I have never had fast service for the year I've visited this place. I've even tried to order using the app with the hopes it would be ready in the 15 minute drive over, but I still had to wait 10 minutes for the food after we arrived. Last night I ordered cinnamon twists, but they didn't have any cinnamon on them (we got them in the drive through and didn't notice until we got home, so they went to the trash.) and also nachos, but instead received a cheesy gordita crunch. I've given this place a lot of grace in the past, but it deserves the low ratings it receives. read more

My niece tried to place an order on Thursday June 7, 2019 around 9PM, but was never served. The one employee at the counter didn't even acknowledge her after looking at her three times. The worst service ever! Really! We where waiting our order and when we got bag, realized that it's too small bag for our 9 tacos. Also they forgot drinks which is not bad, because we just asked or we can get our drinks. Cashier got offended and slammed the window and walked away. Unfortunately this location is nearest to where I live. I don't go often but 4/4 times now that I have tried to go between 9-11pm, they have been "unable to take orders" for various reasons. Tonight they refused to take orders because they had to "wait for the police and I am done talking with you all" according to the cashier. Another time they ran out of beef and chicken, and the time before they just wouldn't take orders for no given reason. All between the hours of 9-11pm. Occasionally when I do actually get service, it's pretty decent in the afternoon but I am definitely done giving chances. I'm not even sure how this location stays open if they apparently have so many issues actually serving customers past 9pm when they don't even close until 2:30am. read more

This store does not pay attention to customers. I've tried to give them several tries but they continuously disappoint. I don't ask for much either. Worst Taco Bell ever. Every time I go, they mess up my order COMPLETELY. I just got a taco and drove home (which my house is literally 2 minutes away) and it is already crappy. Not even edible. My boyfriend also ordered food and he didn't even get what he ordered. This wasn't the first time this happened, last week, I went with my grandparents and they just gave us random food. Completely the wrong order. I also went the next day after that and the lady taking our order did not even know what was on the menu. She put our food in wrong after I corrected her multiple times. Taco Bell is Taco Bell. We've all been there and know pretty much what they have to offer. When it comes to fast food chains, this one is probably my favorite. I personally enjoy the crunchwrap supreme or chicken grilled stuff burrito. I also like that it costs so little to fill up. Of course, I recognize that eating too much Taco Bell is a bad idea but once in a while I'll throw out logic and just enjoy a tasty, cheap meal. One strike against this particular location is that the parking lot is tiny so if you're dining in during a busy time you'll probably have to park at CVS. read more

This is the worst store I have ever been to. They regularly get the order wrong, are closed when their hours are posted to be open and their most recent trick is that they've "run out of meat" or only have one person working, so it'll be a 20 minute (or more) wait just to take my order in the drive thru. Such bad service. Employees rudely corrected our order after we asked them specific directions (cheese quesadilla without chicken) because last week they gave us a cheese quesadilla with chicken, and they said "the cheese quesadilla doesn't come with chicken" in a rude tone. Another employee that wasn't even helping us also corrected us when we asked for a large ice water and said they only had small waters. The whole experience was unnecessarily rude. This wasn't the first time I've had this problem, but the first time I'm aggravated enough to write. I went to Taco Bell for something quick for my daughter after a long night at a swim meet. At first I thought they were totally closed since all the lights were off on signs & dining in the dining room at 8:38 PM- not even security lights. However, there was a 4 car line at the drive thru so we decided to get in line too. It took only 9 minutes to get to the window, not bad, you never know how big. Some of the orders are ahead of you. The girl working register was leaning against the window and kept her back to me for 3 minutes with acknowledging I'd pulled up & was waiting for pay. (Yes, I time these experiences, I work in the industry training servers and bartenders nationally.) When she did open the window she was pleasant, no explanation of why the long wait, but polite. We spent 6 minutes at the window total. Luckily, our order was correct. I'd love to know what the inside dining hours of this location are or if they are set? This isn't the first time it's been shut down before 9 PM. My husband and I tried this location about a month ago, that time we didn't stop when we saw it was dark by 9 on a Friday. Does corporate approve these hours, is it the franchisee making the decision, or is it an internal mismanagement problem? Inconsistencies are horrible when it comes to guest experience. read more

Average for a Taco Bell in central Indiana. The drive-thru is very slow as they only have one window going. It can get really backed up. I often opt to go inside and order because that seems to be a faster option than waiting in the drive-thru line. Don't expect much from them, though, since it is a fast food place. read more

I have never had even close to a decent experience with this location. My husband and I go out of our way to avoid this location. Many times I have waited in drive thru for 15+ minutes because they're short staffed. When confronting the manager how terrible service is, that's always the excuse. I completely understand being short staffed but this has been at least a year long affair. Today we went to get their $.99 beefy potato-rito for a late lunch and was told by the employee they had 'never had that.' Well we all know that's not the truth and the employee clearly didn't know, instead of checking with their lead or manager. It was a promotional item which may not be on the menu any longer, but that doesn't mean it was never there. Aren't you always supposed to practice good customer service? This afternoon at the Taco Bell drive-thru, I ordered a standard Quesarito, a product that is still featured prominently on their illuminated drive-thru menu. I was told by the employee that I could not order a Quesarito at the drive thru window. He confirmed that they still have all the necessary ingredients on hand, the employees are still trained on how to combine these 5 ingredients to create the Quesarito, their register still has it priced appropriately, and yet if you order one in person, they are not allowed to accept your order. The Quesarito may ONLY be ordered via their mobile app. I asked if he was joking. That was honestly what I thought must be going on. When he explained that it was just a stupid rule handed down by corporate, I laughed and cancelled my whole order. I then made it a point to DELETE the Taco Bell mobile app from my phone. They can't get that border wall built fast enough. Taco Bell needs to leave America. read more
