Six of us dined here on a Friday night and all apps, entrees and deserts were amazing!

My husband and I went to dinner this evening/Sunday Oct. 22nd. It is a very loud venue. The service was good. Very friendly. The food is another story. The meatballs were delicious. We ordered a board with chorizo and goat cheese. The portion of chorizo and goat cheese very sparse but very good. There was hardly any chorizo on the platter. The biggest disappointment was the pizza. The crust was very doughy and had no crisp. In fact there was no crust but rather soft. It did not taste good either. We were disappointed. read more

I love this place, I have never been disappointed. The service is exceptional, they greet you the minute you walk in with a big smile. The food is delicious, tasty and portions big enough. We love this place! There are too many amazing staff members to name on one review! We live close by and come here weekly. Everyone is amazing, the food is top notch, the happy hour is one of the best in the area. We are lucky to live within walking distance and the call this place our 'local'. We like sitting at the bar and chatting to April but in the summer the outside area is our favourite. Can't say enough good things. Make sure you try everything on the happy hour, then when you're done sampling that, try the octopus, tuna tartar, bacon, salmon entree and the chicken... I could go on. Great place! read more

Very nice restaurant, nice staff, easy parking, very good authentic food at reasonable prices. My favorite is the Margherita pizza! My girlfriends and I love coming here. We also love the bread and oil and always ask for more. We always ask for the waiters to warm the bread up for us because it tastes better :D Their moscato wine is a must try!! read more

Went here with two couples and had a very delightful time. The hostess and greeter were both exceptionally nice and did not mind that we pushed our reservation out a half hour with limited notice. They were very accommodating. The restaurant was very cozy as the place was packed. We shared appetizers, the meatballs and the arancini. The meatballs were mouth watering. The arancini were very small, but still enjoyable. Everyone's individual meal looked delicious. I enjoyed one the of specials; fettuccine with braised short rib. The fettuccine was cooked perfectly and the braised short rib melted in my mouth. Can't wait to go back and check out the bar. read more

My first time recently for lunch. We shared a small broccoli and mozzarella pizza appetizer and I had the octopus. Both were delicious. Service was good and friendly though there were only about 5 tables occupied. A bit pricey. But I will return to sample more of the menu. read more

Food was just okay this time. Other times have been better. Our waiter slacked. *I went the whole meal without him asking me if I wanted another drink. *Never came over and asked how our food was. *Dessert came and I kept smelling a dirty mop so I asked if anyone else smelt it and sure enough it was the plate that my crepes were on. 3 out of 4 of us had very bad stomach aches/bathroom issues that night and the next day. ...we were the only ones to eat the mussels. The worst dining experience ever! Recently I dined at Table 104 we ordered apps, drinks and I ordered a steak medium rare. My steak arrived medium to well done in the center. I Called the waiter over and he said yes it is over done and he would have the chef fire a new one. Two minutes later the manager came over and told me maybe it's to dark in here for you to see but this steak is a perfect medium rare. If I wanted the chef to fire a new one he would fire it rare or RAW. Yes he said rare or raw. I really did not know what to say. Speechless. Such an awkward situation. A very enjoyable experience. The atmosphere is very nice and casual, but it felt like Saturday night. Very good selections on the menu with excellent quality food. Several of the house specialty appetizers were particularly good. The service from the valet parking throughout the meal were especially appreciated. I like that Table 104 is located away from the downtown area in Stamford. I also really appreciate that they have outdoor seating (always an important feature to me) and food was pretty good. I was aware of their "$$$" pricing scale and that is true to the reflection of their menu pricing. But- I don't know why...I didn't eat anything or drink anything that blew me away whether in presentation or in flavor that warranted a higher price range. The service of the staff was okay and the bathrooms are in the basement..and there was so easy way to make your way to and from the tables due to little room between tables. Overall I'd come back here for a glass of wine and maybe an appetizer with my husband to sit outside (I don't have much of a yard) make sure to make a reservation ahead of time and to also bring cash for their valet. read more

I truly love the atmosphere at Table 104. They thought of everything to make this place comfortable and welcoming, but it's got an edge.The suspended wood ceiling with the hanging lights gives the place a warm and rustic feel. The friendly, professional and knowledgeable staff aims to please and makes you feel at home. I have been to Table 104 several times since they've opened and have enjoyed every meal. One of my favorite appetizers is the Seared Sea Scallops with Corn and Grape Tomatoes which I've ordered on three separate occasions because it was so good. Just had the meatballs tonight with marinara and a grilled crostino. I liked the freshness of the sauce and the perfectly cooked meatballs with a hint of spice. Tonight's Special Salad was Frisee, Bacon, Sauteed Onion, and warm toasted Croutons with a poached Egg on top. It was dressed with a tarragon vinaigrette, one of the best tasting and most satisfying salads I've had in a long time. I was really impressed! Absolutely loved the atmosphere! I wasn't expecting it. It's super cozy and a lot bigger inside than I had imagined. The service was fantastic. Our waiter came over right away and introduced himself. He was friendly and attentive and made us feel welcomed. I ordered a Pinot Grigio and my Husband ordered a Malbec. Both were lovely. A really nice wines by the glass list all around. We both got a pasta dish. I had the Fettuccini with porchetta, peas and parmigiana crema. Hubs had the tortelloni bolognese. Both were delicious! Very simple dishes, but they did the trick. A bit pricey for 2 plates of pasta, but all in all, I can't complain. I would definitely come back and I look forward to it! read more

