Last night we ordered 2 separate orders for our party and an entire order was marked delivered and never arrived. We reordered the missing food and then when it showed up 2 hours after we started this process the bag contained 1 taco. Delivery was used through the taco bell app instead of door dash/uber eats. The tacos were ordered without cheese and the one that arrived had cheese on it. Unreliable at fulfilling accurate orders, unreliable for delivering purchased products, unresponsive to dispute claims through the app. Don't waste your money here read more

We got the Mexican pizza with extra beans but they didn't put the extra beans even though they charged us for it. They were nice in replacing our order but it was just a bit of a hassle because we had to go back through to get it right. Taco Bell I purchased my order online for drive thru pick-up. When I arrived, the cashier informed me that they didn't have part of my order in stock. She said that there's nothing she can do to get me a refund and that I should take it up with corporate. She then asked if I wanted the rest of my order. I told her I was not satisfied with this service but would still get the rest of my order for my family (total of $40). Once I arrived to the window, she literally stared at me without saying a word. After a long and ignorant stare, I finally said "hi can I have my pick up order". She was very rude and unfriendly when she replied "you said you ain't want it". I adamantly explain that I was unhappy with this service but I still wanted the food I paid for. She said maybe there was some kind of understanding then asked if I could pull to the side while they made my order (which was technically already suppose to be ready according to my online order status). I pulled to the side but ultimately decided that I did not trust the food they would have brought to me considering the unprofessionalism they already displayed throughout this visit. It was also very late and I did not want to wait any longer (hence the reason why I ordered ahead originally). I decided that I would call customer service the next day (which is today 5/16/22). I waited on hold for nearly a hour and no one answered. I sent an email complaint and no one reached out to me. Not only did I have an unpleasant experience with this location but I also walked away without food, my money stolen, and no one from customer service responding to me. I'll need to call my bank to have the $40+ refunded from 5/15/22. I want all of my money back and do not plan to support Taco Bell any longer. I purposely preordered here and drove further to get here because I've been to this location before and really had a nice experience. I thought I was going to be writing a good review for them. Instead I received horrible service. That Sunday night window cashier was very disappointing but the Taco Bell customer service department was even worse. Update: the company finally reached out to me via email (2days after the incident). They didn't apologize or offer any type of customer service. Update: I am ranking this location based on comparison with other Taco Bell locations. I've never understood why people give one or two stars to fast food restaurants just because it's a fast food restaurant. If you don't like Taco Bell... Then don't go to Taco Bell! Of you do you like Taco Bell, or simply have never tried it, then this location is a great place to visit. The staff are VERY friendly, The service is VERY fast and accurate, and the kitchen and dining area are ALWAYS clean and tidy. They keep the restrooms clean and well stocked as well. The drive-thru is expeditious as well. It's almost always faster to hit the drive-thru even when it has a line. Inside is just not the priority. In terms of comparing Taco Bell to other fast food, for the rare individual who is never tried Taco Bell, it is reasonably priced with decent portions. If you want high-quality Mexican food then obviously you should be looking at other establishments in the area such as the Taqueria's around Patterson Park and Broadway in Fells point. read more

This location is a futuristic. It has led lights around the counter and hipster decor which is cool. Also cool rock music playing. The employees are very friendly here. Also the food is hot & fresh. The overall place was somewhat clean. The employees are letting the dining area go. There was trash under and on some of the tables. But overall the food tasted very good compared to other Taco Bell locations. Also the lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh. Also the taco shells were super fresh. I would give it 0 stars if I could. I understand it's fast food but I went to a Taco Bell in Columbia for 15 years and never once had them get my order wrong and gave me my food in a timely manner. This Taco Bell has gotten my order wrong 8 out of the 8 times I have gone there. It's a Taco Bell! Ha just kidding but really this is probably the only one in the city I've gone to or eaten from. The location is pretty clean and there is a