Went there on a Saturday night 11/29/25 I had a Taco bell coupon for one free combo meal when a second combo meal of equal or greater value is purchased. The manager (I would assume) had told me I could not use the coupon because Taco Bell no longer accepts them due to the Point of Sale system. I have used these before at this location with no issue. The coupon even had the address location printed on it. I feel he didn't know how to do it. I kept questioning why and he couldn't come up with a response other than he couldn't put it in POS. The driver handed me the bag which was sealed with three pieces of tape, which is expected, of course. I put the bag on the kitchen counter, opened it, and lo and behold, there was a very large insect in the bag, still alive. I didn't take the time to figure out what kind it was. I sealed the bag up and ran it (yes, ran) down the hall to my floor's garbage chute and down it went. GrubHub refunded me in full, and I made sure that the driver was still compensated because it wasn't his fault. This Taco Bell recently opened in Aston where the Burger King used to be. Rumor has it that it's owned by the same guy who ran the Burger King - I guess he just wanted to try something different? Either way, the building is brand spanking new and it looks very modern and clean. My youngest daughter and I went through the drive through last week to grab a quick lunch. I truthfully expected some kinks in service since the place just opened, but there were none. The food we ordered was just as we ordered and the service was great. I tried the grilled cheese burrito and could barely finish the whole thing - it was huge and full of "seasoned beef, seasoned rice, a three-cheese blend, crunchy red strips, chipotle sauce and reduced fat sour cream, all wrapped with a warm flour tortilla hugged by a warm layer of grilled cheese." Delicious! I like that you can sub black beans for meat in a lot of their stuff now - two of my daughters are vegetarians and they will love that! As someone who loves Taco Bell this place is a disgrace, imagine ordering a Crunchwrap and getting something flatter than a pancake every time, there app was unable to give anything with potato's even though you could order it in store so I wasn't able to add potato's to any of my orders and they refuse to swap it even in the build your own craving box as a swappable item, I told employees multiple times and messaged through the app 8 months of messaging before they fixed anything and, today was the third time I tried to get breakfast an hour after they should be open and they tell me I have to come back in an hour or get a refund so they can even open on time if they need an extra hour and a half that means people aren't showing up on time or doing there job and everything in the end loops back to being the fault of management there so train your employees correctly or hire new managers i don't care how you fix yourselves but your store is a mess and needs a lot of work, teach how to properly make meals it's a multi million dollar company and your being skimpy with the beef and cheese and everything else under the sun and let's not mess them up if were asking for substitutes, we try black bean subs all the time and never do we get black beans, it's always beef, and we're ordering for Muslims who can't eat beef so it's kind of a big deal, and finally there are so many days when this place that is supposedly open 8am isn't open till after 10 which wouldn't be a problem except for the fact I can still put presets in on the app and then can't pickup my food before work because no one is there so all I'm asking for is good service get a trainer in there not only for employees but managers too read more
