Extremely over priced foods that are far below average in quality. Spanish omelette didn't look and taste anything like Spanish omelette. It looked like a French omelette and I couldn't even figure out what the fillings were made of. The Tableau Breakfast looked unappealing but I liked how they served it split in half because we told the server that we would be sharing it. An order of freshly baked pastries was $21 and I thought they were market bought. And the fruits that came with the Tableau Breakfast were not fresh at all. I loved the ambiance here, it is the perfect girls' brunch spot! It is bright and summery, a little whimsical, and is a little funky with Picasso paintings on the back of chair's upholstery. I really like the vibe in here. The food is good too, but I didn't find our entrees to be memorable. When planning to go here, I originally wanted to get the short rib truffle Benedict. To my demise, they got rid of it! So, we got the European breakfast for a nice spread and the sweet crepes to satisfy our sweet tooth. The best part of our breakfast was the assortment of pastries brought out. I was excited for the crepes, but their texture was old and chewy. We struggled to cut with a knife. The flavors were 10/10, especially with the chocolate mousse on the side, but texture lacked. I'd still go back here. WOW, what a disappointment!!! I have been coming to this restaurant religiously when I would come to Vegas. I stumbled upon it while searching for a great breakfast place to dine back in 2021. At the time they offered an incredible brunch menu with some interesting options. The Salmon Eggs Benedict was amazing and to die for. It brought me back to this specific restaurant each time i visited Vegas. I just couldn't get enough of that deliciousness. Unfortunately, in 2023 they removed it from the menu as an option. However, it was replaced. It was replaced with something even more delightful and elegant and so tasty I am drooling now thinking of it!!! Well, I just left Vegas the last week of September 2024 and I was left with disappointment! No more Lobster Eggs Benedict!!! WHY??? This was the most incredible dish I have ever eaten!!! Everything was PERFECTION!!! My waiter was sad he had to disappoint me and advise this dish was removed. I would have paid $100.00 for that dish. The Lobster was Succulent and in great quantity. the eggs were poached to perfection and the sauce was so tangy and made perfectly in addition to the other accouchements. Alas, the menu is just like any other Vegas restaurant now. It has NO WOW factor. I will not return unless this dish returns. It was the MAIN reason I flew from Florida to Vegas. I was so disappointed. I certainly hope the Head Chef and the Managment sees this post and reconsiders this dish. I can tell you your servers could sell at least one to every table if not more for its flavor and presentation. Very cute brunch spot in Vegas! It reminds me of L'auderee with the plate and cup decor. We had a reservation but unfortunately had to wait about 20 minutes which sucked in the morning. We each got the juice shots - 3 mini shots for $12 to start your day after a late night! I got the iced coffee and it was GREAT! My friend and I shared the Caesar salad and lox bagel. The Caesar salad came with 4 anchovies on top so it was a bit fishier than we like. The lox bagel came with delicious scallion cream cheese and amazing lox. It had a good portion of lox as well. The table also shared lemon ricotta pancakes. They didn't taste overwhelmingly lemony. I liked them. Would recommend if you're looking for a cute brunch spot! read more

I've eaten at both Jardin and Terrace Point Café at the Wynn and always assumed Tableau would be on par. Unfortunately, it was a huge letdown. We ordered two açaí bowls ($22 each) and a French toast ($28) to share. When the bowls arrived, I was flabbergasted. What they served was a warm, soupy blend with a sprinkle of sliced almonds, coconut, and granola on top--no fruit in sight. The menu had listed kiwi, strawberries, and almond butter, so I expected something fresh and vibrant. When we asked, they said everything was "blended in." The bowl itself wasn't even half full. The French toast was even more shocking in size. It tasted fine, but the portion looked like four small sushi rolls topped with a mountain of whipped cream, a few apple slices, and some brown sugar. All together, it added up to less than one slice of bread. We sent the açaí bowls back, shared the tiny French toast, and left with a $48 bill for what amounted to a glorified snack and a bottle of Fiji water. For a restaurant at the Wynn, this was beyond disappointing. I'd suggest sticking with Jardin or Terrace Point if you're looking for quality and value. read more

Food was great but it went down hill a little bit. Lobster salad dropped in quality over the time. They don't seem to clean the lobster well enough you can still see some black stuff inside. Yay for solid, unique vegan options at every meal. I got addicted to Tableau's brunch/ lunch situation during CES but when I returned for National Hardware Show, I was sad to discover that the menu had been updated to reflect a smaller portion and different version of my favorite meal there, now called the Vegan Scramble - which included some vegan eggs, toast, a delicious maple sauce, a stack of hashbrowns, and tomatoes. Though it's still delicious, I miss the tempeh and original presentation overall, which had a different sauce, portion size, and was more like an vegan eggs benedict situation. Warning about the Impossible Stack - it is a burger with fries and all, and is very misleading as a breakfast item. Tableau serves breakfast until 11, generally requires reservations, and is consistently busy. It's also the easiest restaurant to get to from the valet/ pickup/ drop off area. The dining room is light and airy, and guests range from casual to business dress. It is fairly pricey as a casual breakfast/ brunch/ lunch spot, but is on par with the rest of the options at the Wynn. read more

