If I could give this place more than five stars, I absolutely would. From the moment you walk in, you're hit with the warm, welcoming atmosphere--colorful décor, lively music, and the kind of energy that instantly puts you in a good mood. The food is honestly incredible. Every dish tastes fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The chips are perfectly crisp, the salsa has just the right balance of heat and flavor, and the guacamole tastes like it was made seconds before it hit the table. The tacos are packed with well-seasoned meat and fresh toppings, and the tortillas taste authentic and homemade. Even the rice and beans--usually just sides--are standout dishes here. The service is just as impressive. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely seems to enjoy being there. Drinks stay filled, food comes out quickly, and they're always happy to make recommendations if you're not sure what to order. Everything is also very reasonably priced for the quality and portion sizes you get. This is my new favorite restaurant! Brand new and outstanding in every way. My kids found it last week and when they said it was better than Juan's Flaming Fajitas (my old favorite), I didn't believe them. But it was well worth the 40 minute drive from Henderson. The servers were so friendly and attentive. The interior modern and clean. But the food was the star. So fresh and authentic tasting. Absolutely delicious! The Tacos de camaron were topped with fresh cabbage, chipotle and jalapeno dressings and mango pico de gallo. So bright and tasty. I wish they would make a huge colorful sign so that you could actually see it. It's sort of hidden in a corner opposite a gas station so I'm sure most people drive right past it. Ta'Chingon is truly a hidden gem! My husband and I ordered the triple threat fajita which was perfect for the both of us and our LO. We also ordered aguachile, the five sauce sampler and the cheesecake cause you can never say no to dessert. The food was amazing and so full of flavor, leaving our tummies happy and full! Rosalba, the owner, was wonderful. From the moment we walked in to the second we left, she made sure we were well taken care of. My family and close friends were planning on going to the Enchant event for the holidays and wanted a spot that could meet everyone's food preferences within 10 minutes of the ball park. We had zeroed in on Mexican food being a safe bet for anyone, and after looking at the vibe and the menu it seemed to be the best fit for us that night. What got me the most excited was they not only make their salsas in house, but they have such a large variety and variations you do not see at many other spots. You can even for 12 dollars get a sampler and we got 6 salsas to try. My mom also ordered an extra sampler to take home. I found the space nice and quiet, which was perfect for us as my baby fell asleep on the drive there. I got the tacos ta'vhingon that they grill the cheese face down so it gets crispy and had amazing sliced flank steak, guacamole, and pico de gallo. On the side they had a wonderful bean and meat soup that was so rich and flavorful. I felt the portions and flavor really were solid. My fiancé got the chicken, beef, and shrimp fajitas and I ate his left overs and was very satisfied especially with the chicken and beef. The horchata was decent, not crazy sweet which is what I liked the most, but not necessarily my favorite. I really like more texture and spices in mine. I wish this place was closer as I would honestly grab salsas weekly from them to add to my food. They had one that was creamy and sweet but had a heat at the end that was really good, as well as a few others that were just next level. The oil based ones I was not as into but they still had a place on the right dish for sure. Almost had asian food vibes. Here's a long review that nobody asked for: Chips and Salsa- 9/10, warm, freshly salted chips with housemade red salsa that was delicious. If the chips and Salsa don't hit right, none of the food will and these were top notch! Queso Fundido- 9/10-YUM! We just got it plain and it was perfection, the texture was spot on Tacos ta Chingon- 9/10- the meat was flavorful, guacamole was fresh, appreciated the double tortilla with a cheese crust because the tacos are massive, it's messy to eat but so worth it. Tacos de Camaron-8/10, the shrimp was perfectly cooked and seasoned and was better quality and freshness than most restaurants. The 2 fresh salsa were the perfect addition. The shrimp was battered, I preferred it without but still delicious. Bunuelos con Helado- Star of the Show!!! 11/10. The perfect amount of rich caramel with cinnamon and sugar covered tortillas! This is yet another great little restaurant at a shopping center. Simple but nice decorations, fun music playing in the background. Friendly fast service. We ordered the triple fajitas which included beef, chicken and shrimp. The shrimp was very good, the beef was excellent, and the chicken was good, but got a little dry sitting on the hot plate. We really enjoyed the entire meal, and the way it was served. Beans and rice were served on a separate plate that included sour cream, guacamole and pico de gallo. Hot corn tortillas were also served with the fajitas. I ordered a strawberry mojito, which I'm very glad I did; super delicious! This restaurant opened about 4 months ago, and I'm glad I found it. It's not a large place. I was seated on the side toward the back which was good because they had a two top there and it was a sort of private dining area. I had looked at some of the photos on Yelp and I almost knew what I was getting before I looked at the menu. I started with the sopa Azteca--rich tomato soup and chili, topped with crispy tortilla strips, avocado, Mexican cream, and fresh cilantro. Next came the enchiladas tricolor. The menu describes it like this--3 enchiladas, three sauces. 1 enchilada smothered in tomatillo, another in red tomato, and the last one topped with our signature white cheese sauce. Filled with shredded chicken. Served with rice, beans, and a whole lot of Mexican love. For dessert I got the cheesecake con salsa de Jamaica. The soup was good but it's very heavy for a starter. I would skip this another time for something lighter. The tomato flavor was intense, and the tomato was very, very hot! It was nice to get apiece of avocado to cool the mouth a bit. Then came the enchiladas tricolor. A very good main course. Flavorful enchiladas with their different sauces and filled with shredded chicken. A small scoop of rice and some greens. It made for a delightful main course. However, as I said above, with the sopa, this was a lot to eat. But you can't forget dessert. The cheesecake was excellent. It had a texture that was unlike any I've had before. This was creamier than most I've had. The sauce is hibiscus which is infused in the cake and makes up the sauce with the cheesecake. Very good. The staff was busy but they found time to cover all the tables and always with a smile and good answers to questions! I am so glad I found this restaurant. It certainly merits another visit (or two). The salsas were excellent, the chips were a little thick for my liking, but not bad. From there we ordered Carne en su Jugo and Enchiladas. Normally our favorite place as we've always enjoyed coming here, but our visit yesterday afternoon was disappointing. When we arrived, it was somewhat busy, and we were asked to wait while they caught up. That was completely understandable. However, as we waited, other guests came in, grew impatient, and seated themselves without any apparent response from staff. At one point, a server began to seat us, but another staff member stopped them and said no one would be seated until things were under control. Unfortunately, after waiting about 30 minutes with no updates or acknowledgment, we were still not seated and were ignored. We noticed that tables already seated before our arrival were just receiving their food, which suggested a longer wait--but that wasn't communicated to us. Ultimately, we decided to leave due to the lack of communication and organization. This experience reflected poor customer service and a need for better management during busy times. read more

I decided to go with their costal version of a Shrimp Cocktail. It arrived at the table with a tangy and sweet red sauce, big beautiful shrimp and slices of cucumber. A better fry, crispier outside and fluffy inside, would take this from fine to something worth coming back for. Icy cold Modelo ($3 off) - I didn't even ask about the full beer selection, next time.