A self-proclaimed restaurant critic and foodie, I've been coming here for years and never thought to review until someone mentioned it tonight. Duh. I usually don't give 5 stars because there nothing is perfect, but it is far better than good. The menu changes seasonally, which keeps it interesting. I have tried almost everything on the menu and everything is always good. I love the food here, but I also love the atmosphere and the staff. The owners and all the staff are friendly and personable. Even the clientele are friendly. It's a typical neighborhood place. April at the bar is great (probably deserves a raise by the way), and knows what I want to drink before I ask. She also makes her own concoctions and actually washes the fruit, which you never find in other bars. I come here at least every week and enjoy the whole package. The Orata is to die for, all the salads are great, and there is a variety of appetizers, all of which are different than other places and very tasty. They change up the cheese board from time to time. Mussels appetizer is large. Short ribs are very popular and savory. Pasta is homemade. Pizza is wood fired with tasty options. All very good, all the time. Very consistent. My favorite place in town for sure. read more

If you are hungry and want to good eat you should go there. The best place in Stamford, if you looking for good Italian food. The warm, home-like interior of the restaurant gives the feeling that we came to an Italian home to eat well. I took my family last Friday to table 104. Great service & good Italian food. They have a nice happy hour menu!

The parking is valet only. The valet tender isn't that great at what he does - he lost my keys and couldn't find my car. The decor is very nice. There is a patio which will be good in the summer. The staff is friendly and seems to know what they need to do. The menu reads well but there is a little lack of execution of it. The menu is large and has plenty of options. Re food execution - there's a lack of seasoning. When my table of 4 ate there we all ordered one of the specials that night. Super excited for some craft dishes but the food came out lacking seasoning. It tasted bland, although looked great when served. A little salt goes a long way in seasoning. I'm going to wait a few weeks until coming back. Hopefully the valet picks up on his job and the chef finds the salt & seasoning shakers. read more

Came here this Tuesday to celebrate my boyfriends birthday! He lives right down the road and we always drive by like "wow it's crowded"! We came and gave it a try! Totally will be coming back! My special salmon dish was amazing, great waiter, will be coming back to sit outside!!!! read more

Way too loud, with a cement floor you need some acoustics to absorb the sound. Wait staff was not good... waited too long for drinks, apps and did not check in in a timely manner. Food was not good. Scallops tasted fishy and sauce was overly flavored (my guess was to cover the fishy taste ) Not a good place to catch up with friends because there is no way you can hear anything they say!!! read more

I came here with my family on a weekday evening, and we really enjoyed the food and service. They have valet parking, the interior of the restaurant is elegant and warm, the food is great, and service is quick. We had a delicious fried calamari appetizer and each tried one of their homemade pasta dishes as a main. I ordered the spaghetti, which was absolutely incredible. One of my favorites places! i can come here for a nice dinner with my girlfriends, with my boss, or i can come on a Sunday with my 18 year old daughter. I had never had in issue with the food nor drinks. All the staff are very professional and courteous. Walter and Domenico go out of their way to please customers. i had spend for three consecutive years New Years Eve, they usually have a great DJ and the bar gets really going. I really hesitated to write this review because I feel like this place is the best-kept secret in Stamford and is hate for it to get crowded, especially by out-of-towers. I've been here 3 times in the past 4 weeks for lunch and dinner and I've ordered the same things every time because I'm hooked - kale Caesar salad with grilled chicken, Brussels sprouts salad with pine nuts and raisins and the Hell pizza (pizza with hot peppers and spicy Italian meats). Comfy, modern seating inside and an outdoor garden/patio seating in the back. Service is friendly and attentive. It seems that the entire restaurant takes great pride in what they do, from the owners, chef and kitchen & waitstaff, which all makes for a delightful dining experience. read more

We have been to Table 104 several times and have been extremely impressed with the quality of service and there food. Michael who it the Bar Manager is extremely processional and gives above and beyond quality of service. His drink menu is one of the best I have seen and we go out frequently. Walter is one of the most professional owners I have ever met and gives a high quality of customer service. He walks around and greets everyone several times through out your meal. He makes you feel very much at home. Domeniko is also one of the owners and his customer services is also more then you can ask for. I highly recommend going to have lunch or dinner there. You will definitely end up being a frequent customer. On service and quality of food, I would give them a 12 on a scale of 1-10, 10 being the highest. read more

This restaurant double-booked a date in November - and my niece had to scramble to find another place for her baby shower and this was after the invitations went out with the venue being Table 104. And also well after a deposit was left with the catering manager. So unprofessional, disappointing, and stressful. Be very careful if you are booking a special event with Table 104! read more

The ambience is spot on, however, the menu is limited and the quality/preparation of food is poor at best. Wine selection was crappy and the service was even worse. Good food and drinks. Service and wait times Thur-Saturday are not worth the food quality. When asked the service at first acts innocent then moves to defensive. Managements defensiveness, lack of understanding or acknowledgement makes this a place I can't recommend. They had me at "thank you for coming" which was ruined with a "we don't understand what the issue is you got your entree 55 minutes after ordering".
