Came in during lunch. For some reason, they can't ring you up at the register, and can only put in your order through one of their kiosks. Unless those touch screens are cleaned between each person (they're not), I will not be touching it, as about half the entire population deem it unnecessary to wash their hands after using the restroom. Now onto the order: very simple, three tacos. Somehow every shell was broken. Probably because each taco had a couple handfuls of wet lettuce (no exaggeration) stuffed between the measured beef and the tiny, barely noticeable amount of cheese. Be cool if they kinda evened some of this stuff out into portion sizes, but beyond the beef, nope. I may as well have asked for no cheese and EXTRA EXTRA lettuce for the entire order because that's how much my tastebuds gathered. First... my family is loyal, die hard, and committed Taco Bell customers. Great value, love your innovation, and service has always been strong. But just bought drive through meal at 5:15 pm and it was bad enough for me to take the time to write you 4 beef and cheese burritos (please see picture) that had 2 teaspoons of beef each. I combined three to make something worth eating for my son. My shredded chicken taco seemed light and missing something .... oh ya it was the chicken (there was none) Did I mention the two freezes we purchased had separated into foam and syrup before they even got them out the window. Hyperbole notwithstanding, this could be the nicest Taco Bell I've ever visited. Clean, convenient, modern-looking, with motel-adjacent convenience, relative easy on and off the highway for the drive thru enthusiast, and a cool outdoor patio area all describe this TB. It's the same bean burritos, cheesy wrap things, and quesadillas. Cheap fast food open late for #fourthmeal (you thought we forgot, marketing department?) and exclusively Pepsi products at the fountain machine... but hey-- it's Taco Bell. Not that you'll feel any better the next day after sucking down 14 Diablo sauces directly from the packets going slurp-per-bite on your double bypass chulupadillarito-arrhea thing... but the decor and architecture complement the beauty of surrounding Bozeman. Considering the premium price for run-of-the-mill "Free WiFi and breakfast" motels in the area due to your relative proximity to Yellowstone, thrifty travelers may appreciate the affordable fast food dinner of this delightful Taco Bell. Absolutely disappointed these guys pulled the chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito off the value menu. These were $3 and now their "replacement" cantina menu burrito (literally the e burrito with cabbage instead of lettuce) is $6.79. it is smaller than the old burrito and more than twice the price. This item on the value menu is the only reason I go to Taco Bell. I frequent this place twice a week, now I have no reason to ever go back. What an absolute disappointment. read more

The quality of food is awful, and that is coming from an avid Taco Bell connoisseur. Cheese wasn't melted, almost no meat, lettuce looked and tasted old, the nacho fries were soggy and flavorless, etc. The workers do not seem to care about the great establishment that Taco Bell is. If you are thinking of going to Taco Bell and the location on main street is closed, the drive to the Belgrade location is much more worth it than this sad excuse for fine Mexican cuisine. Overall, I am very disappointed in my meal and will never be returning to this location. Unless it is 2 am and I need Taco Bell but that is a different story. read more

This store is rarely properly staffed, leading to slow service which is tolerable but annoying since it's been a problem for at least a year. The food is generally good, but I am so tired of their coffee machine being "broken"! I've stopped my purchases here as 6+ months is unacceptable. The store needs leadership. read more

How do you not know how to make something on your menu? I asked for a chipotle chicken grilled burrito. It was rung up correctly. (I've asked for it often.) They gave me chipotle and chicken on a tortilla (not even grilled). I was in drive thru, and since I realized it was too small to be what I asked for, I pulled away from the building enough to get out of my car, the cashier helped me pull it apart and said that is how it's made. I insisted it wasn't, so they handed me a package. I pulled the new one apart on the way home, and it was a grilled cheese burrito. When I called to complain, the guy admitted he doesn't know how to make a grilled chipotle chicken burrito. Seems crazy to me! read more

So, the company I work formputs me up across the street at the C'mon Inn. This review is based off of three visits that are spread out between 6-8 months. Literally the slowest taco bell in the state. Went in for a bite, and there were a total of 3 people in the restaurant 4 including me. There was 1 car in drive thru, I waited for 3-4 min. Before anyone came to the counter. I ordered my food, and then waited for another 10+ min. for my food. I got my food and sat at the ONLY clean table out of 12 in the place. While I sat and at my food another customer came in and ordered his food, and then proceeds to find a place to sit.... He had to ask the girl at the front to have someone come clean the tables. My theory is... If you got time to lean, you got time to clean! The floors covered with food. Come on Manager, get your store together!! read more

My hard shell tacos taste funny I will never eat here again. The other Taco Bell across town is much better.
