Where to start?...... First I went to Taco Bell for lunch at lunch time, the time of the day when a fast food joint should be rolling but it was kind of dead inside. Then I went in and I thought the installation of the kiosk was supposed to speed things up, not, it just created time for staff to F around. So I went in, went to the kiosk, placed my order for 2 tiny tacos, 2 MFING TACOS. I selected "pay cash at the counter". So I went to the counter and stood there with cash in my hand and waited for 25 f-ing minutes while one staffer stood at the counter f-ing around on her phone texting and yapping. finally I was able to pay when another person, the manager i think, and I thought i would get my lunch soon. Nope! 3 other customers came in and got served that came in after me. Then a staffer came up to me and asked for the name on my order and I gave it to her. I waited patiently, then finally after another 20 minutes a gentleman brought me my 2 tacos. My suggestion if you are going to prioritize the drive thru over the in person dinning room sales then just close the f-ing dining room all together. Nobody should be waiting 45 f-ing minute for 2 tiny tacos. read more

Placed online order for drive thru pick up. Decided to go in upon arrival. Guy asked who i was picking up for & I told him the name. He looked at his slips & said "we don't have it". I pulled up order on phone & showed him & he repeated "we don't have it" & walked away to talk to friends in dining area. Two other HELPFUL employees, probably noticing my WTF look, asked me again & looked & saw it was for drive thru. They start fixing order, meanwhile the initial employee goes back to "work" but is literally throwing the N word around, cussing, so inappropriate. But I guarantee if the tables were turned, he would expect to be treated like a damn king. This is not the first time I've had issues with this specific store, but this was the visit that made me vow to never go to this one again. Very poor examples of humans. read more

Decided to celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month a day early with Taco Tuesday! I ordered two of their 12 pack of tacos - the cashier serving the drive-thru was very patient with me trying to figure out how to order them since I wanted crunchy, soft, chicken, beef and all supreme! I'm not used to ordering so many so I kind of stumbled over my words! Lol I love how they came in their to-go boxes, and they were kind enough to write beef on one and chicken on the other. It was a nice surprise when my son asked which was which and my husband noticed they were labeled! I had the crunchy tacos (both flavors) and they were fresh and crispy. My husband and son enjoyed their combination of flavors and shells! I also love how many hot sauce packets were given since I love spicy! This is my #1 favorite Taco Bell. They are always super quick, respectful, and hard working. The Taco Bell bear harbor view off of college dr in Suffolk always has a long line, and they seem to give zero f's. This Taco Bell always has gotten my orders correct (and I rarely order direct menu items- I don't eat meat here). They've messed up my order once, and it was my very first app pick up order. I never feel the need to check my bag to make sure everything is good- they've proven themselves time and time again that they've got it. I know Taco Bell's usually have a low bar set, but this one is the best in the area! I really love them here, and am always impressed and happy to eat here (from the drive thru). read more

The food itself was fine but the fact the last 4 times now i've gone i've asked for extra mild sauce and each time ive only gotten 4-6 packets. and normally i would be fine with this but they charge me for extra as well so i should be getting extra. and this last time i asked for some of the avacado sauce and once again they charged me but never gave me the sauce read more

wow. just wow. first of all, i pull up to the drive through there is no one else in line and the automatic message on the intercom says, "are you checking in with the mobile app today" i said, "no" tell me why the worker comes on and says "EXCUSE ME" not once but twice. so then im placing my order and she tells me i can't place another order ??? ( my friend also needed to place another order) what does that even mean? Then when i get to the window the lady working SLAMS the window open and closed. NOT TO EVEN MENTION, the rap music playing from the kitchen. It's official. After six different attempts (at different times) I deem this Taco Bell flaming hot garbage. Any taco you get will be the smallest, tiny filled, most expensive gutter food you will buy. Yes yes I know... it's Taco Bell.... what do you expect.... Appears staff at this location needs training. When I got inside several people were waiting for orders and I heard complaints they were not accurate. Most tables were dirty. At least drink machine worked and napkins, straws were where they were supposed to be. Figured I was safe with 3 soft tacos. First one was ok... for Taco Bell. Second one seemed to have iced lettuce and not much meat. Figured to be on safe side I would just skip 3rd one. Was reminded why I haven't been to this location in years. read more

