The restaurant's host/hostess area is at the entrance when you walk in. Tiny yet non-problematic. Bar, indoor and outdoor seating are available. On this lovely sunny late afternoon I opted for outdoor seating. Outdoor sidewalk patio seating is much better than other restaurants. It is clear that a lot of thought was put into making this as comfortable as inside. I had a perfect view of staff outside making a few signature drinks. One was a tomato martini however I opted for a mocktail blueberry lavender drink which was scrumptious & refreshing. For dinner, the watermelon caprese and vegan pot pies were fresh, tasty and packed with flavor. I could eat this for days on end and not get bored! Can't wait to return. Maybe for breakfast the next time.

Plush banquettes and small tables. The ambiance is countryfied and corn-fed. The menu is equally small. We started with the corn ribs, so called because it was a corn cob quartered and dredged with crema and cotija. It had a pleasant bite to it. The burger was small to the eye but thicker than anticipated. It came with cheese, bacon, arugula, and fries. To my surprise I ate all of it. My dining companion had the grain bowl and enjoyed it. We washed this down with a Talea IPA and a cider, can't recall the name. Service was top notch. We even had an amuse bouche, cornbread with apple chutney. I tipped appropriately.

Place is small and pleasant, I've dined in maybe twice? (I usually get takeout.) Friendly staff. I've been coming here for years, and portions do seem smaller than they used to be. (Boo shrinkflation!) I love their poached chicken (I rarely get their fried chicken) and the side soup is a calming treat. (As a soup enthusiast, I approve.) Credit accepted. p.s. If you use TooGoodToGo and lucky enough to see Three Roosters there, pull the trigger! I know they used to be on there years ago, but unsure about now.

Delicious and hits the spot when you're in the mood for SE Asian style chicken over rice. For both plates, the meat is cooked tenderly and the poached version $16.95 definitely needs the sauce to add flavor, and both sauces are still bomb, I would buy them to use as a marinade or dipping sauce if they bottled these. The roasted chicken $16.95 is good on its own but amazing with the sauce. Sour, savory, a tad spicy, it adds that next level punch. The side salad was fresh. If I had one comment it's been that been portion sizes seem to be a little smaller in my recent orders than a few years ago, maybe it just happens to be the orders I got though also maybe due to shrinkflation. They continue to be one of my go-to take out options in the area and I'll be back!

Warm, cozy, and inviting, with a relaxed vibe that made it easy to settle in and linger over the meal. Appetizers We started with a cheese flatbread, boat-shaped and blistered at the edges, the interior molten and gooey with a bright basil leaf on top. Simple but done really well, crisp crust giving way to all that warm cheese. Mains The brunch dishes were the highlight. A sizzling skillet of eggs cooked over spiced sausage came out rich and savory, the yolks just set, perfect for scooping up with the basket of warm bread on the side. The tomato-based baked eggs were equally good, a deep, well-seasoned sauce with a little heat and fresh herbs on top. Comforting, generous, and full of flavor. Drinks The blackberry mocktail was a standout, refreshing and beautifully garnished with a cluster of fresh blackberries. Always great to see a thoughtful non-alcoholic option that feels like more than an afterthought. Service Attentive and warm throughout. The team kept everything moving smoothly without ever feeling rushed. Verdict Five stars. Delicious food, a cozy atmosphere, and a mocktail worth ordering on its own. A fantastic UWS brunch spot that I'd happily return to.

I love their branzino though I wish the potatoes that came with it were more flavorful and crispier. The muhammura is epic. After coming here twice I had to recreate it at home and it's my new favorite dip. I even made labneh to go with it. Leyla has inspired my cooking at home! I make my friends and family muhammura now, and I can't get enough of Turkish cuisine. Cant wait to come back and try more of their dishes!

We reserved for a quick bite at Redeye Grill before catching Dog Day Afternoon on Broadway, but as soon as we walked up, some bouncer told us they were closed for a private wedding reception. We were dazed and confused because how was I able to reserve online? But the real plot twist was that it ended up being the best thing that happened. We actually stumbled into Tanner Smith's thinking it'd be the typical, boring bar-food spot. Nope. They first sat us at a hi-top by the door, but that wasn't our vibe, so we grabbed seats at the bar instead. Best decision. Our bartender, Josiah, was absolutely killing it. My cocktail had passion fruit, so of course I asked my usual question: "But is it real passion fruit?" He just nodded in agreement and that told me everything I needed to know. That drink was legit and had nice strength. The food was great too. My fish tacos were packed with fresh fish, the guacamole and salsa were chunky and full of flavor and hubs enjoyed his pastrami sandwich. I have no clue when we'll be back in Midtown, but one thing's for sure- we're sitting with Josiah again.

Both dishes were great and filling. The cauliflower had a lot of bold flavors! The onion ring on top of the Mac and cheese was a nice touch. I couldn't really taste the truffle but I would still order the dish again.
