We got up at 7 AM for breakfast and we went to Canyon Ranch Café. It was nice because not many people were there. We both ordered a latte and it was seriously good. We decided to share one of the bowls and the order of pancakes. Both of them were fresh and delicious. The waiter was awesome. He kept checking on us and making sure we were good. It's a nice pleasant ambience sort of right next to the spa. The spa was under renovation while we were there so I don't know what's going on with that but the food was great. I got a coffee to go. We decided to come back there for lunch. Great breakfast option.

The healthy twist on Eggs Benedict

So happy to find healthy food on the Strip! Wish they had dinner options. I had the Hearty Breakfast Bowl which was huge, 2 eggs which I ordered scrambled, black beans, chicken sausage, kale, potatoes and a fresh mixed green salad, excellent. Hubby had the Eggs Benedict which was created with prosciutto, tomato and avocado on whole green English muffin and came with a green salad that had fresh veggies such as watermelon radish, cucumber and strawberries. He really liked it (at the time), however the eggs were very runny and he later had some digestive problems thus 1 star deduction. We would still go back, but ensure the eggs were more fully cooked.

This is a sister location to Truth and Tonic at the Venetian, with similar menu. They have couple of vegan options on the menu so I've decided to have a breakfast one day. The server was very polite and requested if there are any allergies, when I said that I'm vegan, he made sure I get all vegan condiments to my dish (including vegan butter). I've had a vegan JustEgg scramble with plenty of veggies, sourdough toast, side salad and soy milk latte with their house made lavender sirup. Everything was delicious! The prices are a little high, but I guess it's to be expected in Vegas.

Maybe one of the healthiest and tastiest options while staying at the Palazzo / Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. Canyon Ranch is a great spa in the hotel but it also has a great but small cafe with a very good menu of fresh healthy food. After all the hustle of running into people in a crowed casino, it feels somewhat like an oasis to get away from all of that here. Today we had an omelet , (bacon, spinach, red onion, cheddar) And Huevos Rancheros (corn tostada, 2 eggs your way, smashed black beans, avocado, queso fresco, house fire-roasted salsa). Ok not sure how healthy these two options were , but they were fresh and very good! I was able to make a reservation on Open Table , same day, which was nice. Give this one a try

Came here for breakfast and the food was delicious and healthy. We ordered a yogurt and mostly berries, but also melon parfait, which also had some granola that had nuts in it and it was very delicious and hearty. I also ordered a side of one scrambled egg that was very well made and great texture. We also ordered the traditional breakfast with eggs, bacon, breakfast, potatoes, and sourdough bread. It was very delicious as well. Also ordered orange juice, which was fresh squeezed, which was super delicious and not too much pulp. I would definitely come back here again for breakfast.

We loved this place. It is near the spa in the Palazzo so it is away from all of the casino noise and smoke. It is not that crowded and the servers and host are pleasant. The food is absolutely delicious without that greasy feeling that you get from most American breakfasts.

Had a delicious Christmas morning breakfast. I had the breakfast bowl that had eggs, beans, sausage, potatoes, peppers, and pico. It sounded odd but our servers recommendation was spot on. It somehow felt light and healthy even though it sounded heavy. My wife had the avocado toast which she loved and my son had the American breakfast which came with the most yummy bacon. Overall, a great start to our vacation.

This review is for the CanyonRanch Cafe. The one thing it has going for it convenience if one is staying in the Palazzo tower. It's located on the third floor; a simple elevator ride will get you there. We chose it for convenience, and we wanted a light lunch. Beware the so called "Lobster Roll" priced at $26.00. Our server offered the so called "Lobster Roll" as a special. I haven't had a Lobster Roll in quite awhile so I said sure. What was served tasted like Tuna Salad with an almost undetectable amount of tiny pieces of Lobster served on a wheat roll. Candidly, I felt misled. I know what a true Lobster Roll is. A true Lobster Roll is nothing but fresh Lobster with drawn butter served on a white bread roll I've had them in Maine and at Luke's located at the Fashion Square Mall a short walk from Palazzo. See my review of Luke's. My photos depict a real Lobster Roll and the "Lobster Roll" served by CanyonRanch Cafe. She ordered the Thai Spinach Salad priced at $16.00 With the added five smallish shrimp, it was priced at $31.00. Neither the menu nor the server indicated it wouldn't include much in the way of shrimp. My iced tea was $8.00. The total with tax before tip was $70.44. Chew on that in light of the foregoing. Ambience wise, it was a pleasant but virtually empty dining room at lunch time. We should have bounced as soon as we saw that. This would be a one star review but for our server who provided good service. I tipped A little more than 20% based on the service, not the food. That brought the grand total to $85.44. Chew on that, too. Needless to say, but I'll say it anyway, I wouldn't return to this place on a bet.

