If there were a lot of cars it would make sense but for three cars to be waiting 20+ minutes is not ideal. We've had good experiences with the staff in the past but the guy at the window had a really rude attitude. After the 20+ minute wait, food still wasn't done when we reached the window. Comfort food at its finest. This location was fast and efficient. My wife thought her order was missing something, so I went back in and the employee gladly replaced the "missing" item. When I got back to the car, my wife sheepishly admitted that the missing item, a side order of guacamole was there the whole time. Really need to train your employees on proper customer service skills. Michael could care less about any of your customers. Came across as very unfriendly to the point of almost being rude. Went in at 10pm seeing that there were customers already seated enjoying their food. Just as I had already swiped a gift card to use the remaining balance on to help pay for my order on the kiosk I was told, "you need to cancel your order and get out because the lobby's closed." After speaking to any employee who bothered to hear me out I asked if I could just finish and allow me to take my order to go (which I had already planned to) and make an exception.
