My wife suggested we try Ta' Chingon and I was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant offers varied seating options to include a bar area. It looks like they can accommodate most groups but plan ahead because it filled up fast. We arrived for an early dinner to take advantage of happy hour. Our party of three waited 20ish minutes. SERVICE: The staff is great. From the moment we walked in we were greeted and well attended to. FOOD: The menu offers traditional and signature dishes, and the portions are generous. I opted for the carnitas tacos. That is what carnitas should taste like. The meat was tender and flavorful, wow. The salsa flight was a hit with our group. All tasty and we each had our favorite. Ta' Chingon is chingon in the best way possible. l will be going back to try the aguachiles!

Came here for lunch with my family. Great drinks and family owned restaurant. Everything was very good. Especially for being Mexican cuisine. We got the fish tacos, fajitas and aguachiles. All were delicious! Also got the coffee flan for dessert that was delicious! Make sure to ask for their salsas, they had a big assortment and all spicy and delicious

My first time at this place created an experience I will always remember. The service was impeccable with the attentive staff from when we walked in. We had the honor of speaking with the owners Hector and Rosable, who were accommodating and gave some great recommendations. Being a new resident to Las Vegas, this gave me a place that feels like family. We ordered the Triple Threat Fajitas and oh my goooodness was it delicious!! I can't wait to go back and try other menus items. Thoroughly empressed with this establishment and highly recommended!

Ta' Chingon is hitting all the right notes on the West Side. Strong solid 4. Beyond the vibe and the exceptional service, it's a spot that clearly values hospitality and attention to detail. The food, however, is the real draw: Shrimp Tacos: These were executed perfectly. The shrimp were fresh and snappy, paired with vibrant toppings that made for a great, balanced bite. Pollo Enchipotlado: This was the highlight of the night. The craftsmanship of the sauce is incredible--the use of cashews creates an amazingly creamy, luxurious texture that carries the smoky heat of the chipotle perfectly. It's rich, complex, and easily one of the most memorable chicken dishes I've had in a long time. If you're looking for authentic flavors delivered with professional flair, this is the place. I'll definitely be returning for that sauce alone. Second visit Tacos Chingon: These were the star. Excellent flavor profile and clearly made with high-quality ingredients. They definitely live up to the name. The Jimmychanga: While the flavors were good and the portion was generous, the texture could have used a bit more "crunch." It lacked that signature crispness you expect from a great chimichanga, landing a bit more on the soft side.

I'm so glad we came in on a whim for my husband birthday lunch. We went straight to the point and ordered some guac and chicken/steak fajitas for two. We each got our own rice, beans, sour cream, and guac for our fajitas and we loved it! It was so much food we were able to feed our toddler and take some home. This place works really hard and it shows, the food was really great and so was the margarita. They have some TVs if you're into watching a game while dining in. Bar seating is available although the place is small and fits no more than 50 or so inside. It was steady on a Saturday but no wait. I'm sure this won't be for long since the service is great and the team works as a unison. We look forward to returning on another night for dinner. Their salsa sampler looks great plus their chips seemed freshly d

Ta' Chingon means, awsome or impressive. True words indeed. The food is very authentic and tastes amazing. The bartender Anthony is top notch in customer service. We shared the chicken and steak fajitas which was a lot of food for two. My yelp partner (Knight) truly missed out on a special treat, Till next time this adventure in dining awaits. So if you want a special place off the strip try Ta'Chingon.

One of if not the best in Las Vegas for Mexican cuisine! Appreciated the hospitality of dining shortly before closing and did not feel rushed at all. Customer service was very warmly welcomed. Dishes were hot and delicious. Easily five stars. Can't wait to come back!

Came in at around 6pm on Saturday. It wasn't too packed so we got seated right away. Chips and salsa came out asap. We ordered our food and that came out really fast. We got the quessabirria tacos and steak fajitas. My daughter loved the quessabirria tacos. The fajitas were also good. I actually really liked the rice & beans that came with it. Definitely would go back and will recommend.

This is my new favorite restaurant! Brand new and outstanding in every way. My kids found it last week and when they said it was better than Juan's Flaming Fajitas (my old favorite), I didn't believe them. But it was well worth the 40 minute drive from Henderson. The servers were so friendly and attentive. The interior modern and clean. But the food was the star. So fresh and authentic tasting. Absolutely delicious! The Tacos de camaron were topped with fresh cabbage, chipotle and jalapeno dressings and mango pico de gallo. So bright and tasty. The Tacos Ta'Chingon were amazing topped with crispy cheese, flank steak, pico de gallo, guacamole and salsa. I highly recommend both. I didn't care for the cheesecake, it had a weird taste and texture, but my daughter liked it. Going back this weekend for the fajitas.

