Very positive experience with Salvador, Vladamir and team. We brought them in for several different projects and they delivered everything we had agreed upon and then some. Some of the projects took some twists and turns as the team started working (e.g. discovering old drain pipes that were blocked up, erosion under stairwells, etc.) that weren't entirely unexpected given that these were areas that hadn't been touched since the house was built 40 years ago. The communication was solid throughout the process as they explained what was discovered, what options were available, and specific pricing for the different options. Salvador and team were AMAZING. There's a reason Green Smart only has five star reviews. My side yard is so infested with invasive bamboo that, when I bought my house, I didn't realize there was a shed somewhere in the bamboo forest. I cleaned it back, but realized I was overmatched against its continuing encroachment. Salvador came by for a quote on another project, but asked me about the bamboo and I humored him when I said "Sure, you can give me a quote for a treatment, replacing the tarp (that's keeping sun off the shoots), and digging a bamboo trench." Based on the exorbitant quotes I received from others, I figured it couldn't hurt. Salvador's quote came in way less, and I booked him to try to help me with the bamboo problem. His team arrived early and got started right away. They realized after several hours that they'd need a small backhoe to actually remove the roots, so he went out and got one. Dear hearts, they stayed out there trenching with the backhoe until the job was complete (for HOURS). No excuses about needing to come back another time. No abandoning the job because it was more difficult than they initially thought. They just stayed and worked until the job was done. I've never experienced such great customer service from a landscaping team. There was a difference in quote and actual cost, but it wasn't some bait-and-switch; the difference was because they had to go rent a backhoe. I didn't mind the price difference at all because the thing got DONE. And the result was awesome. The bamboo is mostly behaving, though there will be necessary upkeep. 6 stars for Salvador and crew! read more

Salvador and his team assisted me with a clean up of my front and back yard mulch beds. They pulled all the weeds, cleared all the we built up sticks, dirt and other debris, edged the beds, trimmed the plants and shrubs then laid fresh mulch. Salvador came by looked at our yard, took measurements and a couple of days later, responded with a reasonable estimate. Now let me say, our yard looked like an abandoned Amazon Forest. Salvador removed at least 14 huge bushes, replanted two others. Replanted some plants. Cleaned up the yard. (Which was a mess). Trimmed the remaining bushes. Soiled and mulched five huge flower beds. Ordered and created stone walls around the beds. And repaired the lattice around our deck and replaced a couple of boards on our deck. Salvador and his crew were amazing.