1 granola with yogurt, 2 tiny pieces of toast with small poached eggs, $8 cup of coffee and no refill. Yikes!

When I looked at Canyon Ranch on Yelp, I didn't realize it was on the same level as the suites and connected to the spa/gym. Basically Canyon Ranch is more like a very overpriced cafeteria and the menu offerings are pretty slim. I'd say this eatery is more for guests staying in a suite who want to get a small bite to eat as they head in or out of the spa/gym area. I'm actually surprised we were allowed to get into the suites area not being guests who are actually staying there. There was nothing special about this eatery and it could definitely use a facelift and offer better food for the prices. This was a very underwhelming breakfast experience and ridiculously overpriced. Even if I was a guest staying here, I wouldn't recommend it-- seeing as there are many other amazing places to eat within walking distance (that weren't open yet when I looked them up). So my recommendation is to just skip this joint and do a little extra research and find another eatery in the area. You'll probably pay the same price as I paid here but get better quality food in larger portions and enjoy an upscale environment.

    Pineapple pancakes

Definitely not as aesthetic as Truth and Tonic which is a 5 minute walk around the corner but this place has real eggs! We tried the avocado beef chorizo omelet which was delicious and came with a little salad of greens. We also tried the pineapple pancakes, which were pretty good but not incredible. The pineapple is backed into the batter which affects the texture, making it a bit dense and gooey instead of light and fluffy. But it still tastes great and they add more pineapple on top. The coffee is good, I like the latte but I don't think it was worth $10 to add lavender syrup and almond milk for a 12 oz size.

Came here for our first brunch in Vegas on my siblings recommendation. First let me begin by saying that it is not easy to get to from the Venetian side of the resort. Next once you take the LONG walk there it definitely is not anything fancy. However after the long walk there I figured I would give it a go. Our waiter was very friendly and definitely tried to get us to order drinks. Now onto the food. We had tacos as there really wasn't many options to select from. The food was ok but in my opinion a bit over priced. I would say to steer clear of this place and spend your money elsewhere unless you are at the palazzo and visiting their spa then go ahead and give this place a go other wise there are many other places to eat at.

    All American breakfast
    Heather H.

Today I had the All American Breakfast, it was very good! I prefer bacon and potatoes extra crispy, and that's exactly what I was served. The eggs were over medium, perfect for dipping my toast. My sister had the avacado toast. She didn't love the egg on top, but the toast and avacado itself were good! It would have been even better if a freshly cooked egg instead of hard boiled one was on top. I'll be honest, the menu is always changing so it is hard to find a staple, it every time I have gone the food has been great! My last visits I had a smoked salmon on toast with cream cheese, and another time pancakes with glazed pineapples. YUM! Those were the best pancakes I have ever had! I wish the hours were longer, they close at 2, so when enjoying a spa day, I have missed the opportunity to get a late lunch more then once.

The hostess gave us the option of sitting at the bar or at a table. We asked her for her rec and she said the bar so that's what we chose. The decor is beautiful. The ambiance is dark and moody. It's perfect for a date night. We were greeted by both bartenders. I believe the bartender that made our drinks was Rory. He was very nice and knowledgeable about cocktails. He was able to answer our questions and make suggestions based on our preferences. As we browsed the menu, we were presented with welcome drinks in a fancy smoky container. I don't recall the name of the drink, but it had a lychee flavor with a sugar rim and it was good! Drinks are extremely pricey which is to be expected in Vegas. It's also on par based on where the speakeasy is located (hint hint). The cheapest cocktail was $30 so prepare yourself for the sticker shock. Some drinks were $80-$100! Sometimes you just have to treat yourself. I went with the Velvet Moon which was an interesting cocktail consisting of both gin and mezcal. It had flavors of hibiscus and it also had egg white which I absolutely love! The presentation was beautiful and I really enjoyed it! My friend went with the Basilico Bliss which he enjoyed. I didn't try any, but it looked really good. As we were enjoying our drinks, the staff presented us with savory bar snacks. They were tasty and were a perfect compliment to our cocktails. They do have food on the menu, but we had already eaten so we stuck with our complimentary snacks. As we were closing out, the staff presented us with a complimentary mini dessert. Rory described it as a Carajillo Jello shot. I don't like jello (I hate the texture), but I do love Carajillos. My friend does not drink coffee and does not like coffee flavor, so I ate both of them. They were so delicious (but the texture was off putting lol). I typically don't mention the restrooms in my reviews, but this one is worth mentioning. All I have to say is heated seats with a bidet! We really enjoyed our visit. Had the drinks not been so pricey, we probably would have stayed longer. If you enjoy speakeasies and/or craft cocktails, go have a drink at The Vault! The experience alone is worth it!