I wish they would make a huge colorful sign so that you could actually see it. It's sort of hidden in a corner opposite a gas station so I'm sure most people drive right past it. This is a wonderful quaint, very nicely decorated restaurant. The server was absolutely beyond polite and helpful. I ordered the burritos to go and they were absolutely fantastic even though they were not hot due to the drive home.. I am definitely going to go back and eat at the restaurant next time. Can't wait to try their margaritas.

Super clean interior lines and physically clean as well, for the restaurant space and the restrooms, and comfortable seating! 5+Stars Service We started the evening with freshly made chips and salsa, and drinks. The salsas were an incredible introduction of what was to come. The house-made salsas were to die for and I ordered an extra set to take home. Soooo good! I was blown away by the fish tacos as they were NOT deep fried (which always gives me acid reflux)! Many layers of flavours and textures! Soooo refreshing!!!! Add in the Smokey salsa and you have an experience!!! I also had a Cadillac Margarita, and rice and beans on the side. Our whole party was oohing and awhing over their own dishes. Not one complaint! This is place to keep on your speed dial. I know will be going back for more!

My family and close friends were planning on going to the Enchant event for the holidays and wanted a spot that could meet everyone's food preferences within 10 minutes of the ball park. We had zeroed in on Mexican food being a safe bet for anyone, and after looking at the vibe and the menu it seemed to be the best fit for us that night. What got me the most excited was they not only make their salsas in house, but they have such a large variety and variations you do not see at many other spots. You can even for 12 dollars get a sampler and we got 6 salsas to try. My mom also ordered an extra sampler to take home. I found the space nice and quiet, which was perfect for us as my baby fell asleep on the drive there. I got the tacos ta'vhingon that they grill the cheese face down so it gets crispy and had amazing sliced flank steak, guacamole, and pico de gallo. On the side they had a wonderful bean and meat soup that was so rich and flavorful. I felt the portions and flavor really were solid. My fiancé got the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas and I ate his left overs and was very satisfied especially with the chicken and beef. The horchata was decent, not crazy sweet which is what I liked the most, but not necessarily my favorite. I really like more texture and spices in mine. I wish this place was closer as I would honestly grab salsas weekly from them to add to my food. They had one that was creamy and sweet but had a heat at the end that was really good, as well as a few others that were just next level. The oil based ones I was not as into but they still had a place on the right dish for sure. Almost had asian food vibes. I really hope people check them out because I think they have something special to share.

Love, Love, Love, Love , Love! We were on the hunt for a new go-to spot after our usual Mexican restaurant shut down, and Ta'Chingon turned out to be the new spot. From the moment we sat down, the experience was fantastic--thanks in big part to our favorite server, Carlos, who took amazing care of our group of seven. Hi Carlos! The food was fresh, vibrant, and genuinely delicious. We ordered a wide variety of dishes, and every single person at the table loved what they got--no small feat with a group our size! But the real standout? the five salsa sampler- each packed with its own bold, unique flavor. Pair them with the homemade chips and you've got a dangerously addictive combo; we were practically gobbling them up. Ta'Chingon has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list. Great food, great atmosphere, and incredible service from Carlos. Highly recommend!

Definitely recommend going when they first open because otherwise it doesn't matter the time or day of the week, the lines are extremely long! Love how spacious the restaurant and how organized it is! Once inside the restaurant, there are several lines and you just line up according to which meat and item you want. The longest lines are definitely the asada and adobada (pork)! Once you reach the front of the line, you just tell the staff which and how many of the item you want, as well as any customizations to it. After you get your order, you just head to the cashier line and paying is so easy and convenient! Pricing is reasonable. - Tacos, tostadas, taco aztecas - $4.12 - Sopes, quesadillas, vampiras, & mulas - $7.54. - fries with meat - $22.18+ - soft drinks - $3.31 Arrived at 11am on Sunday and it was already super crowded. Stood in the asada line for at least half an hour but the wait was so worth it! Got 3 Asada Tacos and the tortilla was so soft, hot, and fresh. It was stuffed with plenty of tender beef! The beef was packed with flavor and marinated so well! The pico de gallo was so delicious, as well as the salsa and guac. The Horchata was ok and nothing special since it wasn't made from scratch like the phenomenal tacos! Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and my food. Definitely would recommend and return!

Wow this place is overwhelming…read more We came on a Thursday night around 9 pm and the place was packed. Six different lines, and if I hadn't gone with someone who had been before I would have been so bewildered. You're supposed to line up in front of the sign that has what you want on it. The lines are divided by meat type. So if you want some pork tacos get in the adobada line and figure out what you want the pork in--tacos, sopes, mulas, quesadillas, vampiro (not related to vampires, I was disappointed to find), tostadas, or taco Azteca (this took me a while to figure out, it's cactus). And if you want a different meat you gotta line up again in the line for that other meat. I got tacos. The pork comes sliced fresh off the spinny thing that is cooking the meat. Very good. Delicious. I can see why the place is so popular. Would go again.

