Worst service ever they don't deserve a 1 star, I give this Taco Bell a fucking negative -100 fucking stars, I had to fucking wait 15 minutes in the drive- thru, when I received my food I was still missing 4 fucking items I went back around and still had to wait another 15 fucking minutes for my food and they still forgot one of my chip bags mother fuckers were just fucking walking around and talking read more

Suoer fast friendly service whether you are dining in or going thru the drive thru. I love that there are healthier choices too!

Maybe if you don't use the app to order it's better? Idk they are just super slow, and always mess up the order.

I live approximately 4 miles away from this Taco Bell. Tonight I decided I was going to make the short trip to "The Bell" to get some late night tacos. This was a terrible decision on my part. I was unaware that it was going to turn out to be a hour and a half long excursion. Once at the Taco Bell I sat in line for roughly an 1 hour. I have no idea what is going on inside as I can see the workers thru the windows. It is mind boggling and ridiculous. This is the worse Taco Bell experience ever. I would advise everyone to avoid this Taco Bell at all costs unless you have an endless amount of time and patience. The owners really need to rethink how they are running this establishment....maybe look for a new line of work if they can't do a better job than this. read more

Tell me why the Taco Bell in Bastrop is the absolute worst? I just left there with a stolen $5 and mood. I placed an order online (whole order with cost in pictures) and was shorted a $5 grilled cheese burrito box. I told them and they said that it wasn't on their screen. I explained that it was right there on my receipt. I was told no. I didn't pay for it. I asked to speak to the manager and was let in the lobby to do so. I said, my receipt shows that I paid for a grilled cheese box (AGAIN, IN THE PICTURE) and she said that I didn't. She read the order out to me, included that the screen said "$5 grilled cheese box" but still said that it wasn't paid for. So I asked for my money back. She exclaims, "for what?" And I lost it. I will admit that I got heated and cussed at them. And that wasn't mature of me. But with all the issues this Taco Bell has caused me, I'm done. Just earlier this year, they let someone walk off with my order and made me wait 2 hours for them to remake it. When my dad tried calling them, they rudely hung up on him after my dad asked for the general managers name. And then just refused to answer the phone. So in the end, they'll gladly take your money, call you a liar, and refuse to give you what you paid for. The only nice person there was the kid that worked the window. I beg of you, don't let these people continue to treat others this way read more

This may be an embarrassing statement, but I was raised on Taco Bell. Ate it all the time as a kid. However, I hadn't had it in a long long time until last week. I was driving back to Austin from Houston and I got a random hankering for nachos and goody-filled tortillas. I don't know Bastrop at all (only the gas stations and fast food joints), and I really didn't have time to search out a more authentic Tex-Mex eatery, so I "settled" for Taco Bell. Or at least I thought I did. The truth is, I forgot how good this place is. Maybe it just took me back to my childhood. In any case, the Nachos Bellgrande and Soft Taco Supremes never disappoint. There's no shame in a little Taco Bell love. :) read more

So, it's Taco Bell. They got my order right and it was almost fast. But you DO need to try the Cinnabon Delights. Yummy! Staff was friendly so I have no gripes. read more

Slow service... supposed to be fast food but you wait in line 20mins before your able to order. There is no way to get out unless everyone else backs out. Stupid and shouldn't take that long! read more

I can't rate this low enough. 30 minutes and still no food. Did they have to kill the cow first.

The service is truly terrible. I'm currently here and have been waiting for my two tacos for over twenty minutes! There's a crowd of people at the counter getting refund because the service is so slow. Retrain the staff or get some new staff... this is sad. :( read more

Management - Stop hiding hot sauce packets behind counter! The hot sauce and all sauce packets are behind the counter? No Taco Bell does this, makes you look cheap and creates a bad customer experience. I asked the counter they said we are not allowed to leave it out???? 2) Terrible service, plus they messed up our order and then messed up the re-make as well, and forgot to even give a burrito? Plus ran out of sour cream and rice at 2:00 pm, with rest of day remaining? Really need to get your act together, fan of Taco Bell. Hope management reviews and fixes! read more

