I decided to get some olives with my beer. I ate half of them before my big beer came! I ordered a whole sea Bream and a couple baskets of bread. The menu was pretty expansive and the portions were generous for the price. Since we've had lots of seafood during our trip so far, I asked our friendly and wonderful server for his recommendations on their beef menu. I opted for Bitoque à Melody. This was a generous portion of steak in mushroom cream sauce which was outstanding. My husband ordered Salmão Grelhado, a grilled salmon filet and baby potatoes served with garlic and garlic pepper in a light olive oil sauce. For dessert, server recommended 2 that are popular, but it didn't stand out as much as the savory items.

The fifth person, who did not eat oysters, remained completely fine. We informed the restaurant promptly and submitted a complaint through the official Portuguese Livro de Reclamações. While the restaurant initially engaged, they denied any connection, requested medical documentation, and ultimately just stopped responding altogether... The whole experience resulted in our entire household being affected all at the same time, causing significant distress and two full days of missed work and school. Our elderly family friend got quite sick, used to be a regular customer there, he didn't even get an apology. We made repeated attempts to resolve the situation amicably and provided supporting documentation of the impact, but no resolution was ever offered (our total bill was approximately €380). Extremely disappointing, recommend to AVOID.