This location is on the Strip near Paris and on the outside of the mall that has Planet Hollywood. We recommend that you try to get parking in the mall. They say the first hour is free, but ND does not validate However, the slightly cheaper lot across the street currently uses the Metropolis parking app/web service, both of which were unuseable and super frustrating. We saw many other people give up trying to pay and leave and several reviews online for disputed fees for their services when we tried to get help to pay. We happened to go on a Tuesday, which was Cinco de Mayo. We arrived about 2:30 for linner (the meal between lunch and dinner) Consequently, they had a $10 for 3 street tacos and a BOGO for Margaritas. In addition to these specials, we also got their chicken taquitos and friend ice cream. Everything was good, none of it was bad, but none of it was truly excellent. We would order everything we got again. The taquitos were the kind that are larger in diameter and lightly fried. The amount of meat was average, not light or a lot. The guac and cream were runny pre-topped rather than sides. The street tacos were much better quality than the taquitos. We got the filet, chicken, and pork. The chicken was prepared the best as it was moist, well seasoned, and had a good quantity of meat. The quantity of meat on the other tacos was also good, not skimpy at all, but the seasoning and cooking, while good, were not as good as the chicken. We had just had pork steer taco the previous night at the AYCE buffet, which was so much better, but ND's tacos were still very good. The hostess recommended the Hibiscus Margarita when she seated us and alerted us to their specials. It was rimmed with sugar and was a little sweet. The flowery flavor got stronger the further down you drank despite stirring to try to even out the flavor before drinking it. It was just ok, but definitely good enough to get again and to try for the first time if you never had it. Their standard Margarita was very good and definitely wroth getting again. The fried ice cream is not to be mistaken for their fire Carmel ice cream. It is not the actual or standard fried ice cream that places like the Acapulco restaurant make, which are super cold ice cream that is actually fried inside a sugar donut shell and covered with whipped cream and chocolate sauce. Rather, ND's fried ice cream does NOT appear to be fried at all, but covered in corn flakes and served with dessert style sweet fluffy tortilla chips covered in chocolate and strawberry sauce--apparently the chips are the fried part. Nevertheless, ND's version is a nice desert, but just not the historic fried ice cream--we would get it again, but might try to flaming Carmel one next time. The highlight of our visit was actually the service. We were seated in the bar area and a blonde woman who seemed to be sharing the bar tending responsibilities with two other women served us. Unfortunately, we do not remember her name, but she was obviously working really hard and did an EXCELLENT job waiting on us. Overall, and except for the parking, which is not ND's responsibility, we had a great visit here, would come back, and would recommend you give them a try. We have had their nachos on our previous visit and they are just ok, but they have a wide variety and the serving sizes are super big--they also pair well with their cocktails.

Between the music, crowd, and fire performances, it really feels like a full experience and not just dinner. I will say, when we first arrived the front dining room surrounded by candles was VERY warm. I asked if they could lower the AC because while I totally understand the ambiance they're going for, once everyone starts eating and drinking it gets hot fast. They were very accommodating and did lower it a bit, which we appreciated. I also loved that they start you off with pico de gallo and chips for the table, and when we asked for more they happily brought extra. Such a small thing but it made the experience feel really welcoming and generous. For food, we ordered the truffle quesadilla, street corn, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana. The truffle quesadilla was SO good and packed with flavor from the mushrooms, truffle oil, and cheese. The street corn was delicious too, and the Chicken Parm Mexicana was such a fun twist on a classic. Crispy chicken, flavorful sauce, and perfectly melted Chihuahua cheese. For drinks, I had the Toca Margarita and loved it. Super fresh and well balanced. Service was great throughout the night and the atmosphere made it such a fun place for our group dinner before the No Doubt concert at the Sphere. Would absolutely come back on another Vegas trip!!

I ordered the Cheese enchiladas as it's been years since ai had good enchiladas....ordered them with the Tinga chicken and they were amazing!!! The flavors were excellent, the cheese melted just right, and the chicken so flavorful and tender. I also ordered the Horchata hoping a praying it wasn't the watered down stuff you find everywhere....nope! It was creamy, thick but not too thick, cinnamon, rice, and I tasted a hint of a little something else...nutmeg.....surprised and blew my mind. I will most definitely be coming back here to order food again! So amazing!!!

They do have chips & salsa for a charge, but the chips are excellent and the salsa is yummy. We ordered birria egg rolls and our guests got Vegan enchiladas and tacos. Holy guacamole, the food is amazing and according to the owner, all made from scratch using family recipes. We will definitely be back to check out some of their other tasty treats!
