I just completed a miserable experience with Tabori Landscaping. We absolutely did not receive the value for the $4,200 we paid. It was awful from start to finish. I hold owner Kevin singularly responsible, as he was awful to deal with. My wife and I asked the company to perform a number of tasks in our front and back yards. I should have known to stop the project before it started when Kevin couldn't even deliver an estimate on his timeline and I had to chase him to get it. His estimate seemed reasonable at the time if he had planned to send a few crew members to knock it out in a timely fashion. While weather delays were certainly not his fault, he primarily sent one excellent worker to do most of the job by himself. Kevin made token appearances, as did a few other people. I had to constantly repeat myself to Kevin throughout the project, who failed to ever do what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. His constant excuse-making and bogus apologies became laughable. Even with the weather, it shouldn't have taken this long to weed our front garden, remove a relatively small amount of grass and replace it with weedblock and mulch. I had to constantly chase Kevin to get things done. He even declared the project over without consulting with me -- even though the mulch he put down in the back (most of it free to him because our neighbor gave us theirs) was way too thin to do the job. He had told me clearly that multiple loads of mulch were included in the price -- mulch he was supposed to add in addition to my neighbor's pile. Tabori showed up at what they thought was the end with a pitiful pickup truck of mulch, which wasn't thick enough to even walk on without sliding on the weedblock. I had to demand he return with more, which his company finally did today. I will never use this company again. Despite the one excellent worker, Kevin was horrendous to deal with from start to finish. I've never written a Yelp review this negative, but I'd hate to see anybody waste their time and money the way we did. Once again, Tabori Landscaping rescued my yard. I procrastinated all season, to the point where my shrubs were overgrown, my flowerbeds were full of weeds, and most of my mulch had washed away. Tabori came out with very little notice, and fixed everything! They also helped to prune back a couple of my shrubs that were dying, and also hauled out some old junk. The Tabori crews are professional, polite, and communicative. Their prices are very affordable. I love the added benefit of working with a small family run local business! Tito was amazing at trimming my bushes and installing mulch. The prices were unbeatable too.

The whole Tabori team has been amazing from start to finish. They responded to my request for a quote within minutes and were able to come out that night and give me an estimate. I love this family business. They are father and son and do a wonderful job. I had sent an inquiry, and within a couple of hours, they were at my place looking at the work I needed done. They were a bit behind but kept me informed on their time of arrival. They stayed until there was no more light, but there was a but more work to be done. Asked if they could come back on a day they felt it wouldn't rain. I said not a problem. It was the day before my birthday and it was perfect timing. So today they came but I had to go out and finally get my groceries (it's been awhile). Kevin texted their ETA and let him know I wasn't home, he said no worries. When they were finished Kevin sent me the pictures of their finished work and they left me a beautiful planter of mixed flowers for my birthday!! I cannot stress enough how fantastic this company has been!! Professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and reasonably priced. The list goes on and on for praises. I was experiencing overpriced estimates, no show appointments and work that was being pushed to the fall months. My landscaping had become so overgrown the last few weeks that I needed to be taken care of ASAP. Within 24 hours of contacting via text, Kevin and Tito came out for an estimate.