Better of driving to Elgin for Taco Bell! This one is terrible! Can't get orders right, entire staff is rude, place is nasty, and slow! Elgin is clean, all the staff is nice, and the food is hot and really good!!'n read more

A disgrace to Taco Bell's everywhere. Took 20 minutes to receive food and when it came only 2 of 5 items were in the burrito. Go literally anywhere else read more

Taco Bell has good food. The problem with the one in Bastrop is management. There is never enough staff so there is always a very long wait. It is not the fault of the existing staff, they are doing the best they can but at some point you would think that the owner would notice that they could do so much better with more help. This is not rocket science! Raise the pay and you can get more staff and hopefully keep the ones you've got! read more

When I pulled up, 2 employees were out back smoking. Why are 2 people on break at the same time when your service is so damn slow??? I spent over 10 minutes waiting in the drive-thru for 2 items! Last time I came here I spent over 30 minutes waiting for my order! And they couldn't even get my order right!!! They really need an overhaul here, new staff, and new management. read more

Got stuck in the drive through for at least 20 minutes. Could order anything bc they weren't excepting cards, cash only. Would have been nice to know this before getting in the line; the sign was on the speaker so no way I could have seen it before i got in line. I couldn't even get out bc of the curb. I took my business to Wendy's once I got out and the truck behind me that was able to hop the curb drove to McDonald's across the street... great Monday evening. My visit was shortly after 8:30pm. read more

Waited 10 min before being acknowledged at the counter then another 15 to get food. After ordering, the worker left without giving us our drinks (even asked if we wanted drinks and we said "yes") and went to the bathroom. The workers in The back looked busy but didn't acknowledge that we were even in the restaurant. Had I looked up other reviews before I came here I wouldn't have come at all. read more

Poor service. The person taking the orders was so rude and rude when we tried to correct the order she messed up. We left without our food. Worst Taco Bell experience. read more

I was skeptical about stopping because of the reviews but very glad I did. We got the Doritos locos tacos, a power bowel, and a power bowel burrito. Everything came out in decent timing and FRESH. The veggies on the food were cold and the meat was warm and tasted great! If we come this way again we will be stopping by. read more

Food is alright most of the time, but some of the staff are intolerable. Their attitude was very insulting and indicative of not wanting to do their job. We asked for 5 packs of the taquitos and they were blown away and made it seem very out of the way for them. Then after they said they had none left, my brother went back and they served him what they said they didnt have. The manager seems fed up with his job and they lie to avoid working. read more

Waited 30 minutes for two tacos. Then there was a hair in one taco. And the manager was rude.

I have been here numerous times and it's always been super slow! Fast food should be quick and I should never wait 30+ minutes inside or out! Taco Bell is always my go to place but not anymore :( read more

Arrived home from a trip to California and was in need of food. It was about 3 on Sunday, Valentine's Day so opted for Taco Bell over sit down restaurants. We placed our "to go" order with the gentleman and stood back to wait. Looked around and the place was filthy, the kitchen area had a huge pile of trash sitting there. Another gentleman that came in after us got his "to go" food before us. Noticed the ONLY packets were mild and verde that they have sitting out. Hubby ordered a combo and they had to get tea from back, guess they had been so busy that no one had replaced tea in front. I overheard others cautioning to check order to make sure they got it correct. Ours was spot on. Food was good. We'll be back and hopefully alittle cleaner next time. read more

If I could I'd give no stars. This place is full of rude fucking kids, they're yelling at each other calling each other bro throwing sauces at each other. Very unprofessional. read more

I am a huge Taco Bell fan because they have so many different options but this Taco Bell in particular is full of rude and annoying employees. Everyone there has a sour face they will never get your order right so be prepared to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it. I've never seen service this horrible. Don't come here! read more

Stopped here on our way back home. We waited in a long line and weren't sure what the issue was. Once we got to the window they explained their system was down and could only take cash. We were bummed and hungry but then the sweet lady working GAVE US OUR FOOD FOR FREE! So kind and such a blessing. And yes, it was delicious! read more

Been waiting in drive thru for 30 minutes and can't leave because we are trapped in, slowest damn place ever. Go to McDonalds across the street. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. It has the slowest service under the sun and if you're lucky they actually get your order right. The last time I was here they were out of beans. How do you run out of beans at a Mexican food restaurant?? read more

