Yes I'm giving this Taco Bell a 4-star rating, hear me (or read me) out. Taking into context of what it is, a Taco Bell, major fast-food chain, etc., it is one of the better Taco Bell's that I have been to. It is relatively new, so the interior is clean and modern. The staff have been friendly and focused on customer service, and the food has always seemed fresh and as good as what you would expect from a fast-food place. Recent visit here I tried the $5 big box, double chalupa. Man is the double chalupa good! highly recommend trying while it is available. Also tried the potato-rito, which was ok, but nothing special. All in all, if you are a fan of Taco Bell, this location is great. If you are looking for a quick meal and settling on fast-food, this place is still great for the service and quality. read more

I recently got food poisoning from this location. I went ahead and gave them a call to let them know, and the girl who answered couldn't have been ruder. Okay, Taco Bell is Taco Bell. My 4 star rating is about customer service. We hit them on a busy Sun afternoon, and there was a long wait for food inside. Not a big deal. Was surprised when the young lady behind the counter came out with a tray full of cinnamon twists, one for everyone in the dining room. A small thing that went a long way. Nice touch. Cheers! Taking a star back - sitting in an abnormally long line at the drive thru. Long, extended waits are starting to seem like the norm here. Allow extra time. read more

This taco bell is the literally slowest taco bell. I ordered just a couple of tacos and am still in line after waiting for 20 minutes. The person in front of and behind me already got out of line as the service is too slow. Can't even rate the food as I am not sure if waiting for it is worth it at this point. read more

Taco Bell can thank Latina for this 5 star review. I stopped here for lunch while visiting the area a couple of times and Latina made a very lasting impression. She is the most motivated employee I've ever encountered. She makes me feel welcome and chats with me like we've been friends for years. She recommends food and drinks, brings food to customer's table, and checks on us while we eat. She dutifully cleans the dining space when she's not busy with customers. I haven't gone to this location in 6 months because they couldn't get an order correct. I tried again today and nothing has changed. I was the only customer in there waiting before a women came to the counter and said "what do you need?". So I explained to her what was wrong and showed her the receipt. Once I finished telling her she said with an attitude "so....what do you need??". Not only are they completely illiterate but they're highly unprofessional. Just a poorly run business read more

Went to this location last night (4/22/2022). I've never seen such a disorganized mess from a restaurant. They were only accepting online orders which wasn't a big deal. We pulled over and placed our order on the taco bell app. Went back through the drive through and was told that we needed to park at the front doors and wait for our order. There were approximately 4-6 other cars waiting for their food as well. Employees kept coming in and out asking what people ordered, what the order was placed under, etc. We placed our order at 11:42pm. Order was 3 cravings boxes so should've been pretty simple order to put together. About 25mins later we still hadn't received our order. One of the employees came out and asked what the order was under and went back in. 10mins later he comes out with a bag (didn't bring out the drinks, he said he'd be right back with them). We thought FINALLY!! Well the only thing that was correct was 2 nachos and cheese. Everything else was either something completely different what we ordered or hard as a rock. Employee came back out and we told him that we didn't get what we ordered, he proceeded to literally throw the hard food across the parking lot. He did make it right and gave us what we actually ordered. Besides them being out of Baja blast, he did give us Baja blast freezes. I can't figure out why they chose to run the store this way because it seemed to be a chaotic mess. Management needs to look into this and figure something out that's not a disaster read more

One of the better Taco Bells in the area. New, clean, and fairly quick. Luckily this one is the closest to where I live. I usually tend to go during off-times so the wait isn't too bad, and the food is just as expected. Those $5 boxes are life, and please never let that double chalupa go away. They are FIRE. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. NEVER HAVE I EXPERIENCED ANYTHING CLOSE TO THIS, and I hate to complain... My wife arrived on sat 4-4 @ 9:10 to pick up a grub hub order. We were instructed to park and wait. Around 9:50 and watching people who arrived after us recieve orders and leave, my wife asked the lady about the order, and was told everyone called off and there was only 3 people working. My wife stated how this was ridiculous that it was going on an hour waiting for taco bell. The girl came to the car and said she cussed at her using the F word. My wife did not, and from there it got worst. After an hour and twenty minutes, we were lied to that order was given to another driver who just showed up. We called grub hub and was informed the customer was still waiting and no other driver had picked it up. A male employee came out and said he didnt believe my wife nor the order still showing on her app. He said we had to call grub hub and hear it from them. We called grub hub and the lady stated the customer was still waiting, the guy actually snatched my wife's $900 IPhone and walked to the drive thru window. I exited the car and proceeded to the drive thru window, I heard the one lady say she cant hear me cause I muted her, the grub hub lady on the phone and it looked like they were looking thru my wife's phone. I apparently surprised the guy as he said I was lucky he didnt drop kick me. I retrieved my wife's phone returned to the car and unmuted the grub hub call. She then told us the store just canceled the order, and we wasted 2 hours not getting paid, and the customer was not going to get their order. This would have to be the worst customer service I have ever recieved. Those 3 employees should be terminated for such unprofessional behavior. My wife and I have never been treated so poorly. read more

Two times now I have come to this brand new location at around 11pm to find a line of cars and NO worker in sight. Every one waits around and finally leaves. The sign says open until 2am. People have circled the building multiple times, yelled into the microphone, and honked their horn at the window hoping to catch the eye of an oblivious worker. But each time it has been to no avail. This location needs to get their store under control or it will not last a year. read more

Haven't stopped at a Taco Hell in years, but needed a quick breakfast bite before a client meeting. Drive by had no breakfast menu, so I was told to come inside. Inside had no breakfast menu either so requested the fat-looking breakfast burritos on the promotional poster. Each tortilla had a teaspoon of egg mix. This location only gets a 1 bc I cannot give them a zero. I will be calling corporate on Monday. Their interior hours are posted to be until 10 pm. When I tried to go into the store about 9:50 PM, the doors were locked. Then someone was coming out and I walked in and was accosted by two employees yelling and screaming at me that I had to go through the drive-through. When I said the hours show until 10 was told they didn't care and two employees came around the counter at me SUPER aggressively. When I asked if they were the manager, they said he was in the back. I ask to speak with them and one employee was in my face saying I needed to leave the store. Then the manger came out front bc he heard the ruckus and had to tell the employees multiple times to go back to their stations. I've never been treated in such a despicable manner as a CUSTOMER anywhere in my life. I will NEVER go to this location again and would advise others to stay away as well!!!! read more

I went New Years Eve night around 10pm to get my boyfriend and I something to eat. I pull up to the microphone and right off the bat the guy informed me that they only had two worked there tonight so be prepared to wait for my order and to not make my order "too big". I worked in restaurants all my young adult life and I would have never said that no matter how short staffed we were. But it's fine I understood, I went ahead and ordered 4 items and the guy interrupts me as I'm saying the third item and goes, " Did you not hear me? I said we only have two people working tonight, do you really want to wait that long for all that food and make us do that?" I felt so awkward and was astounded and just said never mind and drove off. We rarely eat fast food, but we decide to splurge we always get Taco Bell and this one is right by our house, but from now on we will go out of our way to go to another one. read more