We just left from up there and we only ordered 4 soft tacos, 3 pintos & cheese, and the spicy fiesta potatoes... first of all we were the only customers how can you be that irritated? Plus you don't know the menu while working drive thru? We asked for 6 Diablo sauces and got none. Like you want to support the $15 a hour cause but when you act like that???? You display to these customers and corporate you don't deserve it. Like how do you get an attitude with someone who's polite to you? Taco Bell is my Mecca for faux Mexican fare. I make a trip at least twice a month. Taco Bell has recently done some remodeling (OK maybe 6 months or so ago). They've turned their dining area into sort of a lounge. One side has really low tables and then they have regular booths on the other side. Not a big fan, its like they want to make Taco Bell a "hangout". I just want a comfortable table to eat my chalupa at without having to slouch over a really low table. Perhaps if they added beer to the menu, I wouldn't mind the super low tables so much. As we all know, food can be hit or miss with chain restaurants depending on who's on the line making the food and what not. I've actually never had a problem at this Taco Bell. I have to confess that I must go in and order because I have to grab my own fire sauce. They only hand out like 2 sauces when using the drive through. What in the world am I supposed to do with 2 fire sauces and 3 tacos? Dilemmas. read more

Taco Bell is generally my favorite fast food. This location is the absolute worst I have ever experienced. The last three times I have been here we've complained about the food and service. Our XXL steak tacos had a single layer of steak and more sour cream than anything else. The XXL steak nachos had 8 pieces of steak on them. And this was AFTER the "fixed" our order. Visited this location on Sunday afternoon! It wasn't too crowded and the cashier was VERY helpful...as we couldn't make up or minds! After finally deciding, we say and waited on our food. Booooooooo!!!! As recommended by the cashier, i chose to get a shredded chicken Quesarito...NOT A FAN :-(. Everybody that knows me KNOW i love food...so this made me sad! Have been here a number of times and have given up; now we drive an extra 10 minutes when we get our Taco Bell cravings. The management is poor. Workers are often in the lobby on their phones or in circles talking while one or two people actually work. This is agnostic to how busy they are and even when they are dead, you can expect a 20 minute wait. The restaurant floor is never clean, half the drink dispensers are routinely out of syrup, and if you want napkins you have to dig them out of the cabinet as they never refill the dispensers. Been here a couple times with my boyfriend. The service isn't that great, they have staff always goofing off in the back and they are slow to get your order done. Don't bother asking for any sauce through the drive through, they only give you maybe four for two meals. You're better off going inside and grabbing a handful. The meals are 50/50 sometimes they fill the whole taco and other times there's hardly any meat, mostly just lettuce and cheese. I wouldn't mind so much if I wanted a salad..but I don't. read more

My son loves Taco Bell. This location was updated a few years ago so the seating isn't the best. And this location get BUSY. The staff here....ugh. SLOW. And usually food is wrong on some level. The drive through this week was super slow and super busy. I blame the cooks. I've learned in drive through to order mostly the same thing. If you get 10 different things it will be wrong. So we got a lot of one item. Worked out well and all was right this time. I'm not commenting on the food. It's fast food. It's Taco Bell. My kid loves it though and it's a treat for him. Horrible. I love taco bell's food and this location is my only option due to my busy schedule, but I won't go there any more. Every time I go there's something. Tonight After a 25 minute wait in line I received my soggy, mushy, downright disgusting food and couldn't even force myself to eat it, my drink came with no ice and a top with a split in it, as I'm typing this my warm medium half and half brisk resting comfortably in my lap because of the messed up top. Oh and I spent 10 minutes trying to call them to complain and got no answer after 10 calls. I have been going to this Taco Bell for a while now. It is closer to where I love and I like the food. However, I think I may travel a distance to get to another Taco Bell. I have more bad experience than good and thinks it's time to give another Taco Bell my money. My latest experience was so horrible. I had to wait in a long line just to get to the monitor to place my order. Once I got to the monitor I was told to go ahead and place my order. In the middle of placing my order I was told can I start over because she didn't get what I was saying. Then when I pull around to pay and receive my food, I sat there for what felt like forever before the girl at the window even looked my way. Once she saw me she fixed my drinks then waited another minute before she opened the window to take my money. She didn't acknowledge me or said any just told me my total and took my money. Then she took her time to get to an register then she came back and handed me my change and gave me my drinks. She then was passed my food and she asked if I wanted any sauce. I said no so she handed me my bag. Now I wasn't sure if she gave me all my food or not because she handed me my food and started talking about it's time for her to get off. She never said have a nice day anything to indicate my transaction was complete. The only reason I knew my transaction was complete was because I looked in the bag and saw I had everything. Now if it were possible to not rate them or give them negative stars I would. Highly dissatisfied so after 6+ years I am finally going to take my business else where. read more

Great idea on Taco Bells part to rival the others in breakfast. The people are coming but Taco Bell doesn't appear to be ready. Long waits to order and longer than 5 minutes to receive an order isn't fast food. This Taco Bell location on Western Branch Blvd is one of many that has this issue.