When we walked in and all the tables were cover with food and a few trays. This should have been our first reason to walk out, but I wiped a table down and moved trays out the way and we ordered. The whole order came out wrong and I was Charged for things we didn't order. They offered the remake and add a few chalupas to make up, I agreed, but when the order came out wrong again, and cold I just requested my money back and we left. Very bad experience. read more

Very bad. Cold everything. Crunchwrap was chewy. Like chewing on leather. No cheese for nacho fries. Had to go in twice to get hot fries after going to drive through. It was like they gave us the same cold fries again. read more

You can tell these poor guys are understaffed and overworked. The angelic-voiced drive thru attendant that has been there during evening shifts the past 3 months has been overly competent, polite, and apologetic when orders are backed up or things are out of stock. Every restaurant ends up in the weeds sometimes, but nobody cuts "fast food" places any slack. Please do your best to empathize with these human beings and show a tiny bit of patience with the people who touch your food(and get very little in return, especially not gratitude). read more

The worst Taco Bell consistently I ever been too. The order is always wrong, the food is not cooked correctly, service is slow, the run out of items on the menu, and the staff is young and just don't care. It all starts with the management and the management is the one to blame. read more

I'm one of those annoying modification people. This place has always made my food the way I want it (no meat). Every other fast food place in town has screwed up my food. I don't get fast food often, but when I do I choose this place. 100% what I want, whereas everywhere else screws up at least 75% of the time. I usually get through the line very quickly. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait during rush hour, but that's the way it is everywhere during rush hour. Everyone has always been nice and cheery. read more

Food is very little in proportions. The customer service is there, I enjoy being greeted, however, I don't want to have to wait for my food, past 10 minutes. I understand it's a busy store, but I can't give Taco Bell all the credit. Sometimes they are short staffed, and take 30+ minutes to hand orders out. Overall, the food is okay, and the staff is average. read more

Horrible sunday night crew 11/29/2015 8:07 pm. First of all it took like 15 minutes to get my order while dinning in. Mens restroom sink was filthy. And when i made them aware that their napkin dispensers were empty nothing was done to correct it. It seemed like the crew was too busy doing there own thing rather that keep up with their duties. It looks like the floors haven't been swept in a while. Im just passing through and glad this isn't my local taco bell. read more

Tonight sucked!!!! I ordered a Baja blast Mountain Dew and they told me they were out and I also ordered the smothered burrito with steak and when we pulled up to the window they told me they were out of steak what kind of BS is that keep your inventory stocked this is ridiculous I've never had a problem with any Taco Bell except in Bastrop then when we did finally get our food after a 15 minute wait I opened up the smothered burrito and my cheese with clumpy the hot sauce was way way way too hot and I took my first bite and got a big blonde hair my hair is dyed red it is not blonde so I know it was not mine this is disgusting absolutely ridiculous service if I could put no stars believe me I would never ever going back step up Taco Bell Bastrop read more

I usually eat here once or twice a month and most of the time it's ok. However the lady who usually works the drive thru window at night is pretty dim-witted.. I clearly and loudly asked "Am I able to get the burrito without beans?" And she replied "....what?" So I repeated my question and she Unenthusiastically replied "ohhh....umm...yeah." I was like ok... I know working there is not the greatest job I worked at fast food for over 5 years but show just a little enthusiasm or effort. That's just a small example of her demeanor, just the way she took my order was so unpleasant it just makes me not want to go there anymore. Another reason I'm only giving this Taco Bell two stars is because the food is never made the same. Sometimes my beef quesarito will have a nice, good amount of beef and queso, other times like tonight there was beans in it, which there never is and there was hardly no beef or queso. Last time I ordered an XXL grilled stuft burrito with steak and it was delicious and had guacamole in it, tonight I ordered it also again and there was no guacamole and the steak tasted terrible I can't even describe the taste but it was overly cooked and tasted like it had been sitting there all day. It had some wierd funky taste to it that didn't even taste like beef...i don't know. The consistency really sucks. Good luck because you never know what you're going to get. This review was long overdue. Go to sonic if they're open. read more