The menu was broad with a mix of classic fare, and some southern dishes with a New Orleans influence. While everything was amazing, I need to call out the croissant. It was flakey, and the butter so clearly apparent throughout. With butter, it was delicious, but with the apricot jam, it was transcendent. The only downside was being seated around a bunch of "dude-bros" extolling their party prowess. Luckily I could immerse myself in the light, tangy hollandaise, the perfectly poached eggs, and a puck of shredded potatoes, fried golden brown. We made a reservation and thank goodness we did, because it was both busy and worth it!!! Our server, Alfredo, was seriously the best!!! Give him a raise! He was honest, knowledgeable, and on top of everything. Coffee tasted great, fresh, strong. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with scrambled eggs instead of poached. I'm glad because I think poached would have made the gravy watery as it was already on that path. The gravy was FLAVORFUL and biscuits were delish. We came here after landing in Vegas for a late lunch/brunch. I highly recommend getting a reservation if you're a large group! It was easy to check in at the host stand and get seated with our reservation. The space here is small and upscale. This is definitely the place to go for a more elevated brunch experience in the Wynn. We consistently saw servers bringing caviar and large brunch packages to other tables. The wait staff was super attentive and helpful. Even though we came toward the end of the food service time period, we didn't feel rushed or like we were being kicked out. I started with their version of a spicy margarita - it was delicious and topped with fun little boba/lychee poppers. They were a little hard to eat but I just bit the bullet and used my fingers. Although it was a tasty and aesthetic margarita, I wouldn't have called it spicy. I didn't really get a kick at all except for a little bit of a Tajin flavor. For lunch I ordered the chicken sandwich. It truly wasn't anything special - it was very tasty and satisfying but for the higher price tag at a more upscale place it wasn't really worth it. The fries were ok, pretty standard but they came with a delicious homemade ketchup. After lunch, I had specified on my reservation that we were there to celebrate a birthday so they brought out a complimentary maple apple cheesecake. This was delicious and decadent. Was a little disappointed that it wasn't vegan when I also specified that one of our members was (another birthday girl) but wasn't the end of the work. I usually really enjoy having breakfast here ,this place rarely disappoints with the service the ambience. However, during a visit a few weekends ago, our server (I didn't catch his name) seemed a bit preoccupied, frequently checking what appeared to be a smartwatch while taking our order. It gave the impression he was in a hurry or distracted. I understand weekends can be busy, but at the price point of this breakfast experience, I think guests should feel like they have the server's full attention. I don't recall seeing this server before, so perhaps he's new. I got the vegan omelette (I don't remember the name), per the recommendation of the server and I was really disappointed. It was not great at all. This was our favorite restaurant on our most recent Las Vegas trip. Glad we made a reservation because there was a bit of a line. Amazing ambiance and decor. Beautiful gardens outside too. My wife got a quiche and it was incredible. Probably the best I've ever had. Not eggy, perfect crust. I was being adventurous and got the braised rabbit. It was a little strange but good. Kinda like bbq pulled pork. But flavored with a vinaigrette that was also the salad dressing. Very generous portions of meat. The salad part was excellent. It was a nice presentation. For dessert we got the apple cobbler (it was really more of a crisp). We had wanted to get the chocolate macarons but they were sadly out. The cobbler was excellent though. It came with a homemade vanilla ice cream. The service was excellent up until the very end-- we had come towards the end of breakfast, and they pulled our waiter away to start setting up for lunch. We sat there for a while after finishing before they brought our check. But overall it was a wonderful experience. I would def go again next time I visit Las Vegas. read more

This past Thursday I went to have brunch at Tableau with my family, the beautiful restaurant is located within the luxurious Wynn hotel, the restaurant is nestled inside the the Wynn Tower Suites and perched over a grove of pristine pools. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the elegant and luxurious ambiance and impeccable decor. They have this glorious avant-garde setting filled with fresh flowers, bright colors and natural light. But one of my favorite things was the back of the Louis XVI dining chairs hand-painted with a masked face. Each table had simple linens and a gorgeous single rose. The attentive staff welcomed me warmly and guided me through the menu, which boasted a diverse selection of culinary delights. The service by our waiter Lester and his assistant Rolando was absolutely delightful, so professional, friendly and accommodating to our every whim. I give them both a 10/10 The culinary journey at Tableau was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was a work of art, beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. I started with a robust cup of coffee and a mimosa with the perfect balance pour of champagne and OJ. I was also happy to find they had an "Living Well" menu with various vegan options for me. I ordered the Vegan Scramble With JUST EGG, Wild Mushrooms, Caramelized Onions, Housemade Cashew Mozzarella, Maple Tempeh Bacon, and Potato. It was delicately cooked to perfection and accompanied by your choice of toast. I also ordered the Belgian waffles with peaches and bourbon cherry syrup, they had a melt-in-your-mouth softness with the perfect amount of crunch. We also got the Tableau Burger, with Avocado, Blue Cheese, Smoked Bacon, Tomato Jam, The burger was cooked to our desired doneness and had a rich, smoky flavor that delighted our taste buds. The attention to detail extended to the way they bring you the bill at the end, it comes accompanied by a small tower of macarons, chocolates and sweets, honestly it made paying for the meal a delight (if there's such a thing). I was thoroughly impressed. Overall, Tableau exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The prices were commensurate with the quality of the experience, making it a worthwhile indulgence for a special occasion or a memorable brunch (they're only open for breakfast and lunch). The center of the Bialy onion rolls was recessed and filled with diced cooked onion. Delicious. We also ordered a fruit plate and a croissant. Wonderful fruit plate. Coffee was delicious. We ordered the Tableau breakfast. My eggs, over medium, were cooked perfectly. The potato cake was a little tough, there were 3 slices of bacon on the plate. My spouse ordered the same as me but with scrambled eggs. Half-way thru the meal my spouse discovered a long strand of hair in the eggs. The waitress was very apologetic and immediately removed the plate. The meals came with a fruit plate and pastry plate. The fruit was very fresh and the pastry plate was very appealing and tasty. I went to Tableau at the end of July for my friend's birthday brunch. We went mainly because of the bottomless mimosas and were not disappointed. We were constantly getting refills from the servers and treated with great hospitality. I would 10/10 come here again.
