was $20 went down the drain. I remember Taco Bell being really good back in the day. Now, not so much. Maybe I'll give it one more try next time if I'm craving it but not anytime soon. read more

Quality at this location is extremely unpredictable. Very disappointed in the crunch wrap supreme. It was basically a hard dry burnt tortilla with a literal sprinkling of filling. Less beef than a taco...barely any lettuce... and $6.69!!!! We wont be back. 3 strikes you're out. read more

This is, unfortunately, the worst Taco Bell I have encountered, from the sum of the experiences I have had here. I have been a total of 3 times and only received food once. 1st) Arrive at ~7:30 PM. I'm informed via drive thru that they are closed to all but door dash due to 3 no call no shows. 2nd) arrive ~10:00 pm. I am asked at drive thru to "hold on a minute". 5 minutes later "hold on another minute" etc. Total waiting time at order speaker: over 15 minutes "for shift change." Chemical plants can do shift change faster than this. 3rd) diner is locked at 8:00 PM "drive thru only". There are no customer's inside, ~4-5 employees, and 1 car ahead of me in line. The first car sits at the speaker for ~15 minutes without being asked to order. I leave. I'm not sure what's going on here, but this is an extremely poorly run restaurant. Corporate needs to do some serious coaching here. read more

Stopped here on a Sunday afternoon, expecting the worst due to labor shortages etc. We were so pleasantly surprised! We were in the drive thru behind someone with a large order, just assumed we'd be there forever. We were so wrong, the line moved quickly, we got our food. I seriously don't think I could come up with a single good thing to say about this location. Service is always slow. They often close their drive-through to non-DoorDash and online orders. Food is always half as good as it should be, remotely cooked is how i would describe it. After ordering online, you will frequently find out they are out of things. Didn't catch his name, but the guy at the drive through was so so polite! I made the mistake of ordering the wrong drink and I was about to pull my card out and pay for the right one, he gave me the drink I wanted I offered to pay multiple times and he just gave it to me. He was bringing out orders for everyone, there was at least one person in the store that definitely could be helping him. But giving this a 5 star cause it was very busy, he was taking drive through orders and bringing other orders out to peoples cars. Tonight they overcharged me left out a item and only the item they overcharged me for was correct..... if cheese is in the name of the burritos you would think it would have cheese...WRONG. If they were out of something you think they would say so;OR MAYBE they just way under portioned. I've been getting drive-thru at this Taco Bell on a regular basis since it opened. I've had good and bad experiences..nothing out of this world but also nothing that comes even close to some of the horror stories that some of the other reviews imply. This location is newer..it's been open a little over a year. I was really excited when it opened because it's less than five minutes from my house..and I love me some Taco Bell at times. I have to say my latest experience with this Taco Bell's drive-thru was about as good as it gets. I pulled up on a late Thursday afternoon..there was only one car in front of me. My order was taken immediately..I had my food less than three minutes later..everything was made exactly as I had ordered it..and the employee running the drive-thru was extremely friendly..just about all you can ask for in a drive-thru experience. The food was made perfectly too. I was hungry that day so I ordered a decent amount of stuff: two Frito Burritos, two Cool Ranch Dorito Tacos (with no lettuce), and two orders of nachos. The Frito Burritos were made just right..the perfect amount of rice, nacho cheese, beef, & Frito's. Every bite had the perfect mixture of ingredients as well. The Cool Ranch Dorito Tacos were stuffed to the brim with beef and cheese, and the Cool Ranch Dorito shells were fresh and crisp. The nachos were fresh..and they actually filled the cheese cups to the brim! This is sooo rare at a Taco Bell..I was so pleasantly surprised. I've been having good luck lately with Taco Bell's..well with their service at least. Seems like a lot of their stores are stepping up their game..which is awesome. It make me really happy that I have such a competent location so close to me whenever I need my Taco Bell fix. read more

I moved to this area about 2 years ago, and I enjoy Taco Bell. This is the closest location to me and I go here quite frequently. However, literally every time I go here (whether it be going through the drive thru or using the app for mobile orders) EVERY single time they always forget something on my order. I just went through the drive through. I ordered two combos with a drink. Only received one of the combos. Did not receive the cinnamon twists or the cheese sauce for the fry's and only received one of two beefy burrito's I ordered so basically paid 25$ for 12.50$ worth of stuff. As far as Taco Bells go, this is one of the nicer ones. This location just opened up across from the Walmart on Red Bank Rd, which is super convenient for folks living in Oakley or Hyde Park. The drive-thru is open late, and the people working here were friendlier than most other drive-thru's on a Saturday night. The wait for the drive-thru was 10-15 minutes, which is slow but a heck of a lot faster than the one in Norwood. My order was correct, and all of the food was pretty good (for Taco Bell). haha 7am-2am most days, but open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays. read more