ton of parking because it is near gas stations and little shopping center over that way. I haven't ordered anything yet that I had an issue with, I'm usually a burrito man so I'll go with one of the XXL Burritos (although last one exploded on me in public, may have bitten it too hard). I don't usually review fast food... but this is the exception. Clean, good service, and food doesn't come out a second after you order (meaning they cook to order and is fresh and hot). The bathroom is clean and the location in general is ok. It's past the train tracks from target and is that much better than Pulaski highway one. Don't get me wrong the other location sucks as well, but this location has failed me in more ways than I thought possible. I've gotten turned away for not having exact change, 50% of the it's a cash only store randomly. Their drive through is "broken" quite regularly and you gotta go inside, even though they can tell you the drive through is broken, through a working drive through speaker.... They are always running out of crucial ingredients too! Your order is gonna be wrong, or there will be missing items or sauces. I was there tonight, I got one burrito into my order when the guy just said hold up, and then radio silenced for 10 minutes at the drive through; eventually a woman comes on the line and says they are really backed up and it'll be 15 min before they can continue to take my order! What kind of reviews do you expect for a Taco Bell? This is a brand new 2016 location. It's fresh looking, modern decor, next to the highway, and close to Canton. The staff is standard for fast food joints, if not seemingly a little friendly for the standard. The kitchen prep area seems well maintained and clean.. I was a customer today at Taco Bell and I could not believe the way the manager treated one of the drivers there! My order wasn't right as well! He raised his voice and asked him what the problem was. This was very unprofessional I will be going to a higher source to report this issue I'm pretty sure it was a Grubhub driver. Let me start by saying the reason I am giving a Taco Bell five stars is because I am comparing it to other Taco Bell's in Maryland. That being said, go inside, don't use the drive thru. The food is here is more fresh and more accurate than any other TBell I've visited in Maryland, and the service is better as well. I go probably once a week, and the staff actually remembers my name and greets me personally, which is unheard of for a fast food joint. As someone who would order an uber from work to visit the Taco Bell on Pulaski Highway before this opened I can't express how happy I am that this alternative exists. Well today (1/25/2018) is the release day for @tacobell French fries! They are officially called "Nacho Fries" and they only cost $1 with a side of cheese sauce. However, I got their Nacho Fries Bellgrande which starts at $3.99, but I customized mine to taste better which added to the price. I personally hate Taco Bell's nacho cheese sauce so I told them to scratch that and put their Chipotle sauce on them instead. I also told them to hold the sour cream and added guacamole and salsa too. I highly recommend this setup if you guys decide to try them! The fries themselves taste like mild version of Andy's Capp's Hot Fries. If you don't know about Hot Fries just check out any vending machine in the USA and you will find them lol. They are basically spicy dehydrated potato chip sticks. Anyway, the Nacho Fries are definitely worth checking out, and the ground beef is included in the base price. I will include my receipt to show you guy's what I payed for mine. Let me know what you all think if you try them! . This place seemed to be better than the one on Orleans, but after a couple months it is now possibly worse. The only positive is that it's located by Canton, which is probably enough to keep it afloat. Each of my subsequent visits has made me a bit sadder than the last. This time, they forgot to make multiple orders for customers. I actually put in a second order when the wait became ridiculous so that it would be ready for me to deliver to someone when we finished eating, but this second order was filled with standard promptness. I then had to confront them asking where my first order was...making them realize they never started it. Or the one for customers after me. Pathetic. They were unprofessional, without any apologies, and employees were randomly doing their personal business as they pleased the whole time. One person must have been in training and needed to ask for help, which is fine, but she kept shrieking and yelling loudly to the back telling someone to come press the buttons for her for every single thing. She also entered 8 of something or the wrong item on multiple occasions. You can't leave someone like that alone or let them scream in front of customers. The cashiers were in such bad shape that they locked the door refusing any inside orders and let the drive thru pile up with a bajillion cars that didn't know any better. At 7pm.
